The Little Apple Garden's

The Little Apple Garden's
Chapter 11: Mariella

Where Elric and Namira were walking, the wolf woman's figure continued to follow him. Elric took a deep breath and called out to him and said.

"I get it, you can come with us."

"Thank you very much."

"If he's not a fire or ice spirit, I think it's helpful that Elric would make a contract with him."

"I thought so too, I guess I'll just choose you."

"That means I'm your only servant."

"Compared to the waiter how about we just be friends."

"That's impossible, I just accept the servant and master relationship."

"Is that so."

The wolf-woman wagged her tail and nodded happily, Namira approached her and said.

"Hand."

"OOPS... Oops."

Elric who was watching pulled Namira's cheek.

"It hurts, it hurts."

"Don't treat him like an animal."

"I'm sorry."

"Then how do I make a contract?"

"It's easy, we just stick each other's hands."

Elric followed what he said and then their hands shone for a moment before disappearing in an instant.

"After this you may have to name me. It is your duty to give me a name."

"How about Mariella."

"That's a good name."

When we smiled at each other Namira who had been watching the laugh since.

"Is there anything funny?" ask Elric curiously.

"It's nothing, it's just that the contract that just wasn't a contract that a lot of people used to do, the contract you agreed on was a lifetime contract by giving your spirit a name."

"Is that bad?" Elric asked again.

"Just your spirit will continue to cling to you, nothing more."

When Elric realized Mariella had hugged him from behind.

"So this means stick, Mariella have you ever heard of The Little Apple Garden?"

"You're sure."

"If it's not wrong I've heard it 100 years ago, because it's rarely visited by people I don't think anyone knows it."

Namira held Mariella's hands together and said.

"I like you."

"Well, will I be okay, sir?"

"Just hope Namira doesn't sneak into your bed, she always does to me."

"It was horrible."

Elric let out a long sigh and called the two to follow him, the eastern end was very far away and it took months to reach it.

Mariella wagged her tail while sitting on a rock with an apple in her hand, while she was busy pampering herself, Namira was cleaning the coffin with her handkerchief while Elric was making preparations for their sleep, using a base of leaves and bushes is a comfortable place to be used as a bed.

"Sir, I think I'll just sleep next to you" said Mariella after biting half her apple, followed by Namira.

"I do too, we have to bring our bodies closer together to keep them comfortable."

"No, no, I understand what Mariella wants, but if it's you I'm sure you have other intentions."

Namira sighed softly then looked at Elric with a clear look, for Elric was the view of a cat who asked to be kept.

"I'm a grown woman."

"That's the problem" Elric replied in a voice that the two could barely hear.

Let's ignore that for now.

Elric who was done with his work walked towards the coffin and to once again check the figure of the woman in the coffin, Namira and Mariella also watched from behind.

Doubtfully Elric touched part of his chest, he thought he could feel the heartbeat of the woman, yet as everyone knew it was really cold.

"I'm still curious, if Namira says it's true why she can move."

"Maybe, this is a forbidden ritual."

"There's such a possibility, then Mariella do you know anything?"

"We are spirits it's obvious we don't know the concept of death, our bodies can be destroyed but over time our spirit fragments will recombine and then form their own form."

"Well... This is a fantasy world."

"I can satisfy you, but if you want to have a descendant from me, it's impossible."

Elric sighed softly.

"I don't want to ask that at all, according to the witches they want to drink the blood of the witches of greed, I'm sure the news about us has attracted many people, especially the seven great witches of sin."

Namira and Mariella only nodded in response to Elric's statement.

They had obviously been the target of everyone, but without realizing it, not only witches who wanted immortality but important people from this country had the same intention.
