Heart Note

Part One

I am Rahayu, commonly called Ayu. I am a housewife with one boy growing up, next year Rio will be a High School student. My husband Leo works in the art of music, he is a music teacher at a top international school in our city, and also opens a music course. And myself, working in a textile company as a marketing manager.

A happy home life, a good and understanding husband and a smart and obedient child.

Today after coming home from the office I picked Rio up to school, Rio happened to have extracurricular so go home from school more this afternoon.

"Mama..." Rio's approaching me who's waiting for him in the school parking lot.

"Let's go, baby." take me along and open the car door for her.

My husband and I take turns to pick Rio up every day, depending on our respective activities, it just so happens that today my work does not accumulate so I can pick up Rio, and also my husband is still out of town filling art seminars.

"Jeng Ayu." call someone from outside the house as Rio and I finish our dinner.

"Yes" I answered

"Eh Ma'am Riska, let's go in." I bargained to Mr Riska next door neighbor.

"This I want to turn back, thanks you know jeng, oxtail soup made by Jeng Ayu is endul." praised Mbak Riska, who managed to make me smile embarrassed.

"And here I was making chocolate sponge cake" he said, giving me a box of cookies.

"Oh Ma'am Riska don't have to bother like this." I replied.

"It's okay jeng, if that's how I go home first yeah" said mbak Riska pamit.

"Thank you a lot Ma'am." I said a little scream.

"Yes jeng, equally" he replied as he walked out of the fence.

"Darling, I'm on my way home, you don't have to wait for me to be afraid I'm going to sit down last night." My husband's on the other end of the line.

"Dear, be careful on the road." I replied.

"OK, love you" she said, making my face red.

"Love you too." The phone call ended.

That's how Mas Leo, a romantic man, who can always make me blush when near him.

Tired of today's work, made me sleepy and in an instant asleep.

"Dear, you're awake" said my husband in the kitchen, as I prepared to cook breakfast this morning.

"Mas, what time are you home" I asked who was greeted with a warm embrace from my husband.

"Three nights, I had coffee in the same rest area as friends, so I did not sleep until home." he explained.

"I'm already eating breakfast for my wife and my son" he said while putting fried rice into a plate.

"Better Mas rest, do not have to cook gini, this is my duty." I tried to take over his duty.

"What's wrong, honey, just consider this as my apology for leaving you and Rio for these two days at home" he replied again

"You better take a shower, get ready for the office" she asked as she pushed her body gently into the room.

"Let me wake up Rio, okay." she said again.

My son Rio and I are getting ready at the table, usually I will bother taking care of their breakfast, today I am like a queen served by my own husband.

"Let's eat." take her while sitting at the dinner table.

"How's Papa cooking, enjoy it?" ask Leo to Rio.

"Enak Pa, but not as good as Mama's cooking" she replied which made us laugh

"Feel your mama is second to none" my husband said. I just shake my head at their jokes.

"Darling, today you are the anterin Rio yes, I am tired of wanting to rest" he asked as he cleaned up our former breakfast.

"Ready boss" I replied like an army.

Rio and I said goodbye, and as usual we would hug before starting our daily activities outside the house.

"Good break baby" I said as I was about to enter the car. My husband waved and waited at the fence until the car disappeared at the corner of the house.

"If Rio has grown up, Rio will be like Papa Ma" Rio said excitedly, as we were on our way to school.

"Have to dong darling." I replied as I gently rubbed his head.

"Well, good luck learning, my dear." I told Rio and got Rio to kiss my hand. I waved when Rio was about to enter the school gate, he only replied with his sweetest smile.

"Good morning ma'am." said my secretary as I walked into the room.

"Good morning Ani, how is the report this morning" I replied as I sat in my chair.

"Until now it is still safe to control Mom, later in the afternoon there is a meeting with the company leadership to discuss the production of the latest goods Bu" he explained straightforwardly.

"Yes, just remember me again"

"Yes ma'am, I'll excuse you first" Ani said and passed away leaving my room.

"*h yes dear, I forgot to tell you, I was already preparing vitamins for you, I put it on the table tivi room, do not forget to drink dear, and happy resting*" I sent a message via the Whatsapp application to Mas Leo. It's ticked two and it hasn't been countered yet, it looks like she fell asleep really well this morning. I smiled at her, and remembered her behavior this morning.

Since the meeting my phone always vibrates, I deliberately silent because I was meeting with the company leader. When I got to the room I opened the phone, and it turned out that Mas Leo had contacted me. I called Leo back, maybe something was important

"Yes hello dear." she replied on the other end of the phone.

"Yes Mas, just why call, I had another meeting" I explained.

"I just want to say thank you for the vitamins, and today let me just invite Rio to school, Rio no eskul today "he asked

"Yes Mas together, Rio went home as usual kok Mas, and Rio was asking anterin to Mas bookstore, he said to buy a book, he wanted to buy a book, you don't mind taking Rio to the bookstore, but if you can't let me go later Mas" I explained to Mas Leo

"It's okay, dong, I'm also free today baby, let me take you back okay and you don't go home too late" said Mas Leo.

"Dear on, before dinner I'll go home" I replied again.

"Okay yaudah I close yes, happy working Mama" said Nas Leo at the end there.

"Yes" I replied briefly.

I took a deep breath in this work chair, while stretching the tight muscles. The meeting was so long that it made me tired that I forgot to eat lunch. I called my secretary to order lunch for me.
