SECTION NINE

Today I will take Papa to Singapore for treatment, accompanied by Mama. Leo mas should have accompanied but, Leo suddenly had to finish his work in two days. I asked Bude Sri to accompany Rio in Jakarta.

"Honey, sorry I can't bring you, I will follow immediately once my work is done" said Mas Leo, when driving us to the airport.

"What's wrong, I hope your work is done quickly" I said and we embraced.

"Father mama, sorry Leo can not nemenin" said mas Leo to Mama and Papa.

"Yes Leo, it's okay to have Ayu" Mama replied as she gently stroked Mas Leo's shoulder.

"Mas, take care of Rio yes" I asked.

"Yes, baby" he answered.

We said good-bye to each other, and chek-in at the airport.

It's the third day my parents and I are in Singapore, treatment continues. Alhamdulillah Doctor only advised Papa to undergo outpatient course, but for a while Papa's condition must remain in check, so we have to settle in Singapore for the next week.

This afternoon me, Mama and Papa were relaxing in an apartment we rented, owned by Papa's co-workers.

"Honey, sorry I haven't been able to catch up there, I have to go to Yogya now, mom is sick again" I read a message from Mas Leo.

"Yes, my dear, it's okay to say hello to my mother and Karina" I replied.

"Ma pa's... Mas Leo can't stop us here yet" I opened my voice.

"Lho why, the work is not finished" asked Mama.

"Mother Mas Leo, is sick again in Yogya, so Mas Leo has to go to Yogya this afternoon" I replied.

"Oh my goodness, you are okay, say hello to Mama and Papa with Leo, may his mother be healthy quickly" said Mama. Papa nodded in agreement.

Not to forget I contacted Bude Sri in Jakarta, kind of looking after Rio during Mas Leo in Yogya.

"Mas, how's mom doing? What's sick mom?" I sent a message to Mas Leo, from yesterday Mas Leo was very difficult to contact, maybe because it was very busy taking care of Mom there. It has been two hours of messages from me have not been read, especially to reply to him. I called but not picked up. I'm getting worried thinking about it. What happened to Mom, why did Leo not tell me about Mom's situation.

While helping Mama make dinner, my phone rang.

Leo is calling.......

I quickly answered a call from Leo.

"Yes hello mas.." I replied as I spelled towards the balcony of the Apartment.

"Hallo dear, sorry I just called you " replied Mas Leo, his voice sounded weak.

"Mas, how's mom doing?" my many.

"Mom is better baby" replied Mas Leo.

"Why did you know me now, you're sick? Why does your voice sound so weak?" manyworry.

"I'm okay, baby, just tired, how are you there? When's home?"

"We are healthy Mas, Lapa has also improved, maybe one more week we will go home, after Papa's business here is finished" I replied.

Leo was silent.

"***Honey, I'm sorry, I can't seem to catch up with you"

"Yaudah is okay Mas, you take care of me first in Yogya yes, and do not forget to rest***" I replied.

"***It's dear... Yaudah, I'll hang up the phone and I'll tell you again"

"Yes Mas***.." Not long after the connection is interrupted.

I was a little relieved to hear the voice and news from Mas Leo. At least I can think calmly now.

Mama Papa and I are going to Jakarta this afternoon. Papa's treatment is temporarily finished, after one month Papa can come again to check his health again.

Since that day, Mas Leo has never called me again. Maybe mlMas Leo is very bothered to take care of Mom there, until there is no time anymore just to reply to my message.

Upon arrival at Sukarno-Hatta Airport, we waited for Mr. Haris driver in my office. I asked Mr. Haris to pick us up, because Mas Leo was still in Yogya.

"I was shocked, last night Mom called me to pick up Mom at the airport, because I don't usually ask to be picked up" Mr. Haris opened his voice while driving.

"Yes sir, my husband is in Yogya, his mother is sick" I replied while playing a cell phone, telling Mas Leo.

"oh" he answered.

The chat continues, Mr. Haris is indeed a very humble and friendly person, he will quickly connect if chatting with new people.

"Assalamualikum Bude, how are you feeling?" I asked Bude Sri who greeted us at the gate.

