Chapter 29: The Attack

There was no sign of the Veratha army. However, after waiting for a while the commander received a letter of information from the archer troops guarding the southern side of the city of Rossa. Archers are being attacked by Veratha forces, while forces within the city of Rossa have been deployed to prevent Veratha forces from entering the city.

Commander Erlic who heard that immediately ordered the troops to immediately counterattack the Veratha army before it was too late. “WHAT?! THE VERATHA ARMY IS ATTACKING FROM THE SOUTH SIDE?! IMMEDIATELY SEND THE FRONT LINE TROOPS TO THE SOUTH SIDE!!”

“Kivasta! You must also join forces to fight Veratha!” Commander Erlic.

“I'll do.” Without further ado, I immediately climbed on my horse and headed south towards the city of Rossa.

After reaching the southern side of the city of Rossa, it turned out that what was said was indeed true. Veratha's forces attacked from the south side and were about to breach the city's defenses.

After drifting away I observed the situation and looked for where the magician who used lightning magic to create the explosion was.

The explosion re-emerged with scattered lightning beams after the explosion.

I saw the shadow of the witch behind Veratha's archery squad. I just ran and teleported to attack those elemental magicians.

“WHAT IS IT?!” The witches were shocked when they saw that I was already right in front of them using ice teleportation.

I instantly finished them all off through every slash of my sword that became ice. Not even the Veratha archer troops had time to turn around because of my rapid movement.

The Setavians advanced to counter the Veratha army, which probably numbered in the thousands. I created a huge wave of water to take down the Veratha archery army while simultaneously messing up their formation.

I took out every enemy that wanted to kill me, while the Setavians broke through the Veratha army that ganged on me.

I created the ice needles and threw the ice needles at each of the Veratha cavalrymen to knock them down.

I again slashed at the enemy who always tried to attack me but luckily the Setavians helped counterattack and managed to drive the Veratha army away from the city of Rossa....

A decisive victory for the Setavian army....

A man in military attire walked into a room with a man standing on the balcony. “Yes, our troops lost the invasion of the city of Rossa.” Say a man while kneeling one leg.

“Lose? How can?” Ask the emperor.

“This is because Setavia got help from a young man who used ice magic,”.

“Oh, so the young man is already in action in the city of Rossa? It's a pity that the spies I sent never came back...” The emperor turned towards the man with his robe that seemed to fly. “Send special forces to hunt down the boy.... Her name is Kivasta Ekova Lanhamr. Don't forget,” the emperor's orders.

“Alright your highness, immediately I carry out.” Reply to the man and go from before the emperor to a place....
