PART TWELVE

I really didn't focus on working today. All the work I do is a mess. I purposely asked my secretary Ani to vacate today's meeting schedule, I was completely unfocused on working. My mind rages on thinking about Mas Leo, I feel something is stuck from Mas Leo's explanation last night.

I spent almost 16 years in a household with Mas Leo. I have memorized the nature, attitude and behavior of Mas Leo, I am sure there is something Mas Leo covered up from me. A wife's heart can feel it.

"Ani" I said to Ani's desk outside my office.

"Yes ma'am" Ani replied instantly standing up.

"I don't seem to be feeling well, I'm allowed to go home first" I said.

"Yes ma'am"

"Please handle today's work" I asked.

"Ready Ma'am"

I walked out of the office to the office parking lot.

"Dash" call someone.

"Yes Ma'am" I replied after turning around, I walked towards Ms. Fatma.

"Why are you?" ask Ms. Fatma.

"I'm fine, ma'am" I replied.

"Come, I know you well, what is Yu? What the hell is going on?" said Ms. Fatma.

"It's okay Mom, I'm just not feeling well, sorry Mom if Mom lets me go home early today" I asked with a slight bow.

"Father.... Yaudah, you rest at home" Ms. Fatma's permission.

"Thank you ma'am" I replied and I'm sorry to leave the place.

"Well.." call Ms. Fatma, I immediately turned around.

"Tell me, you don't hesitate" said Ms. Fatma.

"Thank you very much, ma'am" I replied.

"I went in first" and Ms. Fatma went into the office.

I drove the car home, maybe with a little rest can make my brain a little fresh.

An hour at home, my heart was getting restless. I'm really scared that there's a painful truth, but I have to figure out for myself what's really going on.

I changed into more casual clothes and was waiting for the taxi I had ordered. I decided to stalk Mas Leo today. I'll figure it all out myself even if it hurts later. Whatever it is I have to accept.

By using the online taxi I ordered, I waited in front of Mas Leo's office. It's a very stupid thing, but I want it all done.

"Sir followed the car" I asked the driver when I saw Mas Leo's car leaving the office.

I don't know where Mas Leo is headed, we're still following Mas Leo's car.

Not long ago, Mas Leo, entered the housing complex.

Mas Leo stopped his car in front of a minimalist ruman building. Mas Leo was seen carrying a bag of crackles that I do not know what it contained.

"Mother?" I was very surprised when someone opened the door of the house when Mas Leo rang the bell.

"Why is Mom here? Whose house is this?" I asked myself. I know Mas Leo has no relatives and relatives in this city. But why is mom here.

I tried to contact Leo.

"Well, sir, thank you for antherin me" I got out of the car.

I continued my journey on foot down the sidewalk. I don't know where I am now, my mind is erratic, my heart is fucked. Leo lied to me.

I didn't heed the horn, somehow the car honked, I didn't care, I kept walking.

"Father" she's already beside me.

"Rangga" my broom was short without looking at him.

"Well, what's wrong with you?" tanyakanya. I just kept quiet.

"Where are you Ayu? Where are you going?" he held my hand. I stopped walking. Looked at his face.

"I want to go home" I replied.

"Going home? Yaudah I'm anterin" he bargained.

Rangga pulled my hand towards his car.

I got in his car.

"Jeeze" called.

I looked at Rangga.

"Why you?" ask Rangga.

"I'm fine, I'm fine" I replied.

"I know you're not okay Ayu" said Rangga while driving.

I did not respond to Rangga's words. I was getting late in my own mind. Rangga knew himself well enough, he no longer wondered at me until his car stopped in front of my house.

"Lhoo... Mama has come home" Rio said seeing me when he came home from school.

I'm just smiling.

"Lhoo dear, he said you have a lot of work today" Mas Leo said.

"My work is done" I replied, bringing my cup of coffee to the backyard.

"Darling... You got a problem?" ask Mas Leo who followed me to the backyard.

"Me?" I looked into Leo's eyes sharply.

"It's okay, I'm fine" I tried to be casual.

"Yes" he answered

I looked at Leo's face.

"Oh... It's okay Mas" I canceled to ask what I saw today.

"Where is it baby, if I go back to the office yes, I try to go home early today" he said while kissing the top of my head.

Without my answer, Leo left me.

"Ma... Rio played at Dimas' house" said Rio that afternoon. Dimas one of Rio's friends in our compound.

"Yes... Go home, not tonight, tomorrow will be school" I said.

"Ready" Rio.

"Hmmm Ma.." said Rio again.

"Yes..."

"It's for mama" Rio handed me a packet of chocolate.

"Say friend Rio, if there is another problem his mother likes chocolate snacking, let his mood return well, Rio does not know Mama's problem, but hopefully it is finished quickly and mama does not like daydreaming anymore" Rio.

Rio passed away. I opened the chocolate and ate it little by little.

I'm trying to call Mother-in-law. But there's no answer, it's already the fourth call. I want to make sure what I saw yesterday was Mom, or just similar. I remember Rio also met a woman who was very similar to Mother, was that the same person.?

"Hallo Karina" I said as Karina answered the phone from me.

Karina's answer was holding my heart. Bude Tini is Mom's older sister, which I know mom and Bude Tini are not very familiar with. Bude Tini is a gentle but firm woman, she who always scolds mom if mom makes mistakes or woes. I feel it is impossible for you to stay at home Bude Tini, to visit one to two hours, sometimes you do not want to.