"Alhamdulillah non, here I help bring the goods" Bude replied and helped Mr. Haris drop our goods without being asked.

"Mama..." Rio came up to me and gently kissed my hand, I stroked his head. And continued to kiss his Eyeang hand.

"Sepi at home together with Bude Sri, yes Bude" said Rio, when we rested in the middle room.

"Where is the school going?" my many.

"Surfing, in this semester her Les is getting better at Ma" complained Rio.

"Yes, you want the National Examination so Les subjects are more and more, the spirit yes.." I encourage Rio.

Rio told a lot of stories to his daughter Eyang kakung and Eyang. Mama and Papa were also very enthusiastic about hearing Rio's story. I smiled looking at them, Rio has never been this close to my Mother-in-law. Maybe the chatty mother-in-law, made Rio uncomfortable.

I went into the room to rest a little, tired. I opened my HP yet there was no reply to my message from Mas Leo. I tried to contact him, not even in the lift.

This time I will try to contact Karina, to ask how they are there.

Twice my call was not answered either, I tried one more time

"Yes hello Ma'am" Karina replied at the end of the phone.

"Hallo Karina, how are you guys" I asked without further ado.

"Well, everyone is in good health" replied Karina

"Your mom is there?" ask me again

"Mas Leo, being at the house of RT Mbak, someone wants to be taken care of" Karina replied sounding a little hesitant.

"Yaudah if that is so, Ma'am is just your situation, greetings to Mother and the same Mas Leo" I said.

"Hmm yes Ma'am" replied Karina.

"What kind of a bite is Bude?" I approached Bude who was preparing dinner.

"This is Non, there is omelette, tempe orek same fish shady" replied Bude Sri.

I looked at Mama and Papa who were watching the latest news on TV.

"Bude, anyone want Ayu to ask?" ask me in a slow voice.

"What is non?" reply Bude.

"Am Mas Leo, there's a call to Rio or call Bude" I asked curiously.

"To know bude, who always contact den Rio yes only Non, Den Leo never seems to contact Den Rio, let alone contact Bude Non" Bude replied slowly.

"Thank you Bude, hmm here Ayu help bring her drink to the dinner table".

Twelve o'clock in the night, the eyes were hard to shut. Leo hasn't told me yet either.

"It's impossible to go to Mr. RT's house, until last night" I asked myself

"Kalo Mas Leo has come home, there is no way he did not open his phone and see the messages from me" I asked again.

"What the hell is it?" I'm a little upset.

I put my face on the pillow, worried, panicked and angry. I threw the pillow Nas Leo used to vent my anger. I got out of bed, headed for the bathroom in my room. I washed my face, hoping the bad thoughts about Mas Leo disappeared.

I woke up from sleep, because the HP that had just sounded. With heavy eyes I saw HP.

Leo is calling....

"Yes" I answered in a still voice.

"Honey, this morning I went back to Jakarta" he replied.

"You don't have to pick up, I'll take a taxi" he continued.

"Yes, be careful on the road" I replied.

"OK" connection disconnected.

Scroll clock, it's 7 in the morning. I got up and went to the bathroom.

It is almost time for Dzuhur, Papa is getting ready to go to the complex Mosque. But Mas Leo's nose is not yet visible. I deliberately didn't tell Mama and Papa that Mas Leo was going home today. I also did not tell Rio the return of his Papa today, let him surprise after school later.

Only Bude Sri knows, because I asked her for help to help me make Mas Leo's favorite meal.

I tried to call his HP but it's not active. I'm really upset today. I didn't go to the office today, but I have to be disappointed. Hour after hour passed, Mas Leo did not come. Waiting for him put me to sleep in the living room.

Leo arrived home before Magrib. Rio was very happy with his Papa's return. I was the only one who wasn't enthusiastic about welcoming him. I'm more silent. My heart is still very hard to see.

"I think your phone has been sold" I said when following Mas Leo to the room.

Leo turned around and saw me.

"It's hard to answer" I said annoyed.

"Sorry baby, my HP died out of batre" he replied while showing his HP to me.

I just kept quiet. And left it in the room alone.
