Chapter 40. Happy Day

Morning comes accompanied by bright shining sun, as bright as the heart of a pair of brides who are impatient to tie the promise in a very sacred bond.

Aldo was getting ready in his room with his parents.

While in the apartment, Mila has come to bring two mua and a wedding dress that will be worn by Cika.

Both men began to focus on their work.

After approximately 1 hour, the mua who was in charge of dressing Cika came out of the room to meet Sela and Mila who were waiting in the living room.

Sela and Mila had finished dressing up first and wearing the uniform that Ara had provided for all their family members.

Mila and Sela went into the room to see Cika who had finished dressing. The two of them stared at each other in awe at Cika who was already like an angel who descended from the heaven.

"Aldo is really lucky to get a wife who is very beautiful like you" added Mila who is also amazed by the beauty of her future sister-in-law.

"Can we go now?" said Mila who was impatient to bring her prospective sister-in-law to the side of Aldo.

"Yes, I can!" sahut Sela's.

The three of them walked out of the apartment and boarded a car decorated with flowers.

Mila sat in front, next to the driver driving their car. Sela and Cika sit on the back bench.

"We're on the road now, aren't we?" said the driver and started driving the car they were riding.

On the way, Mila's phone suddenly rang. There's an incoming call from her in-laws.

"Hello, Ma!" mila said from behind the phone.

"Hello, baby! Where are you guys? The guests have come, as well as the rulers have been waiting for you here." said Ara who was a little restless waiting for their arrival.

"Yes, Ma! We'll be here soon. It's been on the road." said Mila.

"Okay, you guys be careful!" reply Ara and immediately turn off the phone.

Cika began to fidget, the look on her face changed instantly holding the tension in her heart.

"Why are you, Cika?" asked Sela who saw the strangeness of Cika's face.

"I'm scared, Sela!" cika said while squeezing her finger.

"Not be afraid! This is commonplace for prospective brides who will do ijab" said Mila who accidentally heard the conversation Sela and Cika.
