Chapter 35: Overlay

In the morning Chiva and I returned to the south side of the city to meet Rovka and Zhela.

Chiva and I got on our horse and immediately drove our horse quickly through the streets of the city. The residents in the city have not been out, either because they are still afraid of further attacks or because it is still too early. But I don't care, now Chiva and I just need to go back to Rovka and Zhela.

Arriving south of the city, I met Rovka and Zhela who were talking to the commander of the Setavian army.

Rovka who noticed our presence turned towards us. “Until you guys,” says Rovka.

“What is this?” I asked and stopped in front of them.

“Yeah so last night there was an impromptu attack from the Veratha spy, but lucky me and Zhela could finish off one of two people,” said Rovka.

“Then where is the other one?” Ask Chiva.

“Sedang was in prison, previously he had us interrogated,” replied Zhela.

“So yes...”

“Then what information have you got from him?” My toot.

“There is no clear information yet because he does not want to talk, we will interrogate him again later,” replied the commander of the Setavia army.

“So so. Rovka, Zhela do you want to continue the mission?” I ask them both again.

Rovka and Zhela looked at each other before replying. “All right we're coming.” Answer them simultaneously.

We say good-bye to the commander of the Setavian army and all the soldiers, including the people who were watching us.

After that, we rode our horses and started walking out of the city.

At night we decided to rest in the nearby forest, also to replenish the energy and search for supplies for the journey.

Then Rovka came up to me reading the map. “I've been waiting for this.” Rovka said and stopped behind me.

I turned to look at him. “Hmm? What's up?” Sahutku.

“Come on duel.” Rovka's reply was serious.

This kid, did he really not accept his defeat in the exam phase yesterday? This is stubborn of him.

“So you still haven't accepted your defeat? Why fight again if the result is clear so, after all our goal is here to complete the mission not to fight or you come just to duel with me.” Obviously I will reject his duel invitation, I wonder if he can't forget something that has happened?

“Yes I'm coming because I want to duel. So are you afraid and don't want a duel? Admit it that you cannot fight without the help of others.” Ledek Rovka with a grin.

“Yes yeah, it's up to you. Don't bother me reading the map.” I then turned back to reading the map.

Rovka grabbed my shoulder and said. “You want to start fair or I start first?”

“Can you not start a fire while the mission is running?!” I snapped, and then Zhela and Chiva came to us.

Zhela broke up our quarrel before the duel actually happened. Chiva came and took me away from Rovka's presence. “He couldn't help but be patient, indeed from the beginning he just wanted to fight with you but I forgot to tell you, hehe.” Chiva said while grinning.

“Yeah, I hope tomorrow he does not invite duel again..”.

After reading the map and making a route, while Chiva and Zhela were already asleep and Rovka was on guard.
