The Eternal Debauchery's

The Eternal Debauchery's
ll daemon camp

The plan to save the students was very simple. One of us will distract the daemons while the other goes to save the students.

"Are you sure you want to distract them?" I asked Katherine.

Katherine nodded. “... The daemon is not an idiot. So I thought only a few of them would come after me. Your share would be the hardest.”.

I'm nodding. Thas right. However, there is a problem.

I saw the only tenth-tier daemon in the camp. A powerful and relatively famous daemon known as (The Hound).

Although (The Hound) was only a tenth tier practitioner, he was somewhat famous throughout the continent. He had a track record of chasing and killing several human practitioners over the years, some of whom were stronger than him.

Moreover, he is a person who likes 'hunting'. Someone like him would definitely take the bait once he saw Katherine, even if he knew it was a trap.

I remember seeing his face and information in a document a few years ago. That's why I know about him.

"Are you sure about this?" I asked again after telling Katherine about the tenth-tier daemon information.

Katherine hesitated a little and nodded.

"I'll do it."

I looked straight into his eyes and nodded.

"Okay, here's the plan …"

Fifteen minutes later, I stood at the top of the tree looking at the daemon camp, waiting for Katherine's signal.

Huh, it's troublesome.I can teleport to the camp if I want to and kill all these daemons. That would be a lot easier.

But well, my goal is to get Katherine's heart. Daemons and captured girls are not very important.

So, I can only do this.

At that moment, I felt a magic fluctuation coming from the forest.

And suddenly

*KABOOM!!!*

A giant fireball from the forest crashed into the tent, causing a huge explosion.

Some daemons jumped out of the burning tent and shouted in pain. One of them lost a limb, while the other died shortly after leaving the tent.

It was a pretty powerful spell.

The daemon panicked after hearing the explosion, and the two daemons on guard stormed to the place where the spell came from.

However, they were stopped by powerful-looking daemons.

“Give me the rat. The rest stay here just in case the rat is just a distraction. ” said the daemon.

Then, the two wolf-like shadows formed from where left his body and charged towards the forest, with a daemon running behind them.

As expected, he took the bait.

According to the plan, I have ten minutes. Katherine will do her best to distract the tenth tier practitioner for ten minutes while I save the female students.

Regardless of the result, however, I had to go to help Katherine after ten minutes.

Ten minutes, yeah. That's a lot of time.

I'm gonna need a lot less than that.

Stepping across the sky with a wry smile, I appeared in the middle of the daemon camp.

Coincidentally, the daemon was in front of where I appeared. He opened his eyes wide and looked at me in surprise. But before he could scream, I smiled.

Then, his head flew through the air.

Let's get this over with quickly.

Katherine knew she was no match for the enemy chasing her. In fact, escaping from it was almost impossible.

Katherine is only a sixth-tier witch. As for the enemy that was chasing him, he was a daemon that specialized in tracking and hunting enemies.

Therefore, from the very beginning, the goal only lasted as long as possible.

He promises Claus ten minutes, however, he plans to last longer.

His first attack was a fire spell. Normally, Katherine preferred to use wind spells, but in the current situation, using fire was definitely a better option.

He used a trick with that spell. Instead of chanting the spell directly, he carved a magic circle on the tree and activated it remotely afterward. He tried to use that trick to mislead the tenth tier daemon. Even if he could only get a minute with that trick, he thought it was worth it.

Unfortunately for him, his tricks were less useful than he thought.

The tenth layer daemon only needed thirty seconds to find the magic circle, and twenty seconds later, he was already on his tail.

Katherine did her best to keep her calm. He took a deep breath and followed the escape route he had planned beforehand. According to his estimation, the daemon would need at least two minutes if he wanted to chase after him.

And he plans to add that time as much as possible.

According to the information Claus gave him about the daemon, he could sense and track which fluctuations from others. In other words, as soon as he felt his mana, he would directly come to him.

But Katherine has some precautions against that. He had placed several magic circles around the forest to serve as bait. This magic circle only had one purpose, to exude mana and confuse daemons.

Fortunately, the plan worked, but only once.

Afterwards, the daemon used an unknown method to lock Katherine in and ignore the remaining bait.

Although he could easily distinguish the real one from the bait.

Katherine frowned. Only five minutes had passed, but the dasmon was already less than two kilometers away.

With his speed, that time could close in a minute!

This time, Katherine tried to activate the traps she had planted before, but other than a few traps, they were mostly useless. Katherine had expected it, but the daemons had a way to sense which traps were present, so they were useless against her.

Fortunately, Katherine was not without a choice.

After failing to catch him with another trap, he changed his direction. In less than forty seconds, he arrived at his destination.

Katherine could feel the bloodlust coming for her, and she had been attacked twice by wolves like a strange shadow. However, Katherine's expression did not change. He remained determined and continued his plan.

Without hesitation, he jumped off the cliff!

Then, he used (the sky dance) to glide through the air. With this spell, he managed to widen the distance between him and his pursuers once again.

He turned around and looked at the daemon behind him. Katherine had a satisfied expression on her face, but that arrogant expression suddenly froze.

Katherine saw the daemon smiling, then, the daemon also jumped down.

From a cliff nearly a kilometer high.

When Katherine saw that, she wanted to curse.

'Shit, normally, you would take a detour, right!?'

Of course, jumping down the cliff could not be as fast as sliding through the air while using movement spells, however, Katherine gained less time than she expected.

Gritting his teeth, he forced himself to continue using the spell (sky dance). Like that, he increased his distance a little more.

But two minutes later, the daemon finally caught up with him.

"Little mouse, will you not run away again?"
