Athaya's Appearance

The expected time arrived, Rahma was ready to go to accompany the son to meet the invitation of the school of the Qur'an education park where the child demanded knowledge. Athaya will appear as one of the performers in the activities held by TPQ.

Previously Athaya had managed to become the first champion in the pildacil race in his TPQ, and now the foundation that houses the TPQ where Athaya studied is holding a major event of the foundation.

Two months later, when Athaya turns five, Rahma plans to enter Athaya into the same kindergarten there.

"Mother is ready? let's go we're off" the little man with the handsome face and the big tall stature that the father inherited was already standing in the doorway in the full costume of a child da'i.

"Masya Alloh, the son of the handsome mother once" praise Rahma to welcome the son while stretching out her arms ready to embrace.

"Stop, no no no Mother. No hugs for now" the pointer flicked at Athaya while swaying in front of her face towards Rahma who was ready to embrace her.

"Lho..why?" asked Rahma astonished, she lowered her hand again with a face pretending to be disappointed because of the rejection of the son.

"Uwa said, for now there should be no hugging Thaya, later Thaya's appearance is not neat anymore. Uwa has tidied it up, if you want to kiss and hug it later after Thaya took the stage" Athaya also explained the reason why she refused to be embraced by the mother. Apparently Rahma's sister-in-law has played a very big role in this.

Uwa is the call of Athaya for his brother and sister-in-law, deliberately slowly Rahma introduced the term call in Sundanese so that Athaya knew and still uphold Sundanese as the mother tongue of his ancestors.

Rahma also pay attention to the appearance of the child from top to bottom, the color of the same peci with the clothes worn by the son, subordinates with a model of glove pants, a turban that hangs neatly on his neck, and the, everything looks perfect and perfect. Making Rahma giggle with the appearance of the son prepared uwa women specifically for today.

"Then we take a picture?" take Rahma while reaching for her phone from her bag,

"Oke Mommy" Athaya is model-style and ready to take pictures with a cute face with the mother. Rahma was really made anxious and wanted to hold him in his arms, but he held it because he obeyed the orders of the son.

"Come on!" invite Rahma to reach out to Athaya who greeted the son with her adorable little helping hand.

"Are you ready to go?" sister-in-law who came from the kitchen said hello, she carried a goodie bag that was thrust towards Rahma to be taken, she said,

"This is what, sister?" asked Rahma after receiving the goodie bag. Rahma opened it to find out the contents.

"Supply for you, it'll be a long time there. Don't forget to eat" said sister-in-law attentively.

Since deciding to live with her sister and sister-in-law in Jakarta, Rahma felt no loss for her mother's affection and attention. His sister-in-law managed to become a surrogate role, which always met the needs of a mother's attention and affection for him and Joseph.

"Sister, thank you" said Rahma sincerely, he was always made haru by every little attention given by his brother-in-law and Athaya also Joseph.

Although now Joseph did not live with them because he chose to receive housing facilities from his company where he worked, but his brother-in-law still did not forget to pay attention to Joseph. Remind him not to forget to eat, send him provisions and other small concerns.

Not only Rahma and Joseph were always grateful to the mother's sister-in-law, but Budi their brother who is the husband of his brother-in-law does not hesitate to thank and show romance in front of his sisters.

"Let's go quickly, will hunt in the afternoon. Want to bring your own car or delivered Mang Ade?" ask brother-in-law to make sure,

"Bring yourself, brother. Poor Mang Ade also has to rest" Mang Ade is a shop driver who also lives there.

Her sister-in-law nodded in agreement, because she also knew that today the snack box order in her shop is very much and makes Mang Ade quite overwhelmed to deliver every order.

"Alright, be careful then. Don't forget to tell your sister when you arrive and don't come home late. He said his guest will come at eight o'clock tonight" said the sister-in-law with a warm gaze.

Heard that Rahma momentarily froze. He remembered the chat with the sister a few nights ago, if there would be a dear friend of the late father who would come specifically to meet him.

"I.iya Brother, Insha Allah" only that sentence was then spoken from Rahma's lips, he tried to neutralize his facial expression to look ordinary.

Rahma drove her car at a moderate speed. His mind now branched between focusing on the streets he passed and thinking about meeting later tonight. Rahma rahu if the intention of the arrival of his late father's friend is to ask him to take part with his son.

"Mother, I'll come" Athaya broke the silence,

"Heumm" Rahma replied without turning her straight-forward gaze,

"Yesterday my father came to the uwa store" Athaya continued.

"Huh?" Rahma began to realize the contents of Athaya's conversation, since then she was too focused on driving and thinking about other things.

"Dad came to uwa's shop?" Rahma confirmed the information she had heard from her son.

"Yes Mother, last night I came and saw Thaya rehearsal. I asked him what Thaya was doing rehearsing, Thaya said to perform today. So I want to come and see Thaya" Athaya explained in detail and listened to carefully by Rahma who felt astonished and hesitant. Her ex-husband will keep his promise.

"Okay, then now let's go down. Soon our Ashar Adhan will go directly to the mosque" asked Rahma.

The loud voice of a young child is echoing throughout the foundation. No one was not interested in heading to the main stage. The core event today opened with a spectacular performance of a child da'i who became the champion in the da'i cilik selection competition held by TPQ Baitur Rahmah in order to commemorate the Islamic holiday of Israel and Mi'raj this year.

Athaya was able to conjure up a boisterous atmosphere with instant silence when greeting and opening do'a successfully delivered loud and smooth.

The audience was still amazed by Athaya's skill in speaking. Adorable facial expressions, cute body gestures, regular and natural intonation make people focus their attention on Athaya. They were still fascinated by Athaya's performance even as Athaya said the ultimate greeting that began with the pantun.

"Parents should be respected"

"Cakep.." Simultaneously all replied,

"Don't be an ungodly child once in a while"

"Cakep.." said the two spectators no less exciting, the,

"I'm sorry this talk has to end. Let's raise our hands to pray together" Athaya concluded.

All of them raised their hands like Athaya did on stage.

"Allahummaghfirlii Wa Liwaa Lidhayya Warham Humaa Kamaa Rabbayaa Nii Shaghiraa. O God, forgive all my sins and the sins of my parents, and be merciful to them both as they were merciful to me when I was a child." Aamyn

"Rabbanaa aatinaa fiddunyaa hasanah wa fil-aakhirati hasanah wa qina ‘adzaabannaar. Wassalamu'alaikum warohmatulloh wabarokatuh" Athaya ended his ten-minute talk with a closing greeting.

The row of invited guests who sat in the front row of the compact stand giving standing applause when Athaya said the final greeting ending his lecture.

Rahma who stood in the ranks of the parents of TPQ students who were both present could not help but hold back tears when she saw the son who received so much appreciation from everyone.

Unexpectedly, a man sitting in the VIP seat came forward to approach Athaya and directly carried her.

Rahma rubbed the tears that were still in her eyes. He sharpened his vision to ascertain who was the one who carried Athaya. He was still in a position to turn his back on the other spectators.

The applause again sounded boisterous as the person holding Athaya turned around and immediately handed over a gift to Athaya as a reward.

"Pak Tama.." said Rahma Lirih,
