The meeting room of the sanctuary that was in the capital some people were gathering to discuss something, these people were gathered because of the request of Dimas who wanted to discuss the issue of the second war of civilizations in the Milky Way Galaxy and also find a way for human civilization later. Several new figures that Dimas had never seen appeared in this meeting room that seemed like they were the astronomers that Dimas had asked for before. 

When Dimas went into the room everyone was already in their own place, the meeting could start at any time so with the approval of the other four Garuda executives Dimas presided over the meeting and re-explained all the information obtained from the zerg hive as well as some relevant evidence regarding the information it was created by Dimas after a simulation with the Lunar.

"If the Ligrus civilization and the Viuter civilization were really at war in sector 9 where we are then as a small civilization we can only hope that the Earth will be more fortunate and will not be destroyed at that time" One said that after Dimas finished explaining the war that the two civilizations will do and explain the impact on humans later.

Some people nodded in agreement, as high-level powers were fighting low-level forces like they would not be able to do anything about it, so these people can only rely on human luck so as not to become extinct when the war of these two civilizations took place.

People who agree to rely on the luck of human civilization are mostly middle-aged people aged 60 years to 70 years, for them to live for another 72 years is impossible because human life will not reach it. Young people are different, some people are still filled with the spirit to continue living, even if they can't continue living in 72 years they still have grandchildren they hope to live longer and won't die at the hands of aliens.

"We cannot stand by and allow other civilizations to fire weapons at us, even though their main purpose is not to attack humans but the possibility of Earth and humans losing their wars is very high. We can try to communicate with them and ask for protection to one of the parties so that our level of safety is higher than just sitting around waiting to be destroyed" said one of the people who looked young.

Others who disagree with the first agree with this second opinion, they nod to express their agreement to the opinion and oppose the previous opinion.

"Contacting alien beings will only attract their attention, at that time our strength is still too low so that if we meet alien beings we will only be made slaves by them!" A minister said against the words.

Outer space is like a forest where every civilization is a creature that exists in the forest, the only rule in the forest is that the strong eat the weak. The words Dimas attracted the attention of most people, the plan proposed Dimas in the Garuda project does have a space development part, the space development part, after seeing the performance of Dimas over the past few months that continues to issue new technology, everyone began to realize the feasibility of the Dimas plan and predicted the possibility of the plan could be realized would be very high.

Although the previous Dimas plan had indeed had a very high success rate but not many people were optimistic they could build their space power so that it could compete with the two strongest civilizations in this Galaxy.

"According to preliminary estimates it would take 5 years to 7 years just to complete the first stage of the plan I submitted, but now I can confirm that 2 years to 3 years for us to be able to move this island into Earth orbit" Dimas continued
