Ch. 20

This morning Angel prepared two glasses of hot chocolate and two slices of toast for her breakfast and Melvin. Last night after changing clothes Angel out of the room and saw Melvin had changed with his sleeping clothes.

The man seemed to be thinking a lot and somehow Melvin wanted to tell Angel about the problem. Melvin doesn't like to tell anyone but Sky.

Now Angel knows, not only does she have a matchmaking problem turns out to be Melvin as well. Just last night Angel saw the other side of a Melvin

"We'll just leave with my car." Melvin took after finishing breakfast.

"No need" Angel refused because he did not want to be the gossip of the people in the office.

It is enough for people to talk about their appearance. Don't add to the story of his relationship with the CEO.

Melvin frowned at Angel's rejection. Wasn't their goal both wanted to go to the company.

"God. Didn't you know the people in the office would talk about me if they saw us in a car" Angel said, anxious because even Melvin was insensitive.

"really ?"

Angel simply nodded in response to Melvin's question.

"Did they always talk about Ana ?" ask Melvin again.

Really he does not know if employees in his office like to gossip.

"Yes." replied Angel while nodding.

"Did Ana know ?" During this time Melvin often went or came home from work with Ana.

"Yes, Ana knows. But he didn't want to think about it." replied Angel as Ana had told him, if he didn't want to bother with what others were saying. Because Ana felt there was nothing to do with Melvin.

"If Ana doesn't care, why do you care if people talk about you ?"

Angel rolled her eyes at Melvin's question.

"You're a man, you'll never understand." Angel is lazy to explain to Melvin.

"That's stubborn." muttered Melvin.

He also decided to go to work.

In the afternoon, when Angel arrived at the apartment, Melvin arrived shortly afterwards. Although surprised, but Angel did not ask because Melvin had already said if his parents were not at home, Melvin preferred to stay in the apartment. They then went into their own rooms.

It was seven o'clock at night when Melvin walked out of his study. It's time for her to have dinner. Melvin tapped into Angel's room to ask her if she wanted to go to dinner or drop something.

"Angel, Angel are you inside ?" this is the third time Melvin has called but there is no answer from Angel.

Finally Melvin ventured to open the door to Angel's room which turned out not in the key.

He doesn't exist. Inner Melvin who saw the room was empty.

Maybe the woman was going to buy something or go out to dinner too. Angel's an adult so Melvin doesn't have to worry about it anymore.

Why am I worried about that woman.

Melvin brushed off his feelings that had been thinking about Angel.

Melvin sends a message to Sky to take Sky out to dinner.

"can't. I'll have an operation soon." Sky replied.

Sky is a neurosurgeon and director of Medika Sejahtera hospital built by Melvin.

After reading a message from Sky, Melvin started running his car. It looks like he'll be having dinner alone as usual.

Fifteen minutes later Melvin arrived at a western restaurant. Melvin who had just walked into the restaurant immediately stopped his steps when he saw the scenery on one of the tables there.
