Chapter 36: Changes to the Goddess

In front of the dazzling statue of the Goddess of Venus Elric stood with an iron hammer in his hand, because this statue was too beautiful making the people of the followers of the Goddess herself have chosen the wrong path, she said, because destroying it is a good choice.

"You turned the Goddess into a squirrel" cried Elric.

"This is the only way, don't worry when he wants, he can change back to his form even if only on a full moon."

The desperate rats went into the fire as soon as they died and were roasted and destroyed in an instant.

"This rat attack is already the third time in a week, if it continues all residents of the city are in danger."

Elric finally understood what was happening now.

"That mouse looks unnatural, they tend to eat meat rather than plants, do you know why that is so?" ask Anita.

"Well, we know for a fact that these are witches, they can certainly do something like this."

There are some magicians who get their magic from books given by demons without going through things like spirit contractors, therefore it is not impossible.

Elric and Anita decide to put that aside first, then enter the city.

The residents look so worried that they seem less enthusiastic in doing their activities, if this is how they want to not want to fight too.

Witches can only be defeated easily by other witches, relying on Anita in this situation is very appropriate.

As Elric glanced at Anita he smiled.

"I want to eat a new sweet I'll figure out how to handle it."

"Agreed."

"Sweet food, can I eat it too," cut Venus.

"But you're a squirrel."

"I'll cry."

"I see, the Goddess can eat whatever the Goddess likes."

"Yataaa, now Elric is my slave haha."

Anita and Elric stared with troubled gazes.
