The Before Calamity

"Therefore, my grandfather was against their marriage" Arzen said.

Lucy became mixed feelings after hearing the story from the man. The love story of the previous emperor and empress was not smooth. There are many conflicts they have to face.

"Although their love story is so beautiful. I wish there were people who loved me like the emperor loved the empress" Lucy said.

Arzen looked at the girl. He tidied up the annoying hair child. Tucked it behind her ear until she saw Lucy's face.

"I'm not sure I can be like my father" Arzen said.

Lucy heard him instantly blush on the cheek. "That's enough" he said.

"What?"

Lucy looked at Arzen, "I like Arzen to be herself."

Arsen felt himself being carried away. His heart rippled as Lucy looked at him gently. He could not hide his happy face.

Suddenly he held both of the girl's shoulders. "Lucy, are you sure?"

Lucy nodded. Arzen put his head on the girl's shoulder. He breathed a sigh of relief there.

"Are you sure you want to be myself?" tanyanya and Lucy nodded.

"Are you sure? I was very rude and unforgiving. I am also haughty and my pride is sky high. I don't like to be arranged and don't like to be restrained" he said.

Lucy nodded, "If you're like that, why? If I still love you that doesn't mean anything, right? Nothing beats the love in someone's heart" he said.

Arzen smiled and now he knew what it was like to fall in love with the right person. Now he knows why he fell in love with the girl. He checked Lucy's neck gently.

"Lucy, suddenly I was scared" he said.

Lucy said in surprise, "Why?"

"I'm afraid that being happy like this will keep you away from me. I'm afraid that one day you'll leave me. I'm afraid you'll leave me when I'm my worst self" she said in a raucous voice.

Lucy stroked Arzen's cheek, "Don't be afraid. I'm afraid you're doing all that to me, too" he said.

"I'm scared but I'm trying to believe you" he concluded.

Arzen smiled again, "Ah, are you a descendant of angels until you can be this gentle?"

"indiscriminately. You're not drinking but you can get drunk, huh?" cananda Lucy's.

Arzen chuckled, "Right, I got drunk on you."

He sat back down after lingering on the girl. He cupped the girl's face and brought her closer. The two beads of eyes stared at each other wryly.

"I love you so much" said Arzen in his heart before he finally gave Lucy a lip.

The girl couldn't refuse. Arzen did it very gently. He replied with pleasure.

For a moment they let go of their kiss . Both of them looked up to take a breath. A second later, they kissed again.

"I want you," Arzen said.

They let go of kisses and threw smiles at each other. Arzen stood up and reached into his pants pocket. He faces Lucy with a diamond ring.

"Lucy, will you men—"

BRACKET! BOOM UP!

"Arzen!" Lucy screeched and hugged the man tightly.

They unknowingly dropped the diamond ring somewhere. Arzen immediately hugged Lucy tightly when an explosion sounded from the outside. Though the Empress Palace was located very far from the front fortress.

Arzen saw how the entire palace in the fog came out to watch what was going on. The soldiers gathered to protect the two of them. Suddenly from the front a servant ran in a frenzy.

"What's going on?!" screeched Arzen while hugging the frightened Lucy.

The servant panicked, "Your Majesty must immediately save yourself!"

"The enemy's attack throws explosives in front of the fortress, Your Majesty!"

He carried Lucy on his back. "Get a tight hold I'll get you somewhere safe!"

"Save all the citizens of the palace to safety!" his orders before he left.

Arzen clucked in annoyance. Suddenly the noise interrupted his moment. The man ran to Eastolf to pick up Loofyn and Serena.

Exactly, he saw a coloured wolf with an orange mane whose body was smaller than Arzen. It was Serena who had changed. The woman did have some orange hair.

"Serena!" call Arzen.

The wolf turned, "Arzen! Lucy! What's going on?"

Arzen shakes. There was no time for him to explain, because he himself did not necessarily know what was going on out there. He orders Serena to follow him to a safe hiding place.

"Auntie! Fyn scared!" loofyn is on Serena's back.

"Hold on, we'll be here soon!" sahut Serena's.

Arzen takes them to the magic tower. There is a neutral place that does not favor any nation. Their power was under the empire.

"Wait here. Look after Loofyn, I'll be right back!"

After taking Lucy and Loofyn down, the two wolves leave. Algre was always the tower leader immediately bringing them inside. The magician disciples united to make a refuge at the border.

"God what's going on?!" ask Lucy.

Algre shook his head, "Of course our enemy is the Kingdom of Hwooxeas" he said.

Lucy doesn't understand. He no longer asked and just hugged the boy. He was so scared that his whole body was trembling.

"Calm down, mama's here" she whispered to Loofyn.

"You'll be safe here" Algre said.

While it was outside precisely in the Imperial Palace, Arzen and Serena ran in search of Venus and Micellia. The two men have not been seen since this morning. Apparently they were already in front of the main palace.

"Sir, thank goodness it came on time!" squeal Venus.

"Say what happened?! Why did the explosion sound until the Empress Palace?!"

Venus explained what had just happened. He saw it from afar when he came home with Micellia from a village visit. There was a horde of troops carrying cannons and then firing them in front of the fortress gate.

"There fluttered the flag of the Kingdom of Hwooxeas!" micellia.

Arzen growled, "There they come."

"Have the people been saved?" ask Arzen.

Micellia nodded, "I've arranged for the troops to take them to safety, Your Majesty!"

"Good, now we face what lies ahead" said the man.

He looked at Serena, "You can't come. Go with Lucy and Loofyn!" his orders.

"No! I want to fight them too! I want to avenge big brother—"

"See, listen to me!" sahut Arzen interrupted the girl's sentence.

Serena gasps. Arzen looked at her, "I have to protect you so you have to go with them!" his screeches.

"Arzen, why?!"

"Because I made a promise to my brother and your brother! So go, Serena!" Arzen ran away from the wolf.

Serena widened her eyes that began to tear. She held back her tears and ran from there. He returned to the magic tower.

"Based on cowardice, even today I can't avenge my brother!" his inner.
