Zenaya's remorse
Chapter 24: Longing.
"We're going to use the Fluorescence Technique. It is one of the surgical techniques of brain tumors using special dye that can signal the tumor, and aims to facilitate the process of removal of the tumor. One type of liquid dye that can be used is 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA). This technique also uses a microscope and bluish light." Adryan explained patiently how the process of removing the tumor in a couple aged 50 years.
The husband who heard Adryan's explanation suddenly clasped his wife's hand tightly. The man's eyes looked wet, inversely proportional to the wife who looked more steadfast.
"But, my wife can get back to health, right, doc?" ask the husband expectantly.
Adryan put on a knotty smile while nodding kindly. "You don't have to worry about anything. After all the checks are done, next week we can do the surgery."

Adryan stretched his stiff muscles. Since morning she has been in the hospital. For almost two months Adryan had to be willing to work twice as hard to replace the task of the sister for a while. He actually did not mind, as long as his beloved sister was able to recover as usual.
"So the last patient?" ask a nurse who accompanies him.
"Yes, doc" the nurse replied.
The phone in his pocket then sounded. It turns out that one of the guard nurses told him if his patient who had just undergone chemotherapy experienced severe pain.

"You really don't want Mama to be with you?" ask Amanda to worry. Zenaya decides to go alone with Grace. He did not trust his son's best friend. It's just, it doesn't feel good because Grace just got home from the hospital. Since Zenaya was sick, the woman was never absent to accompany Zenaya if she was free or on vacation. Vian, Grace's husband, also occasionally visited there. The kind-hearted man often reminds his wife to pay more attention to Zenaya.
"It's okay, Ma." Zenaya smiled. After convincing Amanda, both of them left the house in Grace's car.
Grace drove her car to their favorite Asian restaurant. Zenaya had repeatedly asked Grace to take her there, but Grace always refused because Zenaya was still not healed properly.
However, if Grace offered to buy him, Zenaya always refused, saying, "what I want to eat in that place, is not the food in that place!"
Now, since the condition of the friend has improved, there is no harm in taking him there.

The reagent refuses Bryan's help, who tries to get him into the car.
"I'm not a sick person."

Thanks to Bryan's efforts, the man finally allowed Craig to meet Reagen and take him out. For nearly two months Craig isolated his youngest son in a small apartment with extra security and minimal facilities. Let alone money or vehicles, to eat alone Reagents had to rely on Noah and Krystal under Jennia's orders who were very worried about her son.
Bryan looked at Reagen sitting next to him with a concerned face. The handsome body and face of the Reagents who usually looked dignified now looked pitiful. The man's body weight may also have been reduced, not to mention, the muscles of his arms that began to loosen.
Reagent is a sports enthusiast, even if he is sick or can not do activities outside the home, Reagents will always keep moving. However, looking at his current condition, Bryan was sure the man was just spending his time in silence without doing anything.
"I'll ask Uncle Craig to get you out of there. He can't keep torturing you like this" Bryan said later.
"Don't!" exciting Quick reagents. "This is nothing compared to the suffering of Zenaya" the man continued softly.
Bryan remained silent. Feelings of regret pervaded the young lawyer. If only he had insisted on driving Reagen home, perhaps Zenaya's fate would not have been like this.
Originally, Bryan had intended to meet Zenaya, but Grace immediately forbade him. He didn't want Zenaya to meet anyone who was in close contact with the Reagents just yet. Only Jennia was the only Reagent family Zenaya received well.
"Grace didn't pick up my phone at all." Reagents opened their voices.
Knowing what his best friend said, Bryan replied, "Zenaya is fine, you don't have to worry about her."
The atmosphere was silent until they arrived at one of the nearby restaurants. Bryan did not want to take Reagen too far, considering his condition is not healthy.
Both of them entered and sat in one of the places that were directly facing the fish pond.
"What do you want to eat?" bryan asked without turning his eyes away from the menu book.
"Whatever." Quick Reagent answer.
Bryan then mentioned two servings of heavy meals and two servings of snacks. Not to forget, a glass of water and two glasses of cold juice also he ordered.
Waitress repeated the order Bryan had intended, before leaving to leave them.
"Hey, what's up?" bryan asked as he found Reagents stunned staring at the swimming pool. His eyes followed the Reagents' point of view.
Just across the pond, the two women who had been talked about were enjoying lunch while joking.
"Would you like to eat somewhere else?" ask Bryan.
Reagent shook his head. "I miss him so much" said the man softly. When Bryan was busy ordering food, it turns out that accidentally Reagen caught the figure of both. At first he wanted to invite Bryan to leave from there, but his heart refused hard.
Although her cheeks looked more tapered, Zenaya remained beautiful in Reagen's eyes. What's more, her face now looks so bright. Grace seemed to be comforting Zenaya by telling a silly joke that made the girl laugh.
Small smiling reagents. In his heart he thanked God. At least, God gave the Reagents a chance to stare at Zenaya from afar.

"All panicked, nurses and doctors keep running. Doctor John even to the wrong buttoning of his shirt. If you're there, I'm sure you'll laugh out loud until you faint."
Grace laughed again as she held her stomach. He had just recounted an uproar that occurred in the VVIP ward, where one of the 70-year-old patients was hospitalized for heart disease. They think something happened because the alarm at the nurse station kept ringing from the patient's room. However, after they went there, it turned out that the nurse call remote that had the room was crushed by the body of a patient who was sleeping soundly.
Zenaya paused for a moment from laughing too much. Hearing the excitement in the hospital made him miss the place.
"Oh, enough Grace. Could be the food that I just swallowed out again," said Zenaya.
"Eh, don't dong!" cry Grace suddenly.
Zenaya laughed a little. "I'm getting excited" he said.
"For?" asked Grace while poking cynically.
"work." Zenaya flaunted her white teeth.
"Aiihh, sorry I told you." Grace folded her hands and threw her face towards the pool.
His eyes were wide open and his body stiffened instantly. Because, right in front of him right now, there were Reagents and Bryan who were watching them. Panic hit the woman.
"Why, Grace?" ask Zenaya who realized the peculiarity of the look on the face of her best friend. He looked across, following Grace's eyes.
Bryan and Reagent simultaneously turned their bodies away.
Zenaya frowned. "What did you see that panicked?" the woman asked, watching the people eating there.
Grace panics even more, fearing that Zenaya recognizes Reagen and Bryan.
Just as Grace was about to open her voice, Zenaya had already cut in. "Well, go home, I want a walk to the park."
Grace breathed a sigh of relief. Without saying anything, he hurried away from there with Zenaya.
The reagents could only stare at their departure with their sad faces.
