Akad Shackle
My husband's home

A month passed, a time that was not easy for Rahma to pass. With all her strength, she persevered in the marriage that seemed to be holding her back. How not, as someone who believes if marriage is a sacred bond and must be upheld, as a sacred bond, Rahma was eventually shackled in the bonds of agreement which led her to a household reality that was completely far from her expectations.

For a month Rahma had been living in the house Anggara had bought for her, not too far from the school where she taught. It only took twenty minutes on his motorbike to get to school. During that time also Anggara never came to visit him or to inform his condition.

Her family came to ask her about her husband several times, but Rahma always had an easy answer to answer every question from her family. Anggara's position is quite high in his place of service, enough to provide a reason if one month Anggara is very busy with his country's duties. Rahma herself did not know what her husband was doing. Maybe she married her lover again, thought Rahma.

Rahma is a teacher who is disciplined in time, thirty minutes before the learning activities began he usually has stayed in the teacher's room just enjoy a warm tea while reading the textbook he will deliver in class. Today is the final class farewell, a few days behind Rahma also busy with various preparations ahead of the grand event, enough to divert his mind about the state of his household. Not only the parents of the students will be present but many honorary invitations will be present in this event.

Rahma was in charge of welcoming guests along with three other teachers and also some students who were members of the board of OSIS. It should be according to his instructions yesterday, the team in charge of welcoming guests should have prepared in their respective positions at seven o'clock exactly because the event will start at eight o'clock exactly.

But at this time the clock has shown at seven and ten minutes Rahma has not also shown the trunk of her nose. It is not his habit to be late to make Lisna, a colleague and close friend very worried about Rahma. Several times he called but never picked up when his phone was connected to make Lisna increasingly worried what was with her best friend. Usually Rahma would tell herself if there was something that made her late.

While in the residence of Rahma, the house with a minimalist design but looks comfortable and beautiful because Rahma arranged it nicely. Rahma seemed to sit waiting for the husband who had just arrived early this morning without first giving news. He was waiting for Anggara to finish his breakfast. There was no communication between them. Anggara immediately fell on the bed without a word. Rahma moved to the next room because she did not want to disturb Anggara.

"How are you?" after seeing Anggara finish his breakfast, Rahma finally opened her voice.

Anggara looked at Rahma with a gaze that was difficult to interpret, making Rahma so wrong behavior made.

"Next week there's an event in my office. I hope you can come, because all the higher-ups bring their partners" Anggara said still with his flat facial expression.

"Well, God willing, I'm coming. Mas share only the location of the meeting" replied Rahma steady.

"You should stay at my official house first, Mama and Papa will come the day before to attend the event as well, they will definitely stay at my house. I hope you've been there before they arrived" Anggara continued with his flat face. He grabbed the coffee that Rahma had prepared and gulped it down.

"Well Mas, I will come before they arrive" Rahma replied still with her thousand-watt smile. He also moved from the chair where he sat carrying dishes and dirty glasses Anggara used breakfast. Anggara's gaze followed Rahma's every move he paid close attention to the appearance of the woman who had become his wife.

"You want to go to school?" tanya Anggara finally unravels her target. Rahma's unusual appearance really makes her curious especially today is a working day, should Rahma wear her work uniform.

"Yes Mas, today there is a graduation event for the final class, the theme of her clothes is modern so I dress like this to school according to the uniform that has been mutually agreed" rahma's answer is quite reasonable according to Anggara, he also paid attention to his wife's face that was polished with thin makeup but seemed to show her natural beauty. During the marriage with the woman before him not even though Anggara saw Rahma without wearing a hijab.

"Now what do you need?" rahma paused her speech waiting for her husband's reaction.

"If there is no I want to ask permission to go to school" because Anggara never responded Rahma continued her words.

Rahma's question made Anggara realized from his daydream, he turned his face when it was discovered Rahma if he was looking at his wife's face.

"Well Mas, for lunch I have prepared on the food shelf, warm rice is available. I say goodbye" Rahma thrusts her hands together and kisses her husband's hands, although this is new to her but Rahma tries to get used to it if her husband is at home" Anggara was stunned to see Rahma stretched out her hand, she accepted Rahma's hand and let her kiss her hand. Something warmed up in his chest, but Anggara immediately dismissed the feeling, he resumed his activities in reply to a message with someone.

Rahma left in a hurry, the clock was already showing at eight in less twenty minutes. He had to speed up because when he came the event would have already started. Rahma rushed forward his favorite matic motorbike at a fairly high speed, out of the door of his yard and grazed his motorbike quickly. Without Rahma noticing behind the window curtain of his house Anggara watching all the movements of his wife's movements.

Anggara was curious about the daily life of the woman who had been his wife for a month. He entered the room he slept in last night. Anggara observed each side of the room, looking neat and comfortable. Rahma arranged her room well as if to show what her personality was like. On the wall near the study table Anggara found some sticky note paper attached to the wall that had been dialed cork.

Anggara took some, she smiled slanted when she found a note that a few days ago she had to pay a visit to her parents' house to prepare for her sister's wedding. Miris, she is willing to pawn her happiness for the happiness of her sister. But it's okay if the cooperation between himself and Rahma is mutually beneficial, Anggara thought.

Anggara was also interested in pink note paper, there noted if today he had to leave for school at sixty-three. To brief the team he leads, and ensure all work according to their respective duties and positions.

"Had he been seen in a hurry, apparently he was too late" a smile back on Anggara's lips, for a moment he thought if Rahma was too good to treat him. He even prepared breakfast and waited for it to finish when he was already late to his place of work. There was a novelty that broke in Anggara's heart but again he brushed it off. Along the ringing of the phone that rang in his hand.

"Hallo baby!"

Arriving at school Rahma hurriedly got off her bike, she threw the key to the school security guard who was very familiar with her.

"Sir, please park my bike properly yes" he shouted at Pak Satpam.

"Neng, the helmet is neng.." shouted Mr. Satpam who since from a distance gawked to see Rahma carrying her motorcycle in a hurry.

"Eh..." hearing the screams of Mr. Satpam when Rahma stopped his running, he turned to several invitations that came together with him, it seems they were parents of students who also looked at him. Rahma also threw her sweet smile at the guests while opening her helmet.

"This is sir" Rahma threw her helmet back at the security guard and was swiftly captured by the security guard.

"Neng Rahma, Neng Rahma.tumben bad luck" muttered the security guard while parking Rahma's motorbike where it should be.

"Where have you been? not usually you like gini, usually also on time, why you? I called from earlier not lifted up, make me worry" Lisna who saw Rahma come in droves and immediately flocked to him with a slur.

"Sorry..sorry.my husband went home" he answered honestly still with breathless gasping.

"What?" a person who did not know which direction suddenly made a sound with a rising intonation showed his surprise at Rahma's reply. He walked towards Rahma and Lisna who were still standing at his feet because they were both surprised by the presence of men who were none other than the chairman of their foundation, Pratama Ardan.

"Naura, you owe me an explanation. After this event finished meeting me in my room" he said terlak, Rahma and Lisna face each other, both have different thoughts. Rahma who thought she would get a reprimand for putting aside work because of personal affairs while Lisna whom she opened many questions arise one of them why her boss was a fussy was hearing Rahma say if her husband came home.
