The Chronicle Of Jawata (Compilation Trial Edition)
10. Magic Flowers (2)

The time roll passed.

Chief Sujinsha fluttered on the boat. Alone. While Taja and Lorr on the other boat. The distance not far between the two boats was silent in the middle of the lake.

Just look around. His eyes fell on the bridge. Seemed the soldiers on standby, brandishing bows and ready to launch arrows, if something unexpected happened. Dark nights in the cloud also melted. Rain drops fall on the surface of the lake.

”Celaka, it's raining!” tense Chairman Sujinsha. The natural situation is not on the side. The rain will cause water ripples to lure the lake creatures to spring to the surface. His worries were fixed on Taja and Lorr En on the other boat.

One third night. The rain was getting heavier, there was no sign of Chief Sujinsha acting. He was still fluttering in the boat with the rain.

Someone has been monitoring from the mainland. Wry smile of his lips. Apparently, he's Chief Janewa.

”Licik!” gerutu Chief Janewa, looked towards the middle of the lake. Observe the movement of two boats there.

”He deliberately stalled until dawn appeared to avoid the creatures of the lake!”

”What is her plan exactly?” his men responded to him talking.

”I don't know for sure either. It seemed, Sujinsha was not really going to catch the Magical Flower. It's his bully tactic to save those two young men!" chief Janewa said annoyed.

"Then, do we just let it go?” his men are looking for a way. They continued to observe, not looking out for the boat there.

Chief Janewa flashed a cheating way, ”Try him against us all!" grunting, stuck at the tip of the nose. He took the bow and arrow from the hand of his men.

”I wonder how long Sujinsha was able to last there!” He lifted the bow and pointed the arrow at the head of Sujinsha's boat.

Nah!

That fast, the arrow shot and stuck in the boat that Chairman Sujinsha was carrying. Causes a sound ’tuk! tuk!’

The next two or three arrows struck the same boat. As a result, the lake creatures were lured to the surface.

Chief Sujinsha was aware of his opponent's actions. No matter how he tried to calm down, the boat on him became unsteady and made a noise.

"Damn!" Chief Sujinsha is upset. The opponent intentionally disturbs.

Nah!

Nah!

Nah!

The arrows follow, hitting the wall of the boat. Some fell to the surface of the water. An arrow stuck right into the bottom of the boat until it was slightly hollow. The water began to seep into the floor of the boat.

"God!"

Chief Sujinsha could not stand still anymore, but could not move the oars as dozens of water creatures surrounded from under the boat and shook.

Tubs!

One hard impact caused the boat to crack. The water seeped, the boat began to stagnate. Chief Sujinsha oscillated in standby wielding a dagger. The aquatic creatures attacked more and more violently with repeated collisions.

”Look at what you can do!” Chairman Janewa smirked in satisfaction, after seeing his opponent in trouble.

”Cheat!”

Suddenly a voice came up. Distract Chairman Janewa and his people.

A young king, suddenly came in the stronghold area of those people.

”You call yourself a Tanapura warrior? Embarrassment!” exclaim that praja once.

Everyone looked at the figure of the young king who came

"You! Move over!" shouted Chairman Janewa, then shifted the bow fixed on the young king.

The young praja was named Raojhin, undaunted at the end of the arrow tapering towards his face.

While on the boat, Taja and Lorr En see Chairman Sujinsha in danger, without being able to take any action other than to stay in place in a panic.

Chief Sujinsha is in an increasingly threatened situation aboard a half-sinking boat. While the aquatic creatures hunt to its position like dozens of fish want to fight for food. Finally, Chairman Sujinsha was forced to plunge into the water.

”Master!" spontaneously, Taja could not take it anymore. The loud voice called Chief Sujinsha raib swallowed by the ripples of water.

Lorr En pulled Taja's arm. He almost jumped.

"The two are in danger. How should we?" Taja was obviously worried.

Lorr En tightened the wet robe. It turned like a frog.

Tak ... no .. no!

A number of arrows hit their boat.

”Quick do something before ...,” Lorr En no less panic.

”How?” Taja also can not think in such a tight state.

Dugm!

Dugm!

Boat shaken. Wobbly due to a tangled impact.

”Direction!”

Lorr En belied, ”I will distract those creatures!”

"What?!" Just wide open, "You're crazy!" it didn't occur to Lorr En.

”You doubt my speed to swim?” sergeant Lorr En.

”Lorr, it is very dangerous ...,” Taja prevent Lorr En.

”No time to argue!” Lorr En refused Taja's hand to pull it.

Hard clashes repeatedly shook the boat to the bottom. Without thinking any longer, Lorr En jumped into the water. His body instantly disappeared in the depths of the water.

Dak!!!

One of the loudest bumps made Taja lose his balance. Taja fell to the stern side.

”Aaargh!”

His body was thrown out of the boat and then splashed. The lake current raged, swallowing Taja's body.

Heavy rain flushed the waters of Lake Dusk. Chairman Sujinsha's boat sank, no longer visible the end of the trunk in the roar of lake creatures. The boat is empty. The silence of the night tensed everyone watching from the mainland.

Chief Janewa argued, "Have they survived?”

On the left right, all his men did not answer.

Ripples mingled with heavy rain. Lake creatures scramble for prey that fall into the water.

In the depths of the water, Taja moves. It's unclear down there other than the thousands of algae tendrils towering upwards. Shadows like giant octopus trunks, flashed agile, chasing after the figure of Taja. Lake creatures collide with each other, entwining each other.

Taja pulled himself up. The water churns high, helping it to the surface.

”Puff!”

Taja spitting out swallowed water.

"Lorr!"

Taja was looking around for Lorr En. But it doesn't look like anyone. The rain fused with the lake, mingling with strong winds. An empty boat drifted.
