Chapter 48 ~Coincy~

“There is no accident – No such thing as coincidence.”

- Master Oogway – Kungfu Panda

“Hoam!” Yogi yawning. Drowsiness still lingers behind your back. Although he slept enough, but he felt less. It may be due to a tired body or for other reasons.

Tryout, UTS, UAS, and UN. All the exams have passed. Day by day, week by week. During the turnaround time, the Yogi has no activities to do. The ninth graders are no longer required to attend school. They are free to do whatever they like. However, some people prefer to come to school and gather with peers.

Having no friends at home makes them bored. Therefore, they decided to go to school even though there were no lessons waiting. However, there are also those who come to school to complete unfinished tasks.

Some students have a fairly high sense of laziness. There are some tasks from teachers that have not been completed. Therefore, teachers give time to complete these tasks. This is a great time for students to complete old tasks and get grades.

Some are deliberately asking for new tasks because of low value. Of course this works so that the value on the report card looks more satisfying.

Yogis also occasionally come to school. However, it was not because he was about to complete a task or ask for a task. He came to school just to change the atmosphere because he was bored at home. There was nothing he could do at home. His sister went to school and his parents went to work. So, he was alone in silence, waiting for interesting things to be done.

Even at school, he rarely found his peers, but it was natural that most of them would be reluctant to set foot in the school environment. Rizki, Lia, and Renata had not seen him since the last time they had gathered.

He wanted to see the faces of the three people, longing for the laughter along with them. However, he did not have a proper reason to take them out. So, he gave up and chose to walk alone.

Once again Yogi yawns. Tears clump in the corner of the eye. The index finger rubbed it before it flowed and fell to the ground.

Yogi felt like he missed something. But he couldn't remember what it was. The tasks are done. SPP schools have also paid off. But still, there is something that feels less.

“Hmmm ...” Yogi buzzed, making a sound like a mosquito lurking around prey. “I kind of forgot something, but what?” ask yourself this while trying to recall some memories. Unfortunately, he was unable to find any information that was deemed useful.

“Stupid time,” murmured while taking the phone out of the pants pocket. When one of the buttons is pressed, the screen shows the number 8.32 am. The school gates were closed at 6:30 a.m. But he's not late. The only proper reason to support that was because the ninth grade was already free. So, school rules no longer work on ninth graders.

On any other normal day, there's no way he's got a cell phone. If the teacher finds him carrying a cell phone, his phone could be confiscated. When that happened, his parents had to go to school and pick up the phone while being rebuked for not letting him bring the phone to school.

Just like Rizki who does not like troublesome things, Yogi also avoids it. Therefore, he never brought a cell phone to school. That reason also causes him to not be able to have Renata or Rizki's phone number.

Slowly, Yogi keeps the phone back in his pants pocket. The strange thing he never thought of was asking for their number when they were outside of school.

They often play outside of school. When that happens, Yogi always carries a cell phone. However, he never remembered asking for their phone number.

He always gets caught up in the mood and forgets the little things. However, forgetting about it does not hurt him anymore can also gather and play with them has become a pleasure in itself.

After a few meters, Yogi finally passed through the school gate. Looks silent. Not a single student crossed his field of vision. In the security guard post was only seen one person who was watching.

When his gaze and the guards met, Yogi smiled and bowed slowly. He knew the security guard and the security guard knew him. Therefore, he will not get a reprimand.

Yogi turned away from the security guard post. His two legs were raised alternately and were about to head for class. When entering the school hallway, the surface of his facial skin was swept away by the wind. It felt cold, piercing the skin, making him shiver for a while.

“Eh?” unlike the silent school gates, the sports field seemed crowded. Not because of the seventh or eighth grade students who were exercising, but because of the ninth grade students who played there.

Wherever his eyes looked, Yogi found a ninth-grade student. In the days before, this never happened. He had never met anyone from the ninth grade. However, I don't know what brought them all this time. Did something happen?

While various questions come to mind, Yogi decides to go to class. Silence will not produce anything. Therefore, he was about to ask what happened to whoever was in the class.

After going quite a distance, Yogi arrived before the classroom door. He peered inside and found the contents of the crowded classroom. There were no empty benches, and there were even people running around in class. Okay, now he's confused about what happened.

When his attention found Rizki in the corner of the classroom, feet rushed up and approached the man. The man seemed to be carrying a novel, a fantasy, like any other normal day.

“Rizki!” Yogi mentions his friend's name, making Rizki pull the book out of sight and turn the eyeball on him.

“Oh, Yogi. Finally you came,” reply Rizki.

“Finally? Whatchu mean? Also, why so many now? What happened?” not thinking any longer, Yogi showered Rizki with various questions.

“Hmm?” Rizki shined her face. “Did no one tell you if the school scored UN results?”

“Ha?” Yogi tilts his face. “When did it happen?”

“A few days ago. The announcement was in the school mading and I was lucky because I was in school,” replied Rizki.

“Oh, I didn't realize it.”

“Well, let's take this as your luck because it comes at the right time.”

“Yeah, this is a fun coincidence.”

“There is no such thing as coincidence,” reply Rizki.

“Serah.” Yogi slams the body and beats Rizki. “When will it be announced?”

“Nine hours.”

“What Renata and Lia have?”

“They to the canteen.”

“That's great.”

“You go to the canteen? I'm getting hungry.”

“Sure.” The yogi gets up and stretches the muscles for a moment. On the other hand, Rizki closed the book and immediately put her feet up. They go together, down the hallway.
