When returning home Janus prefers to take Astrid on her car compared to having to ride a car along with both body guards. Because for now is not a body guard who must take care of Astrid, but Janus himself who as a husband must take care of his wife.
During his return journey, both Janus and Astrid were silent. They seem troubled by the current situation. Janus who as a husband worried about the fate of his wife in school, he was very afraid that Astrid would be expelled due to her status as the wife of a Janus Geo Sayuda.
Janus does not care if he is fired at school, but another case with Astrid who is one step away from completing her High School period must be issued because of her married status. Until Janus can not think clearly.
The grieving Astrid continued to play her fingernails, which seemed to be agitated. His breathing was heavy and his gaze was unceasingly sidetracked from the window glass beside him.
Janus immediately grasped his wife's right hand. However, Astrid just blew it away. Janus seemed confused by the attitude of his wife who suddenly did not want to be touched by him. His wife never refused if his hand was touched by Janus.
"Astrid," called Janus in a low voice. However, Astrid did not deny it at all. Even glancing at him he did not do. His gaze continued to stare towards the glass beside him.
Astrid's cold attitude makes Janus feel guilty about the problem. He also thought that this marriage occurred because Janus himself forced Astrid to agree to an arranged marriage made by both sides of the family.
Due to Astrid's silence, silence ensued during her return journey. Janus who felt guilty had to drown his words. He himself was eager to comfort his wife.
Then when they arrived at the door of the apartment, Titan suddenly came approaching with a look of anxiety.
"Trid, are you okay?" ask Titan.
Astrid nodded without saying a word. However, Titan could not confirm that Astrid was currently doing well. He immediately grabbed the hand of the woman who was the wife of his teacher.
"I know you're not okay. But I will definitely find and reply to the person who has been spreading your wedding photos.
Janus removed his wife's hand from Titan. Janus pulled the neck of Titan's shirt.
"Never touch my wife's hand. You so-soan want to find my wedding photo spreader. I myself suspect you of being the spreader of the photo, because in addition to Astrid's friends you also know about our status. I don't suspect Hilda and Alula, because I know they can't spread it. But I can't trust you" said Janus, with eyes that were burning with emotion.
With glaring eyes, Titan removed Janus' hand from his neck. "So you suspect me."
Titan raised his voice. "How can I spread her wedding photos. I know very well that Astrid really likes you. And I who truly love her cannot hurt her feelings. If Astrid parted with you, then her heart was hurt. And I can't bear to have her shed her tears."
"That's just your excuse" said Janus tilting his smile.
"I'll accept it if you suspect me, even if I don't. But, this all happened because you married her. If Astrid hadn't gotten married, none of this would've happened."
"Enough!!" astrid raised her voice and stood in their midst. "If you can't stop fighting, it's not just the people at school who know I'm married. But all the residents in this apartment will also know because of the loud noise from you. I'm tired of the problems that happened today, you guys don't add any more problems to me.
Astrid then hurriedly entered the apartment with both eyes that were watery. He could no longer cry, he cried while sitting in the middle room. What happened today made Astrid very sad. His heart ached at the insults and taunts people made. While crying Astrid held her chest that felt tight.
Janus came over, and squatted down in front of his wife. Then wiping the water droplets attached to both cheeks of his wife. "Don't cry, if you cry my heart hurts." Janus held his wife's hands tightly. "I promise to avenge all the evil deeds of those who spread our wedding photos."
However, Astrid suddenly removed both of her hands from Janus's. "Right now I want to be alone. So, leave me alone" said Astrid with both corners of her eyes that were unceasingly dripping a water circle. Which then he covered his face with both palms while crying a mouthful.
Janus stood up and then stepped into the room. The door of the room was tightly closed by her, she sat leaning behind the door while slipping her head on her knees. His heart ached too much when he heard the sound of crying from his wife. He repeatedly blamed himself for the problems.
Janus then grabs the phone from his pants pocket. He turned on the phone screen, then sent a message to both bodyguards to tell Baskara who must be present tomorrow as a witness to his granddaughter's wedding.
Janus couldn't come straight to his grandfather. Because Janus could not let his crying wife alone in the apartment. Although his wife asked to leave him alone, Janus could not bear to leave him. It is better for Janus to stay in the apartment to accompany Astrid, even if only blocked by the door of the room.
At seven o'clock in the evening, Janus did not leave his room. Including Astrid who has not yet entered the room to change clothes. Janus opened the door of his room. But when the door to the room in Dikaya, Astrid had fallen asleep on the sofa. Janus approached Astrid with a blanket for him.
Janus covered his wife's body, which he then slowly peed at the woman's puffy eyes. Janus crouched down beside the sofa while stroking his wife's head.
"I hope you sleep well tonight until morning. And I hope that with you drowning in sleep you can forget your troubles and sorrows. If God gives me nightmares, I hope they only happen to me. May your dreams be beautiful, as beautiful as a story that ends happily." Janus stood up and kissed Astrid again.
Janus put his foot back into the room. He laid his body on the bed. His eyes began to be shut tightly. But when his eyes were closed, somehow the two corners in his eyes let out a water circle. He himself had no intention of shedding his tears. His mind was so stifled that he could not escape the shadow of guilt.
