Chapter 34: The Village of the Worshipers of the Goddess Venus

The next few days Elric and Anita said goodbye to continue their journey, Fanilia only saw the departure of the two with a lonely look.

In his heart he was eager to prevent the departure of the two, but he could not take more than this. He had forced Elric to marry her even though in reality they only knew her in a short time.

For Fanilia it was more than enough of her selfishness.

Mina who was standing next to him held onto Fanilia's hand as if she could feel the feeling of such a sad heart. Noticing that, Fanilia immediately stroked Mina's hair.

"I'm fine," which retorted a small nod.

All Fanilia could do was pray for them and wait for the two to return safely.

On the other hand Mariella just paid attention without saying anything and got back together into the masion.

In the inn, in the room, Anita sat in the mirror, tidied her hair and tied it up while Elric lay on the bed staring at the ceiling.

"Is Elric thinking about making a baby?"

"Don't say it directly."

"Eh. It should be a man who says that."

"Whispering."

Elric let the words pass, after which he covered his face with shame. He was married at the age of a dozen years, faster than he could have imagined while mentally still not ready.

Although Anita's body is fairly small like a child in middle school age still adult woman charm of him is clearly visible.

Sometimes Elric thinks about it, if someone is wrong about their relationship, will he be arrested by the authorities and then thrown in jail? Thank goodness that never happened until now.

Fanilia, Anita and Mariella did give Elric the freedom to marry many women but, for him three wives were more than enough, even in the old world things like polygamy were very rare.

Anita smiled ignorantly then hugged Elric with seductive eyes.

Elric just smiled wryly, now if someone calls him a lolicon he has no words to defend himself.

"Are you still looking for the person who called you into this world?"

"I still want to know why I came here?"

Anita was silent for a moment before continuing.

"I think the one who calls you is the Goddess."

At that statement, Elric was a little surprised while tilting his head. When Anita explained it as she explained to Mariella, Elric's expression seemed to have realized it.

"It does make sense, but is the Goddess Venus that beautiful, until her followers commit suicide?"

"It's pretty, because of her beauty as well she's very dangerous.I sometimes feel sorry for her, but why didn't Goddess Venus meet you first so you wouldn't have the fate of her followers," anita's speech puts her on par with the Goddess.

Elric sighed softly.

"It seems so, but I still want to see him."

"You sure? Nearby is the only temple for the Goddess Venus, I can take you there."

"Please, so that bad things don't happen, I'll close my eyes before I meet him."

Anita nodded in understanding until the next morning they left the inn, Anita casually returned carrying the coffin on her back while holding Elric's hand through the crowd of people preoccupied with their activities.

Elric had wanted to rent a car but all the coachmen did not want to go to the place that is said to be the cursed place, in the end both decided to walk.

They passed through meadows, small rivers, then valleys and finally arrived at a village that had been abandoned. The village was too broad to be called a city as well, in every part of the veranda of the house, there were ropes at the end of the knot in the shape of a circle.

Without having to ask, Anita explained.

"This is the place where they all hang themselves."

A silent cold aura pierced through Elric's back like a sword, this village clearly gave off a terrifying aura.
