SSS Level Biosecurity Incident

"Director Mahendra, I want to report something urgent!" Professor Surya immediately opened the door of the room and said his needs without saying his excuse first.

Director Mahendra on the other hand was reading reports that professor Surya who arrived at his office was surprised but quickly calmed his surprise.

"Solar Professor can sit down first, what does professor Surya want to report?" Director Mahendra said respectfully even offering professor Surya to sit down first.

Professor Surya complied and walked into the room after tightly closing the door of the room, he sat down and looked at director Mahendra seriously then said "i want to report a biosecurity incident"

"Until professor Surya himself needs to report this biosecurity incident, what is the biosecurity incident rate that professor Surya wants to report?" Director Mahendra saw professor Surya looking at him seriously.

"Level SSS, this is related to the future of human life!" Said professor Surya who made director Mahendra stand directly.

"Sss Levels?!" Director Mahendra has long worked at the National Security Agency, usually even if it is a high-transmission virus that endangers the entire country only to be an S-level biosecurity incident. The incidence of SSS-level biosecurity is arguably the highest level of biological disaster that can even make humans extinct. Dimas was currently lying on the bed and staring at the holographic projection of the zerg gene reasoning model projected by his watch.

"Lunar, if zerg attacks humans, how many chances are humans to survive and win against zerg?" Dimas asked Lunar whom he had long ignored.

Dimas was silent when he heard what Lunar said, when the zerg is fully mature and able to absorb nuclear radiation as energy, the effects of humanity's current strongest weapon, the nuclear bomb, will not have a serious effect on them, it might even make them stronger. There are more technologies that have been characterized by lunar but because the knowledge level of Dimas has not qualified so the technology still needs to be opened slowly.

"Zerg is expected to fully strike humans within 5 years if it is in normal circumstances, at this time the Earth is entering an ice age that is inhibiting zerg growth. It's likely that humans will still have 7 to 10 years until the zerg is fully mature and attacks humans" 

As zerg matures they will be on par with creatures from a tier 1 civilization, that means I have to raise the level of Earth civilization to level 1 civilization before zerg evolution reaches the adult stage and annihilate them before 7 years" Dimas muttered to himself.

If any other civilization had heard Dimas murmur about upgrading a tier 0.5 civilization to a tier 1 civilization within 7 years then they would probably have said Dimas was crazy but Dimas had a laboratory of enabling technology Dimas did that.
