Chapter 38. The Painful Accusations

Aldo and Cika walked hand in hand with a sweet smile that emanated from the faces of the two of them. They leave Aldo's apartment and drive to Sela's apartment.

On the way, Cika was unceasingly staring at the idol of her heart who looked so dashing before her eyes. He felt like he was dreaming of meeting a man like Aldo.

"Darling, I'm hungry. We'll eat first!" invite Cika who feels her stomach has begun to rumble.

"Well, what do you want to eat?" sahut Aldo while glancing towards his beautiful woman.

Cika just smiled while looking at the side of the road they were passing. Suddenly Cika's eyes were fixed on a simple wagon that was holding up on the side of the road.

"Aldo, stop here!" said Cika who made Aldo step on the brakes of his car instantly.

" What's up, baby? Why are we stopping here?" aldo asked with a confused look.

"I want to eat that satay!" point Cika at the cart beside their car.

Aldo immediately glared at his eyes, he was a little confused by Cika's request.

"You seriously want to eat here?" ask Aldo who still does not believe in the request of his future wife.

"Well, you don't like eating in places like this?" Cika slightly widened her lips thinking that a rich person like Aldo would not want to eat on the side of the road as he wanted.

Aldo had never eaten in such a place. But in order to appreciate the woman he loved, he also agreed to Cika's invitation to eat at the place.

"Dear, we'll eat here! I parked the car first!" said Aldo who did not want to disappoint his future wife.

Aldo parked his car in a rather spacious place, so as not to disturb other road users.

They both got out of the car. Cika was very happy because Aldo did not reject her wish at all.

Aldo could only smile while following the steps of his beautiful woman.

"Sir, there are two!" cika said as she grabbed the plastic chair that was already available there.

"Yes, wait a minute!" satay traders who are busy serving their buyers.

Cika and Aldo were sitting opposite in a place that had been provided by satay traders.

Not long ago the message came. The distinctive aroma of satay is very tempting, making Cika impatient to immediately taste it.

Aldo remained silent without touching his food. He just smiled looking at his beloved woman who was enjoying satay on the table.

"You don't eat? I swear, it's delicious, Aldo! Loss if not tried." said Cika while smiling at her future husband.

"Hmmm, uh,"

"Here, try it!" pinta Cika while directing one skewer into Aldo's mouth.

Without hesitation Aldo opened his mouth to accept a bribe from his beautiful woman.

"Where? It's delicious, " said Cika while continuing to eat.

"Enak, hehe," Aldo who had been hesitating, finally greedily ate the satay in front of him without rest.

Cika just smiled broadly at the handsome man who was engrossed in enjoying his food.

Since their stomachs were full, they got back into the car to continue their journey.

"It turns out that street food isn't as bad as I imagined it to be, baby!" aldo said with a shy smile towards his woman.

"Hahahaha,," Cika just laughed at the words of her future husband.

"Why laugh?" aldo was confused.

Aldo once again could only smile at his beautiful woman. He was even embarrassed by Cika. A new age this time Aldo ate in an ordinary place like that.

At 21:00 pm they arrived at Sela's apartment. They got out of the car and stepped into the apartment.

With a face full of happiness, Cika held Aldo's hand until they arrived at the door.

Geck...Geck...Geck...

She opened the door for both of them.

"Zee, Aldo! Come, in!" said Sela who was happy with the arrival of the two of them.

"No, Sela! I just want to deliver Cika." said Aldo who did not want to linger because he had to go home to his mother.

"Oh, yeah, you be careful!" said Sela.

"Yes, please take care of my love for the next few days, Sela! We can't see each other before the wedding." Aldo added the woman he loves to his cousin Sela.

"Yes, yeah, take it easy!" reply Sela while giving a very sweet smile.

Aldo then hugged Cika and gave a kiss on his lover's forehead.

"Darling, you're fine here!" said Aldo who began to feel heavy parting temporarily with Cika.

"Yes, you too. Don't be naughty!" reply Cika with eyes that start to glaze over.

"Where would you be naughty if you were here? Hehehe,," Aldo tried to make Cika smile, he didn't want Cika to cry to let go because it would also incriminate him.

Aldo walked away from Cika and Sela who were still standing in front of the door.

Sela returned to the sofa to continue watching the film she had just watched, while Cika walked straight into the room.

Cika changed her clothes. After that he immediately took out the phone that was inside his bag. Cika walked to the balcony, then contacted her mother to inform her of her marriage to Aldo.

"Hello, Mom!" greet Cika from behind the phone.

"What's wrong?" laila answered Cika's mother.

"I want to talk to mom about something" said Cika who was a little nervous.

"Speak now! I don't have much time." said Laila, who felt insignificant about what her daughter was going to say.

"Mother, Cika is getting married. You can come here to attend Cika's wedding!" pinta Cika who wants her mother to be next to her at her wedding.

"Oh, that's great of you, Cika! Just a few days away from home, has there been a man who wants to marry you? Did you sell your body to get a bite of rice?"

Not happy to hear the news of her daughter's marriage, Laila instead insulted the poor woman so low.

"Mother! What are you talking about? I'm not as low as I'm accusing you of!" cika said as she cried getting such a heinous accusation from the mother she loved.

"It's up to you, if you want to get married, get married!" said Laila who did not care about her daughter at all.

"Mother,,,,"

Cika has not been able to explain everything, Laila has already turned off their phone connection. Cika has not even had time to tell anything about her future husband.

"What's wrong with you, Mom? Why do you hate me so much?" muttered Cika while lamenting her very bad fate.

Cika could not help her grief. His heart felt so painful hearing the words spoken from the mouth of the person he loved so much all this time.
