I could feel Rovka looking at me with annoyance, but I did not care and continued to map out the route to the Veratha region.
After I finished mapping the route, I whistled to summon an eagle. Yes, I used an eagle as a means to send a letter to the Setavians.
“You call an eagle at night? Aren't you afraid of a surprise attack if the enemy finds us?” Sergey Rovka as the eagle landed on my hand.
“Just relax, they will be lost before finding us.” I replied while feeding the eagle with the grain I found.
“We've just walked half a day and you've called the bird to send a letter to Setavia?”
I looked at Rovka. “Who said I would send a letter to Setavia?”
“Then why did you call the eagle?” Ask Rovka.
I flew the eagle again. “I use it as enemy tracker.”
“Enemy tracker? Can birds do such a thing?” Ask Rovka again.
I walked up to a tree and answered Rovka. “No need to ask again, I also difficult to explain it easily.” I answered while burying the grain in the ground.
“So you think you're smarter.” Reply Rovka.
“Tell me, but it's midnight more you sleep first.” My speech.
“Why should I? Don't you feel sleepy?”
“No. Already, sleep instead of tomorrow you'll be sleepy on the way.”
After a while Rovka who was already very sleepy decided to sleep next to the tree. While I was observing the bow I was carrying while sitting on the tree trunk.
“Think why I carry this bow if I myself always fight at close range? Do I have to give this bow to one of them in order to use it? Hmmm...” I said in the silence of the night.
I looked up at the sky looking at the moon and the shining stars in the dark sky. “They are all from the past.”
“You wash your face first in the river that is there.” I asked while pointing towards the river.
They all went to the river I mentioned. While I'm cleaning up their bed marks so there's no trace of anything left.
The three of them returned after washing their faces. “So direct advanced nih?” Ask Chiva.
“Ya direct, let's ride your horses.” I said and went up to my horse.
Chiva, Rovka, and Zhela then took their bags and climbed onto their horses.
“Come on the road, we just relax this time.”
My horse began to walk away from the forest, the green grass was again visible with beautiful mountains and hills.
This time I did not want to rush and chose to take a leisurely walk.
After a long walk, three merchants in horse-drawn carriages passed by and asked us where the city of Letonia was located. “Halo young man, do you know where the exact location of Letonia city is?” Ask one of the traders.
“Letonia City is there.” Appoint Zhela to the city of Letonia.
“So yes, thank you young man. Where are you guys going?” Ask the merchant again.
“We're going to-” I pinched Chiva's leg before he can finish his words. “We are adventurers, and we are heading to the Kingdom of Al-Fayha through the Veratha Empire.” My answer cuts Chiva's word.
“So yes, may your journey run smoothly and safely. We go first yes.” The three merchants went further away to the city of Letonia.
“Kiva, why did you pinch me?” Ask Chiva.
“Your own fault answers their questions, we must not let others know our purpose.” Seriously answered.
Actually I had my suspicions on the merchant, especially seeing their horse carriage as if something was moving in it....
