The sun rises in the eastern horizon of the Saporo settlement. An area on the outskirts of Tanapura, usually nicknamed the palace kitchen, because many supplies Tanapura needs sourced from this area. Starting from the provision of cooking ingredients, compounding drugs, raising livestock such as horses, cows, goats, in addition there is also a center for forging swords and making weapons for the kingdom of Tanapura.
The buildings there are still relatively simple, the area is near cliffs and forests. As well as the huts lined up near the vast grassland west of the Sawo Settlement, sunlight barged through the cracks of the roof of a bamboo hut, where the palace ranchers lived. Taja began his first day of punishment there.
“Hei, boy. Already used to wake up in the morning apparently?“ a middle-aged, shabby-dressed man greeted Taja who was tidying up the grass place.
Just smile.
“He he he, too hard for a student like you. Before dawn, this place is crowded.beginning the day by squeezing cow's milk, then after everything is done, we should herd the horses into the wild pasture, we will have to go,“ the man said as he opened every door of the stables. Occasionally give orders to his men to prepare the needs of livestock.
”Time to herd!” then shouted.
In that huge stables, it almost reached the number of hundreds of horses bred. The horses were kept and bred for the purposes of war.
Gentho opened the fence of the stables there was a white horse without a streak as big, the biggest and looked the most cared for.
”Name Klawu,” said Gentho while turning to Taja, ”Among the warrior horses, Klawu the most reliable Paduka Raghapati!”
Taja respond as soon as possible, ”Have to be treated special, so do you mean Mr?”
Gentho laughed, ”More valuable than the lives of my people!”
Followed by the scorn of every worker who heard it. Then Gentho sent a man to lead Klawu.
”You should be more careful in keeping it! Just once off guard, your lives are not worth the stakes!” gentho reminded me that - it continues.
“Only a horse!” someone grumbled but instantly receded in Gentho's gaze.
”So, we'll be herding now, Mister?“
“Kita? Of course not, they are the workers here, of course they will be herding, while you will spend until the afternoon in the straw warehouse!“ Gentho pulled the chain of shackles that locked the main door of the stables. Once opened, the horses that were lined up came out. Taja scratching his head, watching the workers who are busy herding the horses.
“Gentho!“ call a worker, much younger than Gentho.
Just look at that guy.
“What's up, Pai Jo?“ Gentho threw a question as he looked towards one of the other five who were taking off the horses.
“We'd better take the boy also to the Gundil valley to herd today! In addition to his energy can help, it is also useful so that he gets used to our work for the next month!” apparently, a subordinate of Gentho who interjected from his busyness untied one by one horse out of the stable.
Gentho was also busy herding dozens of horses out of the stables.
“Whatever why?“ gentho asked curiously and got more and more busy with the horses. The roar of the horse made him not pay much attention to the babbling of a worker.
”Paduka Raghapati sent a disciple of Tanapura here not to leave, right?” sahut another person with hair kuel curls while pointing at Taja.
“No to today, he just arrived last night,” Gentho said objecting.
But the other two sneered at Gentho's words. They rumored something while throwing a glance at Taja.
”I'm willing to come,” said Taja volunteered even though Gentho had previously objected.
”No! Gundil Valley is quite far away, and you're new. Better for the first day, I will take you to the arsenal only,” said Gentho which means refuse.
“Alright, someone named Pai Jo will take care of you during in Gundil!” Gentho refers to the tallest man among the four other workers.
”Pai Jo, don't mislead her! If such a thing happens, then all of you are responsible!” Gentho confirmed to them.
”Do not worry!” reply they relax.
“For today only. Tomorrow, he can go anywhere!” yell at someone else.
”Yes, we are short of two new people almost every month. Either they run away or they disappear. No trace, no hint, no further information. Can only leave the mentions of the lost Gentho people..,” Gentho just say that.
“Ayo fast ..!“ yell at them and leave immediately.
”Good shepherding, Young Praja!” greetings Gentho before Taja leaves the stables.
“Good!“ Taja throw a smile, ”This will be a good subject and has never been in Tanapura!”
He soon followed five herds of workers who herded dozens of horses into the streets to be grazed into the Gundil Valley. They passed through the thorny wilderness, the steep red land and the banks of the vine hills. Increasingly south of the lowlands, away from the Sapok Settlement.
Mega whites marched as far as the top of the blue mountains before the eyes, and they came to a very wide green valley, growing bulging trunked trees as it contained springs, and, fresh grass here and there transformed the green carpet to the foothills of the mountains in the southern horizon.
”Do I have to herd to the gundil tegal?” Taja fad interrupted the talk of the Gentho people. They were preoccupied with their own chatter and ignored the nearly a hundred horses running about storming the verdant expanse. Without control, the horses had already scattered throughout the Gundil Valley.
”Yes! Gundil Valley is a lot of grass and far from Gentho!” the other side, accompanied by a chuckle.
”You, that condemned disciple, aren't you?” a girly-haired man and his two large front teeth grinned.
Shut up, followed by their laughter.
”We are also students of Praja Tanapura! That was. Before falling off the horse and ending up as a Sawo Settlement worker who herds horses!”
”Just look at his legs are crooked!” timpal his friends while laughing amusedly.
”Cacat!” again, they were open to talk about the past in Tanapura.
”So, have you ever been a student of Praja Tanapura?”
”More than that, even I have already reached the level of the White Dragon class!” sela is a fat man.
”I'm the first level Young Warrior!” add the tallest person. There was the rest of his muscular build that was visible from his decile body.
”Then, what caused you to be exiled from Tanapura?”
”Not isolated, but actually expulsion!” answer that guy.
The other four held heavy laughter, ”Because he was too young but senile heavily, after making a wine bomb and throwing into the face of a teacher!” answer someone else.
”Punished forever and be it as it is now!” the person concerned chuckles.
