CHAPTER 52 - Press Conference

As Daniel said, he brought Callista to his entertainment company. He drove his car at a moderate speed to his enetertainment company. In the car Callista started the conversation.

“Honey, for what to tell the media, I am very shy” Callista said.

“I just want to tell all the men if you already belong to me” replied Daniel while driving.

“But I'm shy”

“Why should you be ashamed?” Ask Daniel.

“I don't like to be in front of the media, when my papa holds a company event covered by the media, I will hide to be invisible to the media. That's why my sister Jessica always shows up” Callista said.

Callista does not like himself to be in the media spotlight, especially his father is a businessman. He doesn't like to be a public talk. Now he has a lover of Daniel Renaldy. This time he could not hide from the media. Because surely his lover will pull himself from his hiding spot.

Upon the arrival of Daniel's car in the lobby of his entertainment company, Daniel and Callista got out of the car. The reporters who saw Daniel and Callista continued to take photos of Daniel and Callista.

Daniel continues to hold Callista's hand into his meeting room for a press conference prepared by his assistant Harry.

Daniel walked into the meeting room and still held Callista's hand. Many journalists who called Callista and Callista returned with friendly smiles at reporters.

“Alright journalists, you can ask questions one to Mr. Daniel and Miss Callista”.

“Mr Daniel, is it true that you will marry the youngest daughter of the Hutomo Family?” Ask one of the reporters.

“True, we will get married in near future” replied Daniel.

“Mr Daniel, do you love Miss Callista Hutomo?” Ask journalists.

“I love so much the beautiful girl who is beside me” Daniel said which made Callista smile.

“Mr Daniel, How did you meet Miss Callista?” Ask journalists.

“I met him at Marien Caffe. She is the prettiest girl I have ever met in my life” replied Daniel.

Daniel's words immediately made reporters applaud.

“Nona Callista, why don't you ever appear in the media when reporters cover Family.

Hutomo?” Ask a reporter to Callista.

“I do not like to be highlighted by the media. I'd rather be an ordinary person” replied Callista.

“Nona Callista how do you feel after being proposed by a Daniel Renaldy?” Ask a reporter.

“I'm so happy to be the lover of Daniel Renaldy. A very nice and wise man. Added he was very great” Reply Callista.

“Nona Callista, after you get married will you keep working?” Ask the reporters back.

“I will keep working, but I will put my husband and children first Callista replied while looking at Daniel. Daniel who heard Callista's words immediately smiled.

After the press conference ended, Daniel took Callista to leave the meeting room.

Amel, who had seen Daniel and Callista before, was really jealous of Callista. He wanted to immediately forget his feelings for Daniel. However, he realized that he would not be able to win against a Callista.

Amel had already found out who the Hutomo Family was, when he got the information about the Hutomo Family. He was shocked to learn that the Hutomo Family was one of the richest families in Los Angeles. Although the Renaldy Family remained above the Hutomo Family but when compared to Amel who was only an Artist, Amel was nothing to the figure of the youngest daughter of the Hutomo Family.

Kni Amel will try to forget her feelings for Daniel. He will try not to remember Daniel again. Although it was difficult, but he was sure he would have caught Daniel. Amel hopes to get a good man who can love him like Daniel loves Callista.

As Daniel and Callista walked out of the meeting room, Amel who stood and was silent alone made Callista greet Amel.

“Amel?” Sapa Callista's.

“Nona Callista, Mr Daniel good afternoon” Sapa Amel.

“Siang Amel, are you here?” Ask Callista.

Daniel just returned with a smile.

“Iya Miss, I was accidentally passed” replied Amel who was forced to lie. The goal he came to was to see Daniel.

“Honey I have to go, later my driver will drive you. I have a meeting with my client from Singapore”, Daniel said.

“Darling, you go. I still want to be here” replied Callista.

“It's really okay?” Ask Daniel back.

Callista also nodded.

“Alright, I go first” Daniel say goodbye and immediately kiss the head of Callista.

“Not yet miss”

“Alright, let's eat together. I haven't eaten”, too Callista replied.

As Callista and Amel walk towards one of the closest restaurants from his lover's entertainment company. Suddenly, someone called him.

“Nona Callista”

“Harry?”

“What's Harry?” Callista asked who was astonished because Herry approached her.

“Miss, Mr. Daniel told me, From this moment on, she is forbidden to pay whatever she needs using her personal money. This is a credit card owned by Mr. Daniel” Harry handed over the America Express credit card owned by Daniel to Callista.

“Harry, tell my lover. I have money, so I don't need the card” Reject Callista who doesn't take Daniel's credit card.

“Nona, please do not reject it. I can be fired Miss” said Harru pleading with Callista.

Callista breathed deeply.

“Alright, I'll wear it. Thank you” Say Callista.

Callista wanted to turn him down, but he was sure Daniel would keep pushing.

After Callista receives Daniel's credit card, Harry walks away from Callista and Amel.

“Nona Callista lives perfectly. He has a beautiful face, was born into a wealthy family and has a great man who loves him so much. I really envy her.” Amel murmured in his heart.

“Amel, let's eat soon. I'm so hungry” Invite Calista to enter the nearest restaurant from the entertainment company owned by her lover.

Upon arrival at the Calista restaurant order Sirloin Steak for them.

“Amel, thank you for accompanying me to lunch” Callista said while cutting her steak.

“I have to thank miss, because miss took the time to have lunch with me” Reply Amel.

“You don't have to be too shy on ku” Callista said.

“Nona Callista, may I ask miss?” Ask Amel to Callista.

“Tell Amel, what do you want to ask?”

“Have you known Mr Daniel for a long time?”

“More or less almost 6 months I know him” Calista replied.

“Nona, you are very lucky to have a great Mr. Daniel”

“True, I am indeed lucky to have it” Callista said with a smile.

“How about you Amel, do you have a lover?” Callista asked Amel.

“Not Miss, but I like a guy” Amel said.

“Really? That guy will like you. You're beautiful Amel. And you are an artist. Surely many men want you” Callista said.

“No miss, the man I like already has a lover”

“Amel, if he were your soul mate he would be yours. But if he's not your soul mate, believe me you'll get a better man than him” Callista said as he touched Amel's hand.

“Thanks miss” Amel said with a smile.

“It is fitting that Mr. Daniel loves his lover so much, he is very well” muttered Amel in heart.
