Lucy refused, "I told you I couldn't. I don't want to go to another world" he said.
"Of course, I have to work. I won't be back until 3 p.m. The meeting will probably be long" he said, looking at the clock on his wrist.
"You know now at what time? How's it?" ask Arzen.
Lucy sighed, "In outline, humans found the clock and it was worn to indicate the time. I don't have much time to explain" he said briefly and then went out.
Arzen leaned against the wall. He took something out of his magic making him no longer visible. He quietly came out after Loofyn went back to sleep.
"Ah, Miss Lucy do you mind having lunch with us? This meeting will be a long time, I do not want to hear the sound of stomach rumbling for the next 2 hours," said someone who attracted the attention of Arzen.
He drowned as soon as Lucy's name was mentioned. Arzen finds the girl in a group of people in black suits. Lucy is easy to find because she wears a peach-colored shirt and black trousers.
The girl smiled and nodded, Then let me come along. Thank you for offering me, sir," he said.
The group of workers passed through Arzen. The man simply observed the peach-shirted girl coming through him. He walked the front closest to someone who was almost the height of Arzen.
"Who? Who's talking to that man?" arzen's mind because he didn't see his face.
He is trailing in invisible fashion. Stealing heard something that the group of workers was discussing. Every now and then she saw Lucy laughing with a man beside her.
"I'm always busy so there's no time to eat with my own company. Next time, will Miss Lucy set a schedule for me, will ya?" said the man who served as CEO.
Lucy chuckled, "It turns out you also want to eat with us. I thought you were the CEO, so we can't just invite you" he replied.
The two laughed again and chatted lightly all the way to the cafeteria downstairs. Lucy is shocked when she finds out that the number 1 person in the company is booking one canteen just for her and the people she's invited to. Because otherwise it can be excited and make the atmosphere uncomfortable.
"God, did you do this for us?" said one woman, Hera, financial director at the company.
Lunch attended by important company. Arguably a kind of right hand, they are under the CEO directly. Lucy was so distraught before the CEO offered her.
"Right, it's too bad our CFO can't come today. His wife was sick and had to follow him to the hospital" the man said. Although he was the most respected person here, his always humble attitude was willing to familiarize himself with his men.
When they were busy ordering the menu, someone was poking from their side table. More precisely, the person looked at Lucy who sat closest to the CEO after the Finance Director. Who else if not Arzen with his arms crossed over his chest.
He sat on his hands, seeing how Lucy was more cheerful than she was this morning. He was actually observing the mood of the humans around him. Despite many foreign words, Arzen tried to understand them.
"What is a magic spell in the human world?" guess it.
Arzen was more surprised when he saw what they ordered. "Why is everything green? They always eat plants. Meat is better" he said.
He did not know the menu named salad before. Arzen did not understand how the humans enjoyed the salad. He grimaced to see that there was only meat with small pieces.
"Do I need to hunt every day so that man can eat meat?" I thought when I saw Lucy.
He shook. The first and last time he carried a level bird made the woman nag. He doesn't want that to happen again.
He looked back at how humans clutched with each other. He thinks they're all always having fun. The infighting in the magical world made him think differently about humans.
"Is there no such thing as war in this world?"
Arzen thought it wasn't right but it wasn't wrong either. Rather than physical warfare, humans wear their emotions. He concluded it after remembering the events of Karen a few hours ago.
"Why don't they fight it? One hit is done, isn't it?"
"Really, sir! Miss Lucy is very deft, I like the way she collects data and arranges it neatly" said Hera enthusiastically making Lucy shy.
He waved his hand, "No, no. It has become my duty. I don't mind and am used to it, ahaha," he said.
Arzen narrowed his eyes, "Hm? I saw you riled up on your own the nights before for complaining, "his mind which he certainly couldn't speak to them.
"Why does a human lie? They're happy to hide the truth, aren't they?"
The CEO smiled, "Right, it's not wrong that I appointed him as CEO secretary. Please help, Miss Lucy," he said.
Lucy nodded politely, "I am very grateful that you gave me the confidence to work directly under your guidance" she replied.
"Nieny. I wonder what if that guy knows that you sometimes complain and squeal about work at home" Arzen said.
This was different from the magical world it came from. They don't have magic or superhuman physiques like him. They rely solely on intelligence and emotions or feelings.
"Life here is very far from my world" Arzen muttered.
In the world of man it is more peaceful than the magical world. There is no war every year all day. No buildings were damaged or people suffered from injuries.
"When they don't make noise, but why does my world feel lonely?"
"Well, it does seem like you're harboring a sense of Miss Lucy" Hera joked.
Lucy waved her hand, "Gosh, Miss Hera shouldn't be like that. He is the number 1 person here" he said.
They all laughed at how Lucy responded to Hera's joke. He also laughed and thought it was a joke. Then, as they regained their composure, Hera observed how the CEO looked at Lucy.
Arzen was staring at something. He almost missed a lot of the talk of the humans. He covered his mouth which was yawning in restraining the drowsiness.
"Honestly, I like Miss Lucy, right?" guess Hera blatantly. This one Financial Director is indeed a lazy and honest person.
Arzen decides to move on from there because Loofyn is showing signs of waking up. He also oversaturated observing the interaction between humans in front of him. Especially after the question posed by Hera.
"ridiculous. I've never seen a man close to a man other than me and Loofyn at home" she said.
"Father fell in love with Miss Lucy, right?"
