Meet Anggara

"Well, where should we go to see Anggara?" tanya Tama did not want to delay anymore, she wanted to finish her affairs immediately.

"He's got an XYZ mental hospital" Friska replied, making Tama and Rahma face each other, not expecting Anggara's condition to be that bad.

"You mean....?"

"As Anggara was severely depressed, her father decided to take her to a rehabilitation center" Friska explained with a sad face,

Not only Rahma who gasped at Friska's explanation, Tama was no less surprised. He does not understand why an Anggara can experience such a thing, how heavy the burden of his life is until he is unable to control himself.

"Mama had refused, he did not accept Anggara was convicted of mental disorders. But I tried to convince my mom that it was the best. Papa can't let Mas Anggara continue like that at home" continued Friska with tears that re-wetted her cheeks,

"I'm sorry, I hope he gets well soon" Tama said, embracing his wife's shoulder, knowing that Rahma was not doing well at the moment.

"We'll meet him dear" whispered Tama right in Rahma's ear.

"Mas, i..."

"I'm fine, I'll give you to meet him. May our arrival have a positive impact on the development of his health" said Tama sage.

☘️☘️☘️

In a room with all-white paint, there was only a patient bed, a small shelf and a wooden chair, a tall, thin man with long hair looked like he was looking at the window.

His gaze looked empty, occasionally a small hum could be heard from his mouth. Sometimes there was a small crackle that sounded, but then he lowered his head with a shaky shoulder.

"Good day sir, it's time to take some medicine." a male nurse in all white clothes entered the room, she greeted kindly the man who was none other than Anggara.

Already a week Anggara was in that place, his condition was still the same as he was cool with his own world. The beginning of his arrival to that place he was quite troublesome because he had to meet new people, not infrequently Anggara tried to escape by shouting. But after a week passed, he began to be able to adapt and accept the presence of new people, namely nurses and doctors.

"I'm sorry Anggara, Rahma. Don't hate it" the voice of a familiar woman in Rahma's ear made the focus of three people who were watching Anggara from a considerable distance turn to the source of the sound.

Currently Rahma, Tama and Friska have arrived at the hospital where Anggara was treated. As per the initial agreement if their arrival monitors the situation first. And when they were observing Anggara from a distance, suddenly both Anggara parents came.

"Mama.." said Friska and Rahma at the same time,

Friska looked a little surprised, she was afraid that the idea of bringing Rahma to this place made her former in-laws hate her even more. During this time, her mother-in-law blamed her as the source of the problems that happened to her son. While Rahma, she was no less surprised, the grip of her hand on Tama's arm grew tighter when she saw the existence of her former in-laws.

Tama rubbed the hand that hugged his arm tightly, she knew his wife was in a state of fear at the moment. However, Rahma still cannot forget the incident a few days ago where her former mother-in-law came to see her and threatened to take custody of Athaya.

"Thank you guys for coming here" seeing the reaction of his two ex-daughters-in-law who looked tense, papa Anggara began to speak up. He also reached out his hand to shake hands with Tama and of course received Tama with the same helping hand and they shook hands with each other.

"Together, Sir. We are speechless concerned about what has happened to the son of the Father" Tama replied with a friendly smile, and was answered with a nod of the head by his father Anggara.

After talking with doctors who specifically handle Anggara they breathe a little relieved because now Anggara has begun to be able to respond to some instructions given by doctors or nurses. Although not often but it is a progress that is quite good, all hope Anggara can return to how it was.

"If you may know, who here is Rahma?" ask the doctor at the end of the explanation,

Everyone was silent, and Rahma was no exception. He himself was willing to answer.

"This doc, she's my wife" Tama finally replied, she again tightened her hand on Rahma.

"The name of Mbak is always spoken by Mr Anggara, I think if Mbak and Mas are willing to test his memory will Mbak meet him?" again the doctor asked a question that felt difficult for Rahma to answer, in her heart there was a sense of compassion for her ex-husband.

To be honest he was very sad to see Anggara's condition like that, however he was the real father of his son. But on the other hand, he also wants to maintain boundaries, his status as a married woman certainly can not be willing to act, he said, there is a heart that he must take care of and there is a ridho that he must achieve before doing anything.

"As for Mas.." replied Rahma lirih, .

"You ready? If you are ready I will allow" Tama assured and answered a nod by Rahma,

"If you allow me, I am willing to meet Mas Anggara" Rahma replied, making three people who had been waiting anxiously for his answer to breathe a sigh of relief,

"But please accompany me" continued Rahma who was answered nodding her head with a smile by Tama, she also did not hesitate to kiss the back of Rahma's hand in front of everyone.

"Of course, I will always accompany you" Tama replied calmly.

Seeing Tama's treatment of Rahma everyone who was there showed different facial expressions. I don't know what they have in mind, but for Tama what he does is sincere from the heart. For her Rahma is a special woman, it deserves to be treated very special too.

"Thank you son, thank you" only papa Anggara chimed in on the new couple's chat, he was also happy for what he saw at this time.

Tok.dok...

The open door of the ward did not make Rahma forget her habit of knocking on the door before asking for permission to enter.

There was no response, Anggara who had just finished lunch and was given the medicine was still staring at the wide-open window before him.

"Assalamu'alaikum" said Rahma finally, he noticed the slightest response Anggara would give to every one he did. According to the doctor's message, he tried to be calm, although actually the nervousness and fear was sweeping his heart at this time.

"Assalamu'alaikum" not the answer to the greeting that Rahma heard but Anggara actually returned to say hello, it was of course heard by everyone who saw their interaction including doctors who signaled Rahma to answer the Anggara greeting.

"Wa'alaikumsalam, Mas" replied Rahma with slightly quivering lips,

Anggara turned to the source of the voice, he stared intensely at Rahma without making a sound. For a long time, made Rahma's hand tremble with fear.

"Rahma, Mas came home" he said after a while staring at the hijab-wearing woman who was currently standing in the doorway.

Rahma froze, confused what to answer. From a close enough distance, she could see Anggara's gaze in her tired eyes, the same gaze that had been fixed on her every time her ex-husband returned to Garut.

"What's up?" still from the same distance Rahma again followed the doctor's direction to be calm and invite Anggara to communicate.

There was no answer, Anggara still continued to look at him with a gaze that began to focus unlike before that seemed empty. He seemed to be recalling something as he looked at Rahma.

"Rahma, I'm home. Mas took a long leave of absence" a fairly long sentence that Anggara said so far, making the doctor smile happy to see the development of his patients at this time. Anggara is still in his position, as well as Rahma.

"Mas, how are you?" Rahma repeated her question. His hands were still shaking with fear, taku suddenly Anggara did something in the past that he used to do if he came home.

"I'm.." Anggara responded, but stopped because he was suddenly unconscious.

Bruuk..his body that took care of it just fell to the floor.

"Female.." cried his mother who had smothered his mouth since last crying to see the interaction of the son with his ex-wife.

Two nurses entered the room and raised Anggara's body to be moved to the bed.

Meanwhile, Rahma's body increasingly shakes she is completely frightened. Tama immediately hunts down his wife, he brings Rahma into his arms. Rahma immediately shed the cry that she had been holding in her husband's arms.

"Dear, it's okay. Everything was fine" Tama tried to calm the wife who hugged her tighter.
