Ch. 45

Angel stared not liking to see Melvin coming with a bunch of flowers. It must be for Eudora.

"Eudora doesn't exist" Angel said in an unfriendly tone.

Angel did not want to let Melvin in because Eudora was not home at the moment. Eudora was going to the hospital with her friends visiting one of their ailing lecturers . Mommy and Daddy are also going to a friend's son's wedding.

Angel wanted to close the door but Melvin quickly held it back.

"Who said I wanted to meet Eudora." Melvin looked at Angel with a grin on his face.

Actually Melvin already knows if Angel currently only lives alone in the house. Eudora told him.

"Daddy and mommy don't exist either. So please go home" said Angel who still does not understand if Melvin accidentally came to see him.

"I came to meet you." Melvin gave the flowers he had brought to Angel.

White roses symbolize the purity of love. Can Angel feel if Melvin loves her ?

Although he was moved by the romantic attitude of Melvin who gave him flowers. Angel remained in his consciousness. Melvin is his sister's fiancee. There's no way Angel's gonna take it. Angel forgot she was the wife of her sister's fiancee. And they were married long before Melvin was engaged to Eudora.

"My company or I'll kiss you here." Melvin's whisper ripped Angel out of his mind.

Of course Angel won't let Melvin kiss her again. What else kissed him here. In house. What if a waiter sees it.

For almost two hours Angel was forced to accompany Melvin. And during that time Melvin was all his strength to hold himself back from kissing and pouncing on Angel. Because as usual, Angel only wears minimal dresses. Angel and Melvin sat in the living room at a safe distance. There's nothing they're talking about. Angel stared at the television screen in front of her. While Melvin just focus on staring at Angel while imagining things that pervert.

Yep. Melvin could only imagine it. Not dare to do it. At this time, no one knows about their marriage status.

Melvin just came home after getting a message sent by Eudora. That said if he and his parents were on their way home.

Melvin doesn't want to make Angel awkward for Eudora or her parents.

After a while Melvin's car left, his Daddy's car arrived. Angel was relieved that Melvin had gone home before mommy, Daddy and Eudora arrived home.

Today is Sunday. Angel who was lying on the sofa while watching tv felt strange to see Eudora out of the room with a cheerful face.

"Where are you going ?" angel asked to see Eudora dressed and wearing a sling bag.

"I want to go, sister." replied Eudora as she sat her body on the sofa.

"Ck. I know you want to go. But where to ?" ask Angel curious.

Usually Sunday Eudora does not go anywhere because Melvin will visit home and have lunch together.

"I want to.."

Eudora did not continue her sentence because Mom Sonia called out to her.

"Eudora, Melvin has arrived. Said you guys were going ?"

Angel gasped at her mommy's words. Eudora wants to go with Melvin. His sister looks happy. They seem to be going on a date.

Angel's chest again felt tight imagining Eudora and Melvin going both ways. What if they go to a restaurant in the VIP room. Just the two and Melvin would kiss Eudora like Melvin kissed her back then.

Angel's feelings so raged considering if it would actually happen. I don't think he would do that to another woman. Including his own sister. Angel was so late with her own thoughts that she did not realize that Eudora was gone. Angel didn't even hear when her sister said goodbye.
