Aggara's Request

Anggara immediately stood up from his seat, he even forcibly removed Friska's hand.

"Rahma, why did you just say you were pregnant?" anggara said with a high tone, shocked and happy with the news he had just received made him unable to control himself.

"Sorry Mas I also just realized it" said Rahma lying,

"Sorry I lied. If you find out I'm pregnant a long time ago maybe you won't let me go that easy, sorry Mas" murmured Rahma in her heart, she realized the mistake of having hidden her pregnancy. But she felt the reason was logical enough to delay telling her ex-husband and family about her pregnancy. He will not hinder the closeness between his son and his father's family later.

Anggara again sat down lethargic, I don't know what Anggara is thinking at this time. At first glance he glanced at Lisna who was beside Rahma looking for in-depth information from the news delivered by his ex-wife. Anggara is sure Lisna must know a lot of things, but unfortunately Lisna only turned her face when she found Anggara looking at her.

"How old are you now, son?" asked papa in a slightly quivering voice, she was happy to hear the news that the woman who had been her daughter-in-law had finally conceived her granddaughter. Papa knew that the cause of his son to be married a second time was because his wife always demanded to have children immediately.

"Now four months forward Pa" replied Rahma with a smile on her lips, she rubbed her belly covered with a wide headscarf she wore.

"Rahma, I want to talk to you alone" Anggara's voice suddenly, he looked at his ex-wife with a pleading gaze.

Rahma glanced at Lisna and Yusuf taking turns, asking for an opinion on her ex-husband's request. Joseph just shrugged his shoulders, while Lisna just smiled wryly unable to make up her mind.

"I'm sorry I....."

"A little while" Anggara said, he knew his ex-wife would refuse.

"Friska, Ma, Pa. I have permission to chat with Rahma together" Anggara said, standing up from her seat and leaving the living room without waiting for the answer of the three people she had received permission.

Rahma looked at the mother and father who nodded his head, she turned to Friska who was just flat-faced.

"Mbak Friska, if Mbak does not allow me will not meet Mas Angga" said Rahma softly, he makes sure Friska allows it even though Rahma knows the woman who is pregnant is definitely not going to be okay,

"Please, but I hope you know the limits" said Friska a little tatus,

"Of course Mommy, I know that. I realized that between me and Mas Angga now it is not mahram anymore. Don't worry" Rahma replied with a smile, her memory retreated to a few years ago where she once found the woman in front of her making out with her husband in her own home. Right now he is talking about boundaries, maybe he has forgotten what he once did.

"Astaghfirullah" Rahma was privileged in her heart, so she went and walked towards the back porch of the house where Anggara was.

"Why did you just announce your pregnancy now?" anggara asked, staring at Rahma, now they are sitting side by side in the chair on the terrace.

"I told you, I just realized it" Rahma replied casually,

"Rahma.." Anggara's words paused, he turned his body to Rahma, looking at the woman who was no longer halal for him who was now containing his flesh blood.

"No Mas.." said Rahma slowly, trying as calmly as possible to talk with her ex-husband. Anggara also began to look to relax the look of his face and again look sad,

"What should I do?" he continued with sadness clearly visible on his face,

"Well, we can go through all this well, Mas, however you are the father of the child I am carrying. I won't make you lose your father's call from him one day. We are no longer husband and wife, but he is still your son. I will take good care of him, this is a precious trust that God has given me. Being a mother is a very valuable thing in a woman's life, as well as me and with as much as possible I will do my best to take care of her" Rahma said at length,

"If you can be patient longer." said Anggara sad, he bowed to the floor with an erratic mind,

"Mas, don't bring up what's gone by, no one can think of fate what will happen to us. This is part of the secret of God that we must believe. There is nothing wrong with His provisions, there are only those of us who sometimes are unable to uncover the veil of goodness in every problem we face. Once again I assure you that nothing will change your status as the father of the child I bear, nor will I close you to our child. From now on, let's enjoy our own way of life. Happy is what we create, not just come. Take good care of your household, love and love your wife with all your heart. She was like a garment for Mas, and vice versa" Rahma took her breath in, pausing her speech.

"Friska has been hurt for our marriage and now God gives her happiness by making you a match, she finally blesses you. Friska must be very happy, so don't hurt her again by lamenting our separation. Live happily with your little family, let me take care of our child. Believe me I will take good care of him" Rahma spoke calmly, still the same every word that was thrown from the mouth of his ex-wife was always full of tenderness and calm.

"Rahma, I .." isak bertahan Anggara sound heartbreaking, Rahma knows what kind of turmoil her husband is currently feeling,

"Take it easy, Istighfar. Rest assured this is the best destiny for us" Rahma calmed down again,

"Rahma, promise never to stop me from seeing our child" Anggara said, starting to control his feelings,

"Of course, that's your right as his father. I will not obstruct the source of your reward for doing your duty as a father and getting from your efforts"

"I will finance all your needs and her, never refuse" Anggara's gaze turned towards Rahma's stomach which was not at all visible being pregnant because of the loose clothing and the wide hijab she was wearing.

"Of course I will accept your trust well as the right of your son. But once again I emphasize, your duty is only for your child, I am no longer your responsibility." Rahma replied firmly,

The agreement between them was established, Anggara will provide benefits every month for the needs of his son. He had forced Rahma to accept the money that would be given to him every month, but firmly Rahma refused because she was no longer the responsibility of Anggara.

Anggara just resigned, he also accepted Rahma's decision.

"Rahma, can I touch her?" ask Anggara when they both stand up and will return to the family room,

"I'm sorry, we're not mahrams" Rahma replied,

"In a moment, I just want to say hello is okay even if blocked by your hijab" Anggara asked again...

"But Mas....."
