124. The Best Choice

The next day, Johan and Astrid get a divorce in a religious court. Then two days later, Astrid asks Janus to meet at a restaurant that he often comes to when dating.

With excitement, Janus came even though he had to leave his job.

"Finally you want to see me. I miss you so much Astrid. Come home with me, I promise I will never see Luna again, and I promise I will make you happy."

Even though she was still angry, Astrid could not lie to her feelings, if she was as longed as Janus. Astrid must be strong to deal with it, even though her heart is still fixed on it. The look on his face was flat, staring at Janus with stagnant eyes.

"If you want to make me happy, let me go."

"What do you mean?" Janus was shocked at his wife's words. Then he took his hand. "Taking you off is the hardest thing for me, I can take you off. Compared to having to let you go, I better give up the responsibility that Bayu gave me."

Instantly the two flooded eyes, began to hang water droplets.

Astrid took her hand away from Janus, and left with both eyes unwilling to stop spouting water.

What Janus thought, his encounter with Astrid would make Astrid come back and forgive all her mistakes. But in fact, what Janus thought was much different from what happened.

For days Janus dissolved in his grief. His psychic state back deteriorated as before, insomnia, anxiety, and fear because of the stay go continue to cross his mind.

Not wanting Janus to get angry, sir Andy, Rio, and Wandi also left Janus.

Then they left before long, suddenly Luna came. He came with a panicked look on his face.

"I heard you're getting a divorce from Astrid?"

"Yes" replied Janus without staring.

"You're such a mess, and I've heard that for days you've never been out of the house." Luna then grabbed Janus' hand." Accept all the facts, that Astrid no longer wants to be with you."

Janus threw Luna's hand. "Just now Wandi and Rio came just to tell me to forget Astrid. Now you've come to make me forget it. Just so you know, I'll never forget it."

"He wants a farewell, you just have to accept it if you want to be happy. You must rise and forget him." Luna took Janus' hand again. "He won't be with you, and here I'll help you forget."

Janus stood up from his seat. "Get out of my house, asshole!"

Janus pulled Luna's arm violently, and carried her away from the house.

"It's from my house."
