The Eternal Debauchery's
rapier vs sword ll

"Since When?" Kyle's dumbfounded. He was sure he had escaped my attack completely, and yet, I managed to cut his neck.

For a moment, he felt a tremor running down his spine. If he was even one second slower, he could die.

And even if the headmaster intervened and saved him, he would lose the duel. Defeated even before my third attack.

Kyle's expression turned very serious. He finally understood why my brother was so wary of me.

"So fast sword." He muttered and looked at me. I answered with a smile and took a step forward. Then, my sword stabbed into his neck.

Kyle moved aside and shook his rapier. The rapier moved like a snake trying to bite my neck, but I held it down with my sword and cut towards his chest.

Kyle jumped back. He then filled his rapier with mana and pushed forward despite the distance between us.

With each push, the mana in his rapier was fired towards me, creating a mana projectile filled with piercing sword intent.

I'm not panicking. My body flashed for a moment as I shrieked through the attack. With each step, I left one of the projectiles behind, until it finally appeared in front of Kyle again.

Kyle's expression changed. He hurriedly turned the hand holding the rapier, creating a rotating attack that seemed to absorb the wind around him.

That powerful attack seemed to pull me towards the rapier. It exerted a powerful pulling force that forced the opponent to accept the attack.

Sword Technique, (Turning Edge)!

My eyes narrowed. The mana within my body began to circulate at high speed, creating a fighting force around me.

Then, ignoring his attack completely, I closed the remaining distance between us.

"Good bye!" Looking at his horror expression, I smiled and stabbed towards his heart.

But Kyle wasn't ready to give up. When my sword was about to pierce through his body, he opened his mouth.

Then-then

“HAAAAAHHHHH!!”

– He let out a strong roar.

Mana was infused in his voice, turning the roar into a powerful shockwave that made everything around him fly.

It was a powerful mana technique, (Lion roar)!

At the same time, he activated the movement technique to move away.

However, the sight that appeared before him next shocked him.

That arrogant sword cuts everything. The tip of the sword split apart the shockwave and erased the mana it carried. Then, it continued forward, moving through space to chase after him.

Kyle panic. He could feel that regardless of how hard he struggled, this sword would pierce through his heart.

"Not yet!!!!" shouted Kyle. As a final struggle to save himself, he deployed all the mana in his body and used it to create a barrier.

*dig!*

The thick mana barrier stopped the sword's rapid motion. Kyle sighed in relief and looked at me.

But the next second, he saw a smile on my face.

(Render Reality)!

It was just a weak version of the technique, not enough to pierce through space, however, it could break through the barrier where Kyle was as if it was a piece of paper.

Under Kyle's astonished gaze, my sword shone brightly, piercing through the barrier and piercing his chest.

Kyle's face was filled with terror. He felt the sword piercing through his chest, piercing through his heart and reaping his life. His body lost all its strength and his legs gave up.

But when he looked down, he realized that my sword did not penetrate his heart.

Instead, it had been stopped right before killing him.

School Head Evelyn used her flawless hands to stop the tip of the sword and looked at me with an angry look.

"Aren't you planning to quit?"

I shrugged my shoulders.

"I knew you'd stop me." I then pulled back my sword and put it in its sheath.

Evelyn looked at me speechlessly. He could be considered as the person with the greatest knowledge of the extent of my abilities, so he was clear that if I wanted to kill him, I would just need to snap my fingers.

The fact that it took me a long time to defeat a small practitioner of the sixth tier meant that I was being lenient to him.

Evelyn shook her head helplessly and sighed. He then raised his voice and announced the results.

"The winner is Claus."

The entire arena was completely silent.
