209. MADE BAIT.

UI YONG JIANG stood outside the cave, after pondering for a moment, he decided to go inside as well.

The cave was that big, but there was another passageway leading deeper into the cave.

As soon as UI YONG JIANG entered, he could feel a murderous aura, but to his surprise it was not from the group that had come with SIAN LI, but rather from the cave itself.

‘A array? Most likely a trap. But, if so, how could they escape it?’ He thought while looking at the group.

He got his answer after gazing around the cave, there were two corpses lying on the ground with blood all over his body. It was clear that both were sacrificed so that the group could escape.

Now UI YONG JIANG understood why these people pushed SIAN LI forward, because he had always been lucky and was able to dodge all those deadly attacks, then there’

The traps within the array would only explode when someone stepped on it, without a quick reaction, there was no way these people could avoid it.

“Captain, should we deal with this person before going forward?” One of the men in the group asked the middle-aged man while looking at UI YONG JIANG with a ferocious look.

“Let him,” the group captain said before turning around.

None of the others knew why he did not order them to attack, but since he had decided, they did not question him.

UI YONG JIANG scoffed by speaking further, while SIAN LI wiped his sweat. He thought the duo would start fighting.

He had been traveling with UI YONG JIANG for a few hours, so he did not care much about him.

He was more concerned about the well-being of the group because the possibility of UI YONG JIANG killing them was quite high, according to his hypothesis.

“Stands behind, making it move forward due to momentum.

The passageway was about five meters wide, and from what UI YONG JIANG knew, there was at least a trap every two feet. This will make progress very difficult.

but at least I'm more confident you're going through this place compared to all of us here,” said the captain.

“Now, move,” he added later while patting SIAN LI's shoulder as if to encourage him.

SIAN LI staggered forward, after clenching his fists with gritted teeth, he advanced forward.

Whooshing sound! The explosion! Bam! Bang out!

The array continued to light up and send out attacks, but like the first time, SIAN LI managed to dodge them, all by a small margin.

UI YONG JIANG, who still had not taken a step forward, looked at SIAN LI with sharp eyes.
