Vernon stared at us but I immediately pulled my hand from Alec's. At the same time the door of the room opened again and Renata appeared with Arthur and my parents who seemed anxious about my condition.

"Viv, are you okay?" Asked my mother who ran straight towards me to see how I was doing.

My anger towards my parents made me lazy to answer that question. How not, it's been almost a year we haven't met, even they weren't at my wedding yesterday, plus when they came back to this country, they didn't meet me directly by going directly to Venice.

Vernon stood up from his seat when they all came. While Alec and Sesya immediately retreated to make room for my parents who approached me directly.

"Why are you quiet, Viv?" My mother seemed very worried about the face that looked puffy.

My words made the whole room quiet. How not, I said it very clearly while everyone was in this room, including the one who forced me to marry him and my brother who made me marry someone I didn't love. Even the people I love are in this room.

"Viv, don't be like that." Said Renata who was standing at a distance of two meters from the bed I slept on.

"Well you all get out, let him rest." Vernon made everyone stare at him, including me.

Nobody said anything. One by one they came out of the room I was treated. But not with Vernon, the man was still with me and not coming out. But I also want him to come out and leave me alone here.

Vernon smiled his skeptical smile at me. It seems that she did not like what I said earlier or was offended by what I said so blatantly that my parents stopped my marriage.

I turned my gaze away from Vernon who was standing to my left near the sofa, about three meters away from me who was lying on the bed. I don't want to hear her words that will surely upset me later.

"You are a stupid woman. You ask why they didn't stop the marriage?" Vernon snorted with both hands at his waist. "There was nothing they could do to stop the marriage. I told you you were mine. Both your parents and your brother have given you to me to atone for your brother's sins. You were my prisoner long ago even though I wasn't around you."

"Be quiet, Vern, I don't want to listen to all your chatter all the time. You better get out there and leave me alone now." I said in a cold tone without looking at Vernon and looked towards the entrance with a sharpened gaze. "You know whatever you say won't scare me in the first place. Even if you say that it all happened because of what I did, I feel absolutely no guilt because there is nothing I remember about the death of the woman you love. I think it makes things better for me."

Hearing my words Vernon reacted angrily but he held back his anger by snorting annoyed with an angry look at me. I don't understand why he should hold back his anger and why not just let go of it to me.

"You know? Even if you remember it I'm pretty sure you won't feel guilty!!" Vernon's voice sounded very cold.

I looked towards him. Vernon seemed to hold back his emotions on me at this time until his eyes looked red with a stiffening face. We looked at each other for a moment before Vernon stepped out of the room.

The words Vernon spoke made me feel bad. It sounded like I was a cruel human being first. Now I feel a little guilty getting those words out until Vernon replies with the hurtful sentence.

What did I do and how was I? There's nothing I remember. Nor should I have kicked my parents out and asked about what happened to them.

Renata says that I'm the one with me who used to be like two different people. What the hell am I doing? What could a fourteen-year-old girl do?

My mind was blown away as the door of the room opened and Vegard appeared. The man smiled at me as he walked towards the bed where I was. Seeing her presence made me angry. I didn't expect him to come see me.

"Get your hands off!!" I was so upset that I brushed Vegard's right hand against my stomach.

Vegard laughed as I removed his hand from my body. It pisses me off. I don't want to see him and hope he leaves soon.

"Go, Veg. I don't want to listen to your babble either."

"Did you know? You ever ask me to do something?" Vegard did not heed my words that drove him away.

But Vegard's words attracted me to wait for him to continue.

"You asked me to kill someone." Vegard said it with a smile.

Although what he said seemed like nothing serious, Renata also said that I had asked Arthur to kill his fiancee first. Her name is Wynetta De Angelis.

"Who? Who do I want to kill?" I asked with a little fear that my guess was correct, if I also asked Vegard to kill Wynetta.

"Don't tell me you believe what I say." Vegard said in a laugh. "You just believe? You don't believe we were engaged. Why did you suddenly come to believe what I said about your bad things?" Vegard is still laughing at me.

Now I understand what Vegard's nature is. I know this time he said the truth even though he wanted to give the impression that all his words were just a joke.

"Take me, Veg. Who do I want to kill and what's the reason I'm asking you?" Look at me seriously. "Is she a woman named Wynetta De Angelis?"

Vegard stopped his laughter and looked at me seriously as well at this moment. But suddenly Vegard leaned towards me who was lying down to grab my lips.

"What did you do to him?!" Alec's voice was heard along with the sound of the door opening.

The presence of Alec made Vegard stop kissing me, it made me feel relieved because it seemed like Vegard was serious about what he said to me when I was helpless like this.

"What are you doing, Veg?!" Alec grumbled at Vegard. "Why did you kiss her? Viv is Vernon's wife, your sister!!"

"Then why are you fucking her?" Vegard looked at Alec with a grin.

I was surprised to hear that. Vegard knows about the secret of my relationship with Alec. He even knew we had sex. This is so bad.
