Forced to Marry a Teacher
44. Right Now It's Not Him Who's Making Me Pound But You

After all his friends came home, Janus fell silent in front of the window. He drowned in his daydream. What made his face dissolve in sadness. To make Astrid had thought about the marriage of Luna is what makes Janus' mind confused at this time. It occurred to Astrid that she would find it very difficult to find space in Janus' heart. If his heart and mind are still fixated on the woman who became his first love.

That an ordinary woman like Astrid would never be that special to her husband. Too tight this chest if until the end Janus kept whistling nails did not open his heart to Astrid.

Astrid won't ask any questions that make her husband sad right now. Until Astrid went to the room, leaving Janus who might currently need time alone to calm his heart and mind.

Astrid laid her body on the bed, then pulled out a blanket to cover her body. He was lying down, but not one bit he felt sleepy. Compared to having to sleep, she was more worried about her husband. Is she okay, has her calmed down, or maybe what is necessary for her to accompany her grieving husband. That sentence kept on flashed in Astrid's mind at this moment.

Astrid then moved from her bed, to approach the man who was drowning in her grief. But when he opened the door, Janus was at the door. Astrid was shocked to look at Janus who was standing in front of her.

"Where are you going?" ask Janus.

"Hm, I'm coming to you. But since you're going to the room so I'll be back again" Astrid replied as she scratched her non-itchy nape.

"Is there anything you want to talk to me about?" ask Janus again.

"No, I just wanted to tell you to go to bed, because it's already night." Astrid says she didn't tell Janus that she was worried.

"Oh, I'm going to sleep now." Janus stepped into the room. Astrid followed him back to his bed.

As usual before going to bed, Janus will first take the medicine. He took the medicine in the drawer next to his bed.

"I forgot to bring water," murmured Janus and set his foot to fetch a glass of water in the kitchen.

Just as Janus was about to leave his room, Astrid suddenly pulled his arm. "Don't take that medicine again."

Janus looked up at Astrid. "If I don't take medicine, until morning I won't be able to sleep."

"I'm gonna put you to sleep without having to take medicine."

Janus removed Astrid's hand from her arm. "Where can you put me to sleep."

"I'll try to put you to sleep without having to take medication. Didn't you stop taking the medicine, because from today on I'll make you stop taking the medicine." Astrid assured Janus.

Astrid pulls Janus' arm and takes him back to bed. Then he laid Janus down and covered him.

"I'm not a child, I can cover my own body." Janus is made to smile with Astrid's behavior.

"But to me, you're like an adorable little boy." Astrid also laid her body on the bed.

"So how can you put me to sleep?" ask Janus.

"Tonight I'll make you feel better. So for a moment you forget all the things that make you restless and feel sad. That's why you can't sleep well. And for now, think of all that makes you happy and forget all the stories that hurt you."

Astrid grabbed Janus' hand and clasped it tightly. Janus and Astrid lay face to face. Until Janus thumped immediately looked at Astrid who was lying down while holding her hand tightly.

To put Janus into a deep sleep, Astrid began to tell him many things that would make Janus smile and laugh. And forget all that made her mind hurt.

...****************...

Dawn was up in the east, Astrid who was sound asleep woke up because of the sunlight from behind the window of her room. Both of his brows were furrowed with half-opened eyes. He also got out of bed. As she awoke, Astrid looked at Janus who was still soundly asleep. It was already morning, but Astrid could not bear to wake her sleeping husband. Before waking up her husband, Astrid came out of her room to clean up and prepare breakfast first.

When it was finished and finished, Astrid woke Janus. He patted Janus' cheek gently. "Not waking up, it's morning. We're not going to her wedding today, sister Bayu."

Janus squirmed with half-opened eyes. "I'm still sleepy."

Astrid pulls Janus' arms together to wake him up from his bed. "Bas lazy, let's get up quickly."

"Yes, yes, my wife's a prank." Janus smiled as he pinched Astrid's cheek. Then he got out of bed to get ready.

After Janus and Astrid were done get ready and have breakfast. They immediately went to Bayu and Luna's wedding venue. However, when half the journey has passed, Janus suddenly parked his car in a boutique.

"This is not a wedding hall. Why did you park the car here" Astrid said in surprise.

"I will make you beautiful first" said Janus smiling.

"So today I am not beautiful" Astrid said with a sullen face.

"Today you are beautiful, but I will make you even more beautiful." Janus gets out of his car and opens the car door for Astrid. Which then led Astrid into the boutique.

"Please pick out some pretty dresses for my wife" Janus told the shopkeeper.

"Good sir."

Some of the most beautiful and beautiful dresses were chosen by the maid for Astrid. One dress at a try and show Astrid to Janus. There were already four dresses that Astrid wore, but in Janus' eyes there was still no match. Until the fifth dress that Astrid wore, finally made Janus stunned to look at his wife.

"It's so pretty, it really suits you."

"Am I really beautiful" said Astrid smiling sweetly at Janus.

"It's not you that's pretty but the dress."

Astrid's smile faded instantly. " I've been very confident in saying beautiful, the pretty taunya is just a dress worn by me."

Janus approached Astrid and whispered. "You are also very beautiful.

Instantly the red hue on Astrid's face appeared. Janus's praise had really made his heart flutter.

"Keep away from me." Astrid pushed Janus out of my sight.

Janus smiled at Astrid who was embarrassed after her praise. Then he approached the waiter. "Please cut the label, I'll pay for that one."
