Chapter 52: A Trap That Has Been Prepared

On top of the fortress Elric stared at the horse carriage that had entered the kingdom. Anita beside him bowed low as she said.

"When there was only one carriage, it seemed like there were about 50 witches who had entered the city."

"Their tracks are numerous."

Elric turned his gaze toward everyone who was ready in their position. Noticing the strange thing the Highway sloth witch immediately turned around, however it was quite suspicious that the entire flour was sown in every path.

Before the train could get out the gate first lowered to close their way.

"I don't know, what exactly happened?" tanyanya confusion.

Elric nodded towards one of the commanders until he whistled to make the whole guard pop up and threw all the flour towards the carriage.

Initially only in the contents of the coachman and the Highway are now people who were not previously seen clearly. Malpora screaming.

"Remove the flour from your body and spread it out."

Of course it was too late, all the arrows had rained down on them from all directions killing everything mercilessly except the Highway which used Malpora as a living shield.

"Why?" malpora limp said then her body was thrown into the wall until all her organs scattered.

Elric climbed to the top of the fortress while crossing his arms in front, his delicate hair blowing in the wind with his clothes.

"Yo witch of laziness, we meet again."

"You? How are you still alive? I'm sure I've been. So you're the witch of the sin of greed who has immortality."

"Speak what are you? I'm just a human being."

"Don't lie, all of you. I am not a witch, she is a real witch. I don't even know any of them."

Everyone on standby looked unconcerned, as Highway glanced towards one of the guards he finally understood something, some of them were guards working for him in his own territory.

Elric raised his hand then dropped it for everyone to shoot the next arrow.

The excited knights simultaneously charged towards him without regard to Elric's warning as their whole body was torn apart like a leaf cut off by a sword, their heads flew along with the gusts of wind that cut without direction.

Their blood, hands and feet filled the entire path until the white flour that had previously been stocked became red.

It was a magic that could control the wind, not only the wind, the skull ring that the Highway wore could make him create various magic.

He laughed out loud.

"Let it be, even if my plan is discovered I can still take this whole kingdom."

Highway jumped in the air with his magic while Elric just remained motionless while mocking him.

"What a witch sloth, you're still persistent."

"Dead you, goddamn it."

Just when Highway wants to break Elric's neck. Anita showed up first. Its sudden appearance took the Highway by surprise but it was too late to dodge the attack.

Anita's punch right hit her face until she swooped to the ground with a loud bang making the soil material spray upwards as smoke billowed into the air.

Elric grabs Anita's waist and together she uses a rope that was previously prepared to go down, using gloves she easily slides down and Anita who holds her footing.

"Anita instead of you being a little heavier."

"I'm not polite, I always keep my weight."

In front of the two the Highway shouted.

"Actually who are you? You can't be killed.one has the blessing of physical reinforcement and another troublesome madman."

Elric smiled in return.

"You'll know when you fight us both."
