Rahma hastened her steps. Tears that are hard-earned are increasingly going to make the dam break. Rahma who was originally going back to her group of friends now turned towards the bathroom. He was no longer able to hold back his tears.
Brakkk.....
Toilet which happens to be a lot of empty makes Rahma freely express the state of his heart, he closed the toilet door hard. Leaning behind the door, Rahma finally could no longer hold back her tear dam.
He cried bitterly with both palms covering his face. It hurts, it hurts so much. Though he knows if Anggara does have a lover, even Rahma is aware if she is the third person in their relationship.
Since the beginning of the marriage Anggara has explained about his situation with Friska. Rahma also tried to accept it because she realized that no heart can be forced to follow the wishes. There is desire because the heart wills.
Rahma grew sobbing in tears as the shadow of her parents flashed across her mind. During this time Rahma chose to survive to keep their feelings, what the world said if her marriage that has not been for a lifetime has ended in court.
How many women today cry regretfully when they marry men who look good in words, look and career but it turns out they find their husbands are among the worst people in their wives.
The words of a friend made her more sobbing, Rahma was really hard to stop her crying this time. He had tried to take a deep breath and exhaled slowly until violently to relieve the tightness in his chest.
Rahma again rang Anggara's words while at the foodcourt earlier "Honey, your nephew has come?" pain, heartburn feels very sick when the person who a moment ago made his heart hope for a better household life calls affection but not for himself.
"Oh my God, why is it so painful. Dad, I'm sorryin Rahma" she said softly on the sidelines sobs her tears. Rahma held onto her chest which still felt tight.
Derrr....
The vibration of Rahma's cell phone in a small bag attached to her shoulder shook for a long time. At first Rahma let it go because at the moment the situation was very chaotic, she could not possibly allow herself to meet her friends and students in this kind of state.
"Callo....." Rahma was forced to pick up a phone call on the screen with the name Lisna,
"Hallo, where's Naw? you're all right, right? long time to the toilet. We'll be moving locations soon.'' Lisna directly pointed at her best friend out of worry,
"I'm still in the toilet, but I'm going there" Ratna replied briefly, she held back so hard that the rest of her sobbing was not heard while talking on the other end of the phone,
"You're all right, aren't you? which toilet is next door? let me suck" Lisna who heard the voice of her best friend was a little different than usual began to be worried, she was afraid of Rahma why,
"No, I'll be there in a minute. Wait a minute" Rahma answered and hung up her phone,
Rahma began to clean her face from the remains of tears, she slightly scratched her face with powder and applied lipstick to her lips to make it look fresher. Even so Rahma was quite difficult to hide her puffy eyes because of crying.
"For a long time, you're nothing, right? Lisna greeted Rahma's arrival first because from a distance she could already see the change in Rahma's face,
"You're crying?" look at Lisna who keeps looking at her best friend's face,
"So I was nauseous and vomiting in the toilet, maybe I catch a cold so his eyes also runny right after the vomiting" Rahma latched on, she said, as he walked from the toilet to the group of teachers, he looked for a reasonable reason to say if anyone asked about his eyes,
"Bu Rahma why?" Mr. Regi who saw Rahma and Lisna standing together while chatting seriously came to them, he also saw Rahma's eyes a little swollen like they were crying.
"Mom Rahma is sick?" tanyanya was curious,
"That's okay sir, I think it was a cold but now it's better" replied Rahma quickly, she did not want her condition to be a language anymore.
"Thank God then" said Regi relieved to hear Rahma's explanation. They also returned to the group because they will move to other tourist attractions before returning to Garut.
Unlike Regi who easily believes what Rahma said. Lisna was seen observing her best friend, she was sure something had happened to her best friend.
"Naw, are you really okay?" Lisna again ascertained Rahma's condition, they went hand in hand to follow the Regi who had already stepped towards a large enough field where the students gathered.
"Truly, I'm nothing" said Rahma, she pulled her best friend's arm and walked faster because Regi was far ahead of them.
A very tiring day for Rahma, exactly nine o'clock at night he had arrived at his house. Rahma put her motorbike into a special garage motorbike exactly like the hallway next to the main door of her house, as access from another door into her house.
A warm bath and a soft mattress are things that are in Rahma's mind at this time. He was already willing to think of something else besides sleep, his stomach was filled when on the trip which was scheduled to have dinner together in one of the rest areas while praying Isya. Although his heart is chaotic, but Rahma is sane enough to still fill his stomach as a source of energy.
"Alhamdulillah, immediately" Rahma laid her body on a soft mattress where she spent the night alone.
Ting.tong...
Just as Rahma grabbed a blanket to cover her entire body, Rahma's house bell rang. He stared at the wall clock that showed almost ten o'clock in the night.
Rahma just ignored the sura bell, hoping she heard wrong. He pulled back his blanket and prepared to close his eyes. Again, the bell of his house rang.
He grabbed the phone he kept on a small table beside his bed, seeing that there might be a call or message from his family coming home.
Rahma was a little afraid if she had to open the door at a late enough hour. He had never previously received any guests in the house other than his family. But no, there was no call or pedan from his family.
Derrrtt ... Derrr.....Derrr....
Rahma who was still in her worries flinched when suddenly the phone she was holding shook. He stared at the now-lit flat screen surface. Her husband's name made a phone call to her.
"Assalamu'alaikum" Rahma hurriedly picked up her phone,
"Wa'alaikumsalam's chat. I'm in front of the house, please open the door" Anggara's voice sounded firmly in Rahma's ear, she immediately came down from the top of her bed.
"Okay, wait a minute" Rahma grabbed the cardigan hanging from the hanger next to her wardrobe, she looked for the canal hijab that is commonly used when at home.
Ceklek...the front door was wide open, revealing a tall and dashing man wearing a complete uniform as when on duty.
Rahma gawked at Anggara's other-feeling appearance tonight. She knitted her eyebrows together and looked at the husband who was now standing before her. After almost half a semester, her husband finally returned.
"I wasn't told to come in?" Anggara who stood to see Rahma just gawking was finally open his voice, he flicked his left hand in front of Rahma's face.
"Ouh, I'm sorry I was just a little surprised. Please enter Mas" Rahma melted his surprise and took a few steps back giving way to Anggara to enter,
"Thank you" he said gently, making Rahma even more astonished. He touched his own nape while closing the door and locking it.
"This, I bring souvenirs from Papua for you" Anggara thrust a paper bag that has been held in his right hand. He went to the sofa in the living room and sat there looking at Rahma who was still standing by the door with a confused face.
"Sit down I want to talk" Rahma as if hypnotized, she walked wordlessly when she heard Anggara's voice towards the sofa and sat on the single sofa that was in front of her husband.
"I want to apologize" Anggara said slowly, he lowered his head when he said it did not dare to look at Rahma.
"I realize I've gone too far with you. I'm sorry for the incident last afternoon and for all the time that has made me ignore you" continued Anggara who made Rahma just gawking in disbelief.
A man who a few months ago has expressed his pledge to justify himself, but it was only the beginning to hurt him.
An accidental meeting at first ended in the presence of the ruler, making Rahma not have enough time to get to know more about the men who justify it.
Until the fact he received at the beginning of the marriage made Rahma hurt. Letting her husband do what he had planned. Marrying herself just to cover up a relationship with her lover.
Anggara raised his head, looking at Rahma who still did not hear his voice. He looked at his halal woman with a sad look,
"I'm sorry Rahma" he said softly,
