The Blood Night Gang was one of the fourth strongest gangs in the capital. They dominate the eastern part of the city and have been around for over twenty years.

According to Marana, the Blood Night gang and the Red Skull gang are old enemies. The Blood Night Gang feared the powerful might of the leader and deputy leader of the Red Skull gang and had tried more than once to destroy them.
