Minor Incident

“Why don't you seem to like seeing me come here, Mia?” daniela asked sarcastically.

“It's okay. You don't usually come here. Usually at hours like this you are busy napping,” said Mia.

Daniella grunts annoyed. “I just want to see my lover," Daniella replied lightly.

Instantly Mia stopped her activities and stared at Daniella sharply. “Oh, yes. I forgot that. Have you given lunch to your lover?” mia asked with an emphasis-tone.

Daniella laughed softly with a sneer. “You know, Mia. I just got out of the salon and did nail treatments. So, the task of feeding lunch will be handed to you,” replied Daniella at will.

“No!” firmly Mia. “Do it yourself!” reject it.

Daniella is shocked to hear Mia's answer. “What's wrong with you? You knelt down on your knees and begged me this morning! Now firmly you refuse my orders?”

“The only reason I kneel before you is so Theo doesn't get in trouble! You know for yourself what father's character is! I don't want Dad beating up Theo who's hurt!” kilah Mia's.

Matteo, who was always vigilant even in the warehouse, could hear Mia's words clearly. His heart rippled and felt uncomfortable. Strange thudes gushed from within him. This was the first time Matteo had experienced such feelings. Matteo again sharpened his sense of hearing.

“Do you want me to kneel to you too? Don't dream!” push Daniella ketus.

“If you don't want to help me prepare lunch, then I will bring him lunch with me,” Daniella said. He walked in with his steps toward the door of the barn and opened it.

“Dani! What are you doing?” exclaim Mia. He immediately stopped Daniella's steps.

“I just feel sorry for him. The handsome man had to hide in a cramped warehouse. How disrespectful of you, Mia!” grouse Daniella. He gets rid of Mia's body and forces her into the warehouse.

Mia is so panicked, she doesn't want her father to find out that she's hiding a foreign man in the barn.

Mr. Gio is a man of firm character behind his patient and gentle nature towards the family. He will not hesitate to deal with anyone who feels suspicious and can endanger his favorite daughter. As the biological daughter of the man, of course Mia knows the figure of the father.

Finally, in order to protect Matteo, Mia pretends to disturb her father. He tries to distract Mr. Gio keeps the man busy, so he doesn't see Daniella sneaking out of the barn holding Matteo.

Similarly, Valentino is busy helping to tidy up the menu book. The young man was completely unaware of Daniella who had now been standing in front of him.

“Dad, today the reason I came here is other than to look around the store, but because I also want to introduce my new girlfriend,” Daniella pulled the clumsy-looking Matteo next to her. The tattooed man forced himself to smile at Mr. Gio. The sweet smile that Matteo never showed, other than to his parents and also to Mia of course.

“Gosh!” exclaim Mr. Gio. “Where did this tall man come from? How can I not see him coming in?” Mr. Gio asked himself.

Valentino also turned his head towards Matteo and looked at him suspiciously. The young man seemed to be researching every thing that was in Matteo, including tattoos on some parts of Matteo's body, which were not covered by the clothes he was wearing.

Cold sweat began to flood the girl's forehead. Mia just wishes her father wasn't suspicious. Feelings of anxiety that overwhelm him, making Mia unable to concentrate fully on her work. As a result, he accidentally dropped the chair he was about to move to the outside of the store. The chair fell right on his feet.

"Aw!" Mia shrieked quite loudly, between the shock and also the pain that was mixed into one. The girl grimaced little.

“Yes God, Mia!” exclaim Mr. Gio. He stopped his work and immediately approached his daughter. Matteo, who heard Mia's screams, immediately turned his head and intended to come see the state of the girl.

But Valentino is moving faster. The young man with his neat appearance passed Matteo and ran over to Mia. He even raced with Mr. Gio to grab Mia's leg and check on her.

“Which hurts, Nak?” ask Mr. Gio was worried. He immediately grabbed Mia's leg and made Valentino shift slightly.

“No, Dad! I'm fine!” mia replied even though she felt that her legs were hurting.

“Obviously you were squealing in pain!" refute Mr. Gio was worried. He knew his daughter was pretending to be okay.

"Be quiet, let me check! I don't want it until you're why-why!” Mr. Gio looks so considerate and loves Mia very much. His attitude that so worried Mia, made Matteo again remembered to his parents.

Matteo also misses both of his parents. It had been almost two weeks since Silvio contacted him, Matteo had left Brescia.

But now he must return to Brescia. He has to meet his parents. After that, he will challenge Silvio manly to complete his revenge.

Matteo looked at Mia's pretty face. The pigtailed girl looked in pain as Mr. Gio examined her leg, which had been hit by a chair. The long-haired man gave a small smile.

Mia looks so sweet. It was even more refreshing than a freshly picked grape from its tree. Matteo has never admired another woman, other than her mother Gabriela. However, this time his heart felt that something was different. Yes, Mia does look different.

Matteo's small smile became increasingly visible. Without her noticing, Daniella had been watching him ever since. The reddish-brown girl had already realized that there was something more between Matteo and Mia. Daniella doesn't care. For him as long as he can show that he is better than Mia, that is more than enough.

The girl does not think about love, or any other beautiful thing that has always been the dream of most girls. Daniella always follows everything that she thinks is right.

Meanwhile, Matteo's gentle gaze was still fixed on Mia who was grimacing in pain. Surprisingly, even though Matteo saw Mia continue to grimace in pain, the man actually showed her smile wider. He really liked Mia's face that looked spoiled, in her expression of pain.

However, Matteo's smile had to stop at once. Matteo watched Valentino stomp Mia's feet with a feeling. He also helped Mia stand up carefully.

Mia was just smiling. He didn't reject it at all. The girl wrapped her hands around Valentino's neck, as the young man intended to carry her.

Valentino moved Mia to a much more comfortable place. Matteo was silent when he saw Valentino carrying Mia's slender body, and sitting her in a chair taken by Mr. Gio.
