Zenaya's remorse

Chapter 22: The Tears of a Big Brother.

The two guards of the Winston family home bowed. Knowing the situation of their young miss, Danny and Jack finally ventured to talk to Liam. It just so happened that Liam's man was there.

Liam, who knew this, could not hold back his anger. He slammed one of the vases until it broke scattered on the floor. His eyes then looked at Zenaya through the door of her slightly open room. The girl was sitting on the bed without moving at all.

Amanda cried as she hugged her daughter. After waking up from his long sleep, Zenaya just kept quiet without saying a word to her family. Nevertheless, the look in the girl's eyes was blank and her pale lips trembled occasionally.

Liam tried to control himself so as not to fall, while Adryan's body was shaking violently. Tears flowed down his face instantly.

Guilt enveloped Danny and Jack. Seeing Reagen frequently visiting home made the two not worry so much about Zenaya when she was taken out by the man.

"I'm sorry, sir. Please punish us. We're ready to endure everything." Jack and Danny are about to settle down, but Liam immediately holds him back. They are innocent, so why vent their anger on others.

The sound of Zenaya's sobs then sounded. Adryan swiftly entered the room, as well as Liam after telling the guard and his men to leave.

The guilt present hit the inner Adryan. The man felt that he had failed to protect his sister. If he had just let Zenaya wait in his room and not forced the girl to go home alone, it might not have happened.

Adryan took over Amanda's position and hugged her sister's fragile body tightly.

A moment later, one of the maids came rushing to Zenaya's room in a state of panic.

"What's wrong?" ask Liam.

"There's a guest coming, sir, Madam. They broke in when Danny and Jack left." The answer is between fear and confusion.

"Who?" Now, Adryan asked.

"They said it was from the Walker family."

Hearing the name, the cry of Zenaya stopped. He glanced at the maid coldly and told her not to accept the guest. The girl's eyes then turned to her father and begged to expel them from there.

Liam gritted his teeth. Walker was Reagen's last name, that must have been the guy who came here.

The maid twisted the end of the uniform he wore. "Anu, sir .. They've been waiting at the entrance."

Adryan took off his embrace on Zenaya. "Good, so I don't have to bother looking for it."

Liam turned to the wife to keep their daughter in the room. Adryan first went downstairs, while he followed his son from behind.

At the entrance of their house stood a neat-looking couple and a disheveled-looking man, while behind them were also two other people who seemed to be a young couple.

"Good night, Mr. Liam Chester Winston." Craig lowered his head.
