“That debt really sucks. I always try to avoid it, although it is not uncommon to get caught up in it,” complained Matteo.
“Aren't you used to being here for a long time, Ricci? Why do you have to ask permission?” mia said with her voice that sounded so soft.
“He was just making small talk, Cara mia,” Matteo said making Coco look to protest at him. However, the curly-haired man immediately undoes his intentions. “It just so happens that if you're here then you can help me prepare Antonio's funeral procession,” Matteo said.
“So, you're really going to move the tomb?” Coco half glared at Matteo.
“Already done by Zucca. It is likely that later tonight they will come,” explained Matteo.
“Then, Marco?” ask Coco again.
“Later noon he will just return from Rome. At least that was the plan he said yesterday before leaving. You know for yourself not how Marco is. We can't hold his word,” explains Matteo.
Finished Matteo spoke thus, a low boisterous voice came from the front of the Casa de Luca building.
“What's that sound, Theo?” Mia immediately stood up and walked out of the dining room, followed by Matteo and Coco.
“Gosh!” coco exclaimed as she reached the front page. Seen in front of him a dark brown haired girl was clamoring for his name. Some of Matteo's men look overwhelmed holding it.
“What is this?” jolt Matteo who immediately showed his fierce face. “Who is this girl? How did he get in here?” matteo's reprimand was firm on the gatekeepers.
“We're sorry for being negligent, Boss. This girl was caught sneaking into a wine truck. He hides behind the bodies of workers who pass by,” is clearly one of Matteo's large-bodied men.
“I just want to meet with Ricci!” exclaimed the girl, making Matteo and Mia instantly turn to the brown-eyed man. While Coco was just grinning as Matteo glared at her.
“That's the girl I told you about, Amico. Her name is Lucia,” whispered Coco to Matteo who still put on a hostile face. The man snorted in annoyance.
“Hey, Miss! Why do you want to meet my best friend?” matteo asked ketus while raising his hand as a gesture for his men to release the girl.
“I needed protection, but Ricci just left me in his workshop" explained the green-eyed girl.
“I let you stay there alone is more than enough, Lucia!” Coco.
“Ah, so her name is Lucia,” Matteo has a cynical smile on the corner of her lips.
“Lucia?” Mia who had not followed the conversation from the start, looked confused. His eyes were looking out at the green-eyed beautiful girl he had met for the first time. “Are you playing with my sister, Ricci?” tanyanya sewot's.
However, Coco had not yet answered Mia's question, an SUV drove slowly and stopped in the yard. In peace, Marco got down from there and circled the car and opened the door for Daniella. Before long, the back door of the car also opened. Francesca jumped down from there with a cheerful face. “Ricci!” francesca cried as she poured into Coco's arms. His longing was already unbearable even though they had only been separated for a few days.
“Come, Ricci! Help me!” Lucia who was initially silent and could only see through it all, started to make a sound. Now all eyes are looking towards him.
“Who else is this, Ricci?” ledek Marco laughingly saw the drama in the early morning of that afternoon. He looked so happy when he saw Coco's pale face. Instead of calling the name Coco, the thin-faced man prefers to use the call ‘Ricci’.
Francesca turned her gaze to the girl who had been talking to Coco. He could remember the girl clearly. Francesca was convinced that the girl was someone who had made her breakfast for Coco, when she came to the man's workshop. “What is this problem? Why is your friend coming here?” the whisper was soft, right in Coco's ear.
“The story is very long, Francy. One thing is for sure, I owe it to her brother, so inevitably I have to help Lucia,” explained Coco in a soft voice.
“What if we finish everything inside only? I think it would be much nicer, than crowding here,” asked Matteo to all who were there, shortly after he ordered his men to return to their respective posts. None of them dared to oppose the man's words. Everything followed in Matteo's footsteps, not least Lucia.
In that very comfortable living room, they choose their respective places. Matteo sat in a chair that used to be his father's seat. While Mia chose a place that was right next to Matteo. The gray-eyed man turned his head and smiled calmly at his wife.
Marco chooses to be next to Daniella who looks indifferent. While Francesca did not release her hand grip at all from Coco's arm. “We sit here only,” the beautiful girl chose the position closest to Matteo. Lucia was forced to occupy one remaining seat and was far enough away from Coco, just across from Matteo.
Because of what happened this morning, Matteo snorted softly. The plan to talk about the funeral of the uncle, again had to pause because of the arrival of uninvited guests. Not long after, some servants returned to arrive while serving drinks for them.
“So, you are Matteo de Luca?” the silent atmosphere that had graced the room for a while, was torn apart by Lucia's voice with the look in her eyes that led to Matteo.
The gray-eyed man stared back at Lucia. “Yes, it's me. Why why anyway? Is there a problem?” it's flat and cold.
“Nothing. All this time I only heard your big name,” replied Lucia calmly. “People with unlimited power like you, might be able to help me. Moreover, you are close friends with Ricci,” he continued.
“Dragon talks, Luce!” sergeant Coco.
Matteo immediately raised his hand, as if asking Coco to shut up for a moment. “Help in what way?” his tone was getting cold and flat.
“I have a debt to a small gang. At first they were willing to give me a month to pay off. However, it seems that now they have changed their minds. They chased me and threatened to hurt me if I didn't pay it off immediately,” Lucia said.
“You mean, you want to ask Matteo for money? Shameless of you, Luce!” hardik Coco's.
“Not so! I just want to ask for protection from her so that those people don't hurt me,” Lucia argued.
“I'm not a pay guard. I refuse!” matteo said firmly.
“Come, Matteo!” insist Lucia. For some reason, Mia was uncomfortable hearing the girl's style of speech. It was as if he had no manners or ethics at all. Lucia's body language showed her arrogance.
“If it wasn't because I owed your brother my life, I would have kicked you out of here,” Coco growled as she clenched her hands.
