The meeting finally entered the next stage where they would make a complete plan of all the proposed plans that had previously been given by everyone who attended this meeting.

"I think we should tell other countries about this issue and unite forces to fight the zerg" said one person.

"I object to tell other countries about this zerg" the Minister of international relations immediately interrupted the man.

"I think this country has no unity and just wants to win on its own, take the example of the previous meteor disaster where although every country united to prevent meteors from hitting the Earth, in fact all countries are fighting for resources without the knowledge of the general public. If we tell them about zerg then in addition to fighting zerg each country will also fight other countries to deprive each other of resources in order to cover the expenditure of resources that were done before" The minister of international relations continued.

"That's right, when this happens even though we can wipe out the zerg from Earth but humans will continue the war and end up with human extinction in the hands of humans themselves" the others agreed.

"Our main task is to protect people from our country, so we must first ensure the safety of all people of our country. For the zerg disaster itself every country will inevitably find it sooner or later and make their own preparations" General Andika also agreed.

Seeing people seem to disagree to tell other countries about the disaster, President Jokowi can only undo his intentions. As the general Andika said that the zerg disaster would definitely be known by other countries sooner or later, they would definitely prepare their own plans which they thought were good to deal with the zerg.

"Then we will not tell the problem of zerg disaster to other countries, besides that we also have to keep the public not knowing this problem at least until the zerg disaster really happens. If the public is left to know about this zerg disaster then there could be a commotion that will complicate the preparation of our plans later" President Jokowi said to all of them.

This time everyone agrees with the words of President Jokowi, if the public gets to know about zerg and cause a commotion then they will have a lot of problems in carrying out this plan.

"Because everyone agrees then in this way we will establish the zerg disaster as a secret SSS-level mission, no one can disclose zerg-related matters to anyone including their families before getting permission" President Jokowi immediately made the decision.

The meeting continued for another 2 days, everyone including Dimas had dark circles under their eyes and their appearance looked random. They all gradually devised a complete plan to overcome the zerg using the plan of the previously proposed plan. Within 2 days Dimas who participated in the meeting also considered the opinions of everyone in the meeting room and revised his previous plans. 

Everyone was also amazed by Dimas where although the plan sounded impossible to do but Dimas had sharp thoughts and helped a lot in making this plan. 

"In the last 2 days we've all been discussing and getting a decent plan to deal with zerg. Forming special forces, expanding official shelters into a city, conducting research into technologies, as well as alternative plans of the Dimas nak that challenge our human limits"

"This plan will be referred to as the 'Garuda Project'. In addition to symbolizing our country Garuda is a mythical beast in our country known as a bird that is very brave to fight crime until the last blood point that will represent the courage of the Indonesian state to fight the zerg. Garuda Project will be the highest plan in Indonesia for now and Garuda Project Executives can use all resources in Indonesia such as economic, military, technological and even political power. The Garuda Project executor will also be a state secret figure with the highest level of domestic execution authority. The honor code for Garuda Project Executives will be known as 'Garuda Executives' and will have several Garuda Executives to fully lead this plan" President Jokowi announced to them all who were immediately greeted by applause by everyone in the meeting room.

Garuda project can be said to change the form of government of Indonesia in the future, the president is no longer the leader of the country and will be replaced by Garuda executives later. Several Garuda executives will be selected simultaneously which is useful so that abuse of power will not occur later. 

"Everyone can run for themselves and also nominate someone else to become a Garuda executive, as long as more than half of the people agree then they can become Garuda executives and assume responsibility" President Jokowi continues.

After President Jokowi finished talking everyone started thinking about who would be suitable to become a Garuda executive. Everyone in this room is an elite from various fields in the country of Indonesia but they all do not dare to easily take on responsibilities related to the survival of a country maybe even human civilization foreseeable. The sounds of discussion from people started to sound until finally General Andika stood up which made everyone look at her.

"I want to run as a Garuda executive, as a soldier a courage to fight the army without fear and also protect the country is an obligation so I want to run as a Garuda executive" Said General Andika while looking around.

"General Andika deserves to be Garuda executive, I agree with general Andika" People started to raise their hands to express their agreement, everyone raised their hands so that general Andika got 100% approval to become Garuda executive.

"The first Garuda executive belongs to General Andika, then I will nominate Ms. Marisa to become another Garuda executive, I believe with his leadership the construction of various things such as underground cities and other facilities can run smoothly" President Jokowi first confirmed the position of general Andika as Garuda executive and nominated the social minister, Marisa's mother, to become another Garuda executive.

Through this meeting everyone had seen the prowess of Marisa's mother so no one was against it, everyone once again raised their hands and made Marisa's mother get 100% support of the total overall.

Marisa's mother who has received full support despite not running for office must inevitably accept the position of the second Garuda executive. The election continues, Garuda executives need at least five or more people who will take care of each field later so they must get at least three more people to become Garuda executives.
