As it turned out, Raven had known my true identity when the contract happened.

He says that he is not sure at first, but when he wonders about prince Claus, he confirms that, in fact, I am him. He then asked why I had changed my identity.

I smiled wryly and explained the reason while eliminating certain parts. Then, I made him promise me that he would keep his secret.

Raven agreed with a nod.

After that, Raven and I left the bathroom. I made sure no one was near us when we left, after all, if someone found out that Raven was bathing with me and reached Akilah's ears, she would probably go crazy.

After changing clothes and eating the food Marana prepared for me, I walked with Raven to my office.

Marana greets me respectfully (she may be faking it) and prepares to show the remaining documents about the gang operation, but I stop it with my hands.

"What about the people I asked you to find?" i asked.

Marana nodded. “I have a list here with the candidates. Do you want to see that?"

"unneeded. Just take me to them. By the way, how much do you get? ”

“... You didn't mention the number or tell me why you need it, so I'm not sure about how many men you need. So, I just listed the most loyal gang members and waited for further instructions. There are 252 people in the list.”

“252 yes. Okay, collect them within half an hour, also remind them to bring their weapons.”

"Well, I'll ask them to come." Marana nodded and went to work.

Meanwhile, I went to the gang's combat training room to prepare something.

Marana's effectiveness is pretty good. In less than half an hour, 250 people, plus Akilah, stood in front of the gang's hideout. Klein, Marana's brother, is still unconscious so he's not here.

“Two of them are rather busy and can come just an hour later. Do you want to wait for them?" ask Marana.

"Not needed." I replied with a slight shake of my head. "If they're not here, it means they're not destined to be a part of this."

I observed the 250 people in front of me and nodded in satisfaction. Although the talent of many of them left much to be desired, I could feel that they were all completely loyal to Marana. I must admit that she had a good eye for people.

I cleared my throat, silenced the crowd in front of me, and opened my lips. "Follow me." I then turned around and walked towards the combat training room.

Raven immediately followed me, but the rest of the gang looked at each other and then looked at Marana to ask what she should do. As soon as they saw Marana nod, they then followed me.

Although others would be dissatisfied with such behavior, I don't mind. After all, the more loyal they were to Marana, the more useful they were.

Marana and Akilah also followed a step behind me. They were wondering where I was going to take them, but Marana knew I wasn't going to answer so she didn't ask. I, on the other hand, would not speak to me if possible.

But Raven was not too worried and decided to ask.

“... Brother, where are we going?”

"Fighter training room."

"Huh? But the training room cannot accommodate so many people.” Raven tilted her head sweetly.

When we reached the combat training room, the group was unable to hide their shock.

Because where once stood the entrance to the training room, now stood a dark portal like the entrance to the underworld.

"Okay, we're here." I said with a faint smile.

Marana frowned. "What's that?"

“Keren, right? I prepared it while you gathered the men. It's a space tunnel that leads somewhere else. You're gonna use it tonight."

"… Wait what? We go inside?” Marana took a step back unconsciously.

“Of course, I prepared it for you. Don't worry, I made sure to keep the danger level low for the first time, so none of you will die, perhaps. ”

I just smiled brightly.

When the group saw my smile, they all retreated involuntarily. Even Raven trembled slightly in fear.

As for Akilah, he felt his hair stand up.

"Okay, who goes first?" I asked with a sadistic smile. Clearly, none of them dared to step forward. 253 gazes looked at me as if asking, 'do you think we're crazy getting into such a suspicious looking place?'.

I was the first to open his mouth.

"Crazy people, we won't take a step forward if you don't explain what's wrong with that thing!" He said while pointing to the portal.

The others nodded at his words. Only Marana and Raven remained silent, but neither of them seemed interested in entering the place either.

“Is that?” I grinned. "Unfortunately, you all have to go in there tonight."

"Go past my corpse!" I grit his teeth.

My sermon is getting wider. I then raised my hand and flicked my finger.

Marana's expression paled. A dangerous feeling attacked him, warning him that something bad was going to happen.

But unfortunately, he was too weak to stop it.

A moment later, 252 magic circles appeared, one per person. The magic circle surrounded the bodies of the gang members and sealed their movements. Only Raven does not have a magic circle.

"Hey what are you doing!?" ask Aki angrily.

"Mr. Clark, this is not good.” Marana looked at me with an indifferent expression, but her back and neck were sweating from nervousness.

However, I ignored their request and pointed to the portal.

Then, the magic circle moved towards the portal, bringing the gang members with them.

“Wait waiting! What do you do–”

"See you in six hours." I interrupted them with a smile and waved my hand as a sign of farewell.

The gang members tried to fight their way out of the magic circle, but they were too weak to stop me. In less than ten seconds, they left.

A nervous expression appeared on Raven's face. "… Brother."

“Hm?”

“... Do I have to go too?”

"Of course."

Raven looked at the portal that looked like the jaws of hell and gulped.

“... Can I not go?”

"If you want, I can tie you up, too."

Raven paled and shook her head repeatedly. I smiled and patted his head. Then, in a calming tone, I spoke.

“Do not worry, the place is not too dangerous, you will be fine. Now go, you should also grow stronger.”

Raven looked into my eyes, and in the next second, put on an expression of determination.

"… I'm leaving."

He then jumped into the portal.

I hummed a soft tone and thought about what was waiting for them inside. I'm sure the principal would be surprised if he knew that I found the usefulness of the portal so quickly.
