Love Baby Wolf's
Before Going and the Things Sean Hides

"Actually I also want to ask for something related to my position, sir," said Lucy seriously.

"I want to move divisions and work from home."

His statement left Sean a little disappointed. If so, the position of secretary will be vacant for a long time. Not just anyone can sit on it.

"Is Miss Lucy sure? I'm so sorry if my confidants aren't around me" Sean said sadly.

Arzen who heard it couldn't believe it either. She always said that being a secretary was her dream job. But today he wants to move.

"What salary do I give less? I'll consider—"

Lucy shook her head, "No, it's not, sir."

Sean continues to persuade Lucy to rethink her. "Sorry lady, I find it hard to consider this" he said.

Lucy is so too. It was hard to let go of the job that had been her dream. "Then, can I work from home even as a secretary?" ask Lucy to make an offer.

"I'll come to the office when it's a real emergency" he said.

"There's something I have to do at home."

"Actually I want to take care of Loofyn. I felt guilty all this time leaving it to the neighbor, "his inner self.

Sean thought for a moment, "I think I can consider it. I'll think about this matter" he replied.

"Thank you, sir," said Lucy.

"Ah, right. About the holidays how about we talk about it?" ask Sean.

The casual chatter in the party continued a little seriously. The two discuss the day of leave that Lucy will receive after this big project. Sean offered her a two-week leave.

This is a long-standing office tradition. Where people who have contributed greatly to the company will be given special leave and allowance. It certainly makes Lucy feel happy and enthusiastic.

"Can I have this much leave, sir?" Sean nodded confidently.

"Then we discuss it again tomorrow with the personnel section" Sean said.

Lucy nodded politely, "Okay, sir. Thank you," he replied.

"What were you talking about?" arzen asked when Sean was gone.

"It looks like I'm not allowed to move divisions. So, I was given a long holiday," he said.

He also said that he would work from home after the holidays were over. There will be more time at home than outside. He said he would take care of Loofyn more than ever.

"Actually you've been watching us, Lucy. Don't sacrifice your work just for the sake of both of us" said Arzen a little sad.

Lucy shook her head, "This is my decision. I don't mind at all, Arzen," he replied.

"Don't be sad. You should be happy because I'm on a long holiday!" He patted the man's arm.

...>>><<<...

This is where the two men face each other. Arzen asks Lucy to wait outside. He and Sean decided to talk.

"So, what are you going to talk to me about?" sean asked after he closed the door.

He also invited Arzen to sit down. The man sighed, "There's no need to be formal, I know who you are" Arzen said.

Sean frowned, "Isn't this the first time we met?" He complied with Arzen to speak more casually.

"Liana de Selenon, your wife, right?"

The deg!

Both Sean's netra widened. He had forgotten that bitter incident. But now how could Arzen know that name.

"You—"

Arzen smiled faintly, "I know because he's one of my people" he said.

"People...? You know Liana?!" sergeant Sean.

"But one day he disappeared at the age of 20 according to the age of man."

He glanced at Sean, "Where did he disappear to?"

"How did you know that?" asked Sean.

"Of course I know because he's one of my people. Is it unclear who I am?"

Sean was in disbelief. All this time he hid the fact that he knew the magical world. It was not because he was the people there who fled to the human world.

Except because his wife is a witch from a magical world. Liana de Selenon, she meets him and instantly falls in love at first sight. They were married for 3 years before finally separated by death.

"No. He's dead" Sean murmured.

"I'm not sure a witch will die that easily. Something happened to him, didn't it?" asked Arzen which made Sean understand who was in front of him.

"You, the emperor that Liana often told about. Arzen de Woove, am I wrong?"

Arzen smiled, "Good, you already know me. Actually, I'm not talking to you because I know who you are" she said.

"I just want to thank you for taking care of Lucy all this time. Well, even though sometimes I don't like your presence," he said.

"I'm going to take Lucy to a magical world. You know my world with the human world there's a short distance of time. So, I hope you don't limit it to work reasons, "he said.

Sean looked up, "You want to take him? I mean, can humans get there?"

Arzen nodded, "Of course. Do you expect me to meet you with Liana?"

Exactly, Sean nodded.

"Unfortunately I can't. Liana's dead, isn't she?" shimmies Sean.

"I told you witches don't die that easily. Well, I'm not sure if Liana wants to see you again" she said.

Sean understood and just smiled. "All right, I'm not gonna force it. It's better like this. Two different creatures can't be together, can they?" said resignedly.

"That's not what I meant. People in the human world consider him dead. When in fact Liana returned to the magical world," said Arzen.

"It's impossible that Liana came back here without making a fuss. They'd think it was Liana's ghostly spirit, wouldn't they?" Sean nodded.

"Liana is also increasingly difficult to meet directly. Right now I'm sure he's learning to be the next great magic tower successor" he explained.

The man explains how he found out about Liana and Sean. How is Liana's life now and what is her reason for faking death in the human world. Being the successor of the grand magic tower was his dream.

"In that case, I've curbed it, huh?" Arzen shook his head, "Not really. He said you were his encouragement until now" he said.

"I now know the reason you're looking at Lucy like that" she said with a slightly irritated face with jealousy.

Sean nodded, "They look alike. Equally hardworking that I want their passion to rub off on me," he said.

All this time he made work an escape. No one knew his heart was sad to remember his wife. Therefore, he was not interested in any woman who approached him.

"Since I am a benevolent emperor, I will give you hope of meeting Liana." Arzen went from there.

"Of course it doesn't take you to the magical world. I know your work is very important here" he said.

He negotiated in what way he would bring them both together. "Maybe it will be long. But I hope you can still recognize it when it happens" Arzen said.

Sean nodded, "I'll wait for him."

"Ah, you just keep our conversation a secret from Lucy. I'm sure he'll be surprised to hear it" Arzen said.

"Remember, I'll take her someday. Let's just say he's working from home or on vacation" Arzen said before he left.

Sean nodded, "Of course. I'll take this as my gratitude to you" he said.

Arzen then left from there with a relieved feeling. They both agreed on a statement. Now, he can be relieved to bring Lucy without thinking about the needs in the human world.

"What are you guys talking about? Why so long?" lucy asks when she sees Arzen coming out of Sean's room.

Arzen smiled mischievously, "Secret."
