Preparing for the Construction of the Defense Fortress

The virtual meeting continued for a few more hours, the six people at the virtual meeting place were discussing about the zerg hive that kept on communicating about attacking humans. The construction of defensive fortifications was also unavoidable, with zergs who would sooner or later attack them a fortress would of course be of great help to their defense, dimas also said that he would recycle all the buildings that were not used to make the defensive fort he wanted to make.

Everyone knows that currently only Dimas' plan will succeed in overcoming these zergs, the plan they made earlier was too underestimating for the zergs that if they faced with zergs it would certainly take a lot of lives and could even result in human extinction. Everyone is grateful for having Dimas who led a lot of their technological development so even if there were some zerg nests sending their zergs in the near future they are still sure to deal with the horde of zergs that will assailed.

You could say at this time only Dimas can lead the Garuda project but Dimas does not think like that, Dimas still only wants to develop human technology while for the government and military Dimas prefers to leave it to other Garuda executives.

After the virtual meeting was over Dimas was immediately out of the virtual world where the virtual meeting room was located, in the real world Dimas who was sitting comfortably in his seat opened his eyes calmly. Unlike VR devices used for army training the VR devices used are neurophones equipped with neuron sensors so that the wearer can go to the virtual world with just awareness only.

Neurophone was deliberately shared by Dimas to Garuda executives and also the president for this urgent situation, regarding the issue of mass production Dimas only said the existing technology is not adequate to carry out mass production and can only be produced manually by Dimas for now.

"The zerg nest in the place of the Surya professor will be taken care of with the addition of a special layer in the space where the zerg nests are placed, will be treated, after the special layer blocks the infrasound network in and out then all the zerg nests in the place of the Surya professor should be disconnected from the zerg communication network outside" Dimas muttered while correcting his sitting position.

Dimas then entered a technology lab and spotted seven zerg nests hovering in each of the nutrient tubes that corresponded to the size of the zerg nests, the researchers said, Dimas looked at the monitor which showed the chat history of the seven zerg nests that had been done by these zerg nests.

Nest 4:"The creature appears again!, this time it seems that this creature is watching us and it is likely that he will do some deep research on us!" 

Nest 2:"I am confused by this creature, it looks like a native but has space-related abilities just like any high-level civilization"

Nest 7:"Perhaps it is an alien being disguised as an indigenous, some civilization that created another civilization would usually send some people to organize such a civilization to conform to their rules"

Zerg's nest talk went from talking about how to get out of the tech lab to talking about him, although this conversation changed, Dimas did not find any foreign infrasound signals coming from outside the technology lab, the whole laboratory looked isolated from the outside world and unless Dimas wanted to, nothing would go into the lab.

Dimas still did not intend to research the zerg nest for now, the zerg attack would have sooner or later reached the island of Borneo and by the time the attack arrived the defensive fort should have already been established. Dimas returns his consciousness from the tech lab to the real world and calls Dea to his room.

As Dimas' secretary, the Dea room was placed near Dimas' room so Dea could quickly go to Dimas' room when called. Dea knocked on the door and went straight in without waiting for Dimas to let her in, inside the room Dimas was still sitting while propping up his chin and seemed to think of something.

"What did you call me?" Dea asked, there was no formalities at all between Dimas and Dea while they were working, they just ran their respective tasks and interacted as usual.

Dimas did not immediately speak, he took a new neurophone from the technology lab as if taking the neurophone from his desk drawer and threw it towards Dea. Fortunately Dea has good enough reflexes that she can catch the neurophone Dimas throws at her. 

"Wear, I've already sent a defensive fortification design on that neurophone and marked some of the places that became the starting point of the construction of the defensive fort. Contact any shelters that already have robot workers and tell them to delay the construction of the underground city and send all the robot workers to the starting point of construction of the nearest defensive fort" Dimas said as Dea had just caught the neurophone he had thrown.

Dea followed Dimas and put a neurophone on his head, after he had finished registering the neurophone to the Dea network and then saw that there was an incoming message that should have been a defensive fortification design that Dimas said. With Dea's mind the message immediately opened and according to his guess it was the defensive fortification design sent by Dimas. The design was sent in the form of a 3D map of the island of Kalimantan with the addition of a circular fortress surrounding most of the island region of Kalimantan. The design is displayed directly on the retina of the eye with AR technology attached to the neurophone, on the defensive fort design some signs can be seen which is the sign that became the starting point of construction of the protective fort said by Dimas.

"You're gonna start building a fort? What about the resources needed? Are not the current state resources very limited and most of the derivative projects of the Garuda project such as the construction of the defense fort can only be suspended for a while, how did you get the approval to start the construction of the defensive fort?" Dea asked with curiosity on her face.

"The threat of zerg is getting bigger now, to avoid zerg attacks in large numbers a fortress must be established immediately to protect our human territory. For resource matters I want you to contact the development minister and ask some construction vehicles to tear down unused building buildings on the surface, he said, also contact the minister of Marisa to provide two buildings that are suitable for recycling building debris into new types of cement and also to melt new types of metal alloys" Dimas did not keep it a secret, after all, it won't be long for this zerg problem to be known by the public so rather than letting Dea work with curiosity it's better to tell him straight away
