"I'm not going anywhere, Art!!" I cried with annoyance.

Right now I'm in my room inside the house that Arthur and I live in. Arthur kept forcing myself to go to Canada and stay there for a while. I firmly refuse, I do not want to go anywhere I will remain in my own country.

"Don't force me, I won't listen to what you say!!" I who was sitting on the bed stared in annoyance at Arthur.

"You're still stubborn like this." Upset Arthur who was on his waist with an annoyed face looked at me. "I took you back with great difficulty. You better listen to what I say!!"

"I'm free from Vernon, so let me enjoy my time in this house. You just need to add more care at home. I'm not going out of the house either because my wounds haven't healed properly." I answered and immediately lay down.

"Art, let Viv stay here." Said Renata who just came in. "The conditions are not very good either. I'll take care of him here." Renata holds Arthur's arm and makes Arthur lower his arm from his waist.

"As much as you do, don't blame me again for anything that happens to you." Arthur said after that, walking out of my room.

"Since the beginning it was all your fault, fool!!" I screamed with annoyance until my stomach hurt and made me grimace.

"You okay, Viv?" Look at Renata who walked over to me and sat down on the side of the bed. "You're pale."

"I haven't been okay since I married that guy." Mumamku annoyed.

Renata uncovers my shirt and sees the wound on the abdomen that is still wrapped in transparent plaster. He touched it until I cringed in pain again.

"Get your hands off, Ren!! It's getting sicker because of that fucking guy!!" I was still upset when I remembered Vernon forcing me to make love to him.

"What did Vern do? Didn't he take care of you?" Ask Renata. "His score was the highest when in the Faculty of Medicine first, just treating a wound like this it must be nothing for him even he could treat his gunshot wound very well to heal quickly."

"Whatdidyou say? Vernon graduated in medicine?" I was shocked when I heard what Renata said. It's something I never expected. It's only fitting that Vernon did everything alone while taking care of me, he did it so well too. "I don't believe it very much."

"Yes, we went to college together at Harvard. He's the best." Answer Renata.

"really? That's very unlikely." I snorted in disbelief at hearing something impossible. "Why would he go to medical school if he was now a mobster?"

"Hmm, I don't know why." Renata smiled as usual. "Then what did Vern do until this wound hurt again?"

"He made me fuck with him." My answer was so upset that I screamed shedding my annoyance now. "I really hate him."

Surprisingly, Renata laughed at my words and saw my annoyance. Hearing her laugh made me even more upset.

"I'll kill you if you keep laughing, Ren!!" The threat looked at Renata's annoyance.

Renata stopped her laughter and held her lips back from smiling when she saw my anger.

"So now you and Vern are separated, Viv?" Ask Renata.

"I hope so. I have suffered so much with him. This Lukaku is also because of him, he shouldn't have invited me to the party that time."

"Your injuries are your own fault, you didn't listen to your brother's words and instead ran in because you were worried about Vernon, right?"

"Looks like you've loved her again, Viv." Renata restrained her smile as she said that to me. "I'm sure you won't be separated that soon."

"What do you mean?"

Renata got out of bed and stood up. He showed me a smile he made. I became more and more annoyed at his behavior.

"Ren, do you seem to have a close relationship with Vernon?" I was trying to investigate Renata's facial expression.

"Yes, we're close because we went to college together first." Renata Smile. "Viv, I'll change your plaster, I'll have the waiter buy it first." After saying that Renata walked out of the room.

I took a deep breath after Renata. Now I feel tired and want to sleep for a while before Renata comes again. But I did not close my eyes, the door of the room opened again.

This time Alec came with a big bag. He smiled at me, seeing his presence made me forget the tiredness that had felt.

"I came to get you your things, Viv." Alec walked over to me and put the big bag he was carrying down. "This is your phone." Alec gave me my phone and Sesya's.

"Thank you." My answer returned a smile to the man I love after receiving both phones. "Alec, I'm so happy. I'm finally going to part ways with Vernon."

"That's a good thing." Alec said as he sat by my bedside.

I sat down immediately with Alec's help, but without me expecting Alec to kiss me. Yeah, we kissed and I loved it.

"Me and Vernon are going to split up, are you going to stop planning your marriage to Olivia?" Look at me in hopes of getting the answer I want.

"Sorry Viv, I can't seem to stop the wedding plans." Answer Alec. "There's no reason for me to stop it."

"Reason? Can't I be the reason?" I said with a slight sense of disappointment when I heard Alec's words.

"It's not. It's all planned, I can't just stop the wedding now." Alec clasped my right hand with both hands and looked at me with a very deep gaze. "I want to stop him but I can't do that. You understand, right?"

I honestly don't understand her words at all. She should have stopped the marriage immediately if Alec really wanted to be with me. But there was nothing I could say at the moment, my disappointment made me reluctant to say anything to Alec now.

"Viv, I hope you understand my current position. I also want to be with you and want to stop her wedding plans but this is all planned and involves both families." Alec tried to convince myself to understand. "But you take it easy, the wedding is back now."

"Reverted?" My toot. "It's been no longer than two months, right?"

"Vernon asked for it, he wanted to focus on mastering Genoa so he asked me to back out of the marriage." Alec replied with a smile. "And in a few days Vernon will go to Genoa to be there in an indeterminate time, at the earliest of one month. That's good news, right?"

I couldn't return Alec's smile because I suddenly thought of what Arthur said to Vernon.

I hope you don't get killed later.
