33. BLACK DOOR.
“So that's the light source”
Ui Yong Jiang muttered softly as he observed the black door further.
The door was at least twenty meters wide, and it looked at it from the ground level,
the door had an average height of about ten meters, although the actual length was longer than that, he said,
but since the door was embedded in the mountain slope, it was only ten meters high.
‘It looks like it will only open after the lights go out’
He thought while looking around.
When he looked away from the door, he saw that there was a considerable distance between the first group that was close to the door than the other group. He thought there was a reason behind it
In another area of the crowd, he saw several groups had been involved in disputes and from the looks of it, fights could break out at any time.
Turning his gaze away from them, he looked around to see if he could find his friends, but unfortunately, he could not.
The valley was quite wide stretching over eight hundred meters. Filled with huge boulders, they were most likely behind one of them.
‘I will wait until the door opens, there's no way I won't see them if they're here’
Being too lazy to look for them, he decided to wait until the door opened.
He approached the tree and jumped up his and sat in a meditative state, he entered what looked like a semi-conscious state and began to cultivate.
As he had expected, the disputing group started fighting, but the fight did not last long
because they all stored their energy for the battle that was likely to happen once the door opened.
The next Day…
Just as the sun was about to rise, the light slowly began to dim.
“See, the light is starting to go out”
The group in front was the first to notice the light change.
A while later, the others began to notice him as well. Some of the sorted ones stood up and looked at it closer to make sure they didn't see anything.
“The light fades”
“Does that mean the door will open?”
“Who knows? We will only know it after it happens”
The dying light sparked different conversations among the groups gathered here.
"Yong We, let's get closer to see”
Mei ling suggested as she walked towards the door.
They were not the only group that approached, everyone wanted to be the first to head to this strange place.
Even Ui Yong Jiang stood up from his spot and walked over as well.
“No one is allowed to approach, all of you can enter after we enter”
As the groups got closer, the young man's arrogant voice sounded.
As everyone looked closer, they realized that it was one of the youths from the group sitting by the door.
“Yes, I think they are the ones who found this place”
“But that doesn't give him the right to be arrogant. We can enter anytime we want”
“Oh! Why don't you try walking closer ”
“I don't like to enter foreign doors first, so I'll hand this to another”
What the young man said caused an uproar among the others.
They all felt he was too arrogant. Even though they felt like this, most of them still stopped in their tracks.
None of them wanted to be the one to step out and challenge him,
besides, it seemed like the door was not open. And even if he was the first one to enter, they could still enter.
While they were all pondering over the matter, one of the few people present who were at the Third stage of the Origin Plane or level 23 walked out.
“Hmph! What gives you the right to enter before we do it ”
He said coldly.
He felt that since he was on the same stage as the young man, he had nothing to fear. Besides, he was confident in his abilities.
He slowly walked up to the group with a cold and arrogant expression on his face.
“I don't like to repeat”
The young man's gaze turned cold.
And beyond everyone's expectations, he attacked.
“Heh! Let's see if you have the ability to log in first ”
The young man laughed coldly.
Seeing the attack that the young man had sent, he erected an ice wall in front of him to block it.
