CHAPTER 27 - Following Callista II

Daniel repeatedly asked Callista to hear his explanation. But still Callista did not want to listen to any explanation from Daniel.

Daniel knew, this was because of the pain he had given Callista.

"Darling, just listen to me this time" Daniel said with a pleading face.

"Mr Daniel, didn't I say it? nothing else to explain."Answer Callista.

"Callista your mother is the ex-lover of my father" Daniel spoke immediately. If he does not speak directly, he knows for sure Callista stays on his stand.

Callista was shocked to hear Daniel.

"You're so funny, Mr. Daniel. Don't joke around"

"Callista Hutomo, I told you! I'm not kidding"After Daniel.

Callista let her breath and finally let Daniel into her apartment.

"Tell me what you want to talk about" Callista said in a faint tone.

"Dear, believe. I'm with Deborah there's no connection whatsoever. I just followed my parents' request. I was deliberately silent because I wanted to find out why our parents hate each other" Daniel said, staring at Callista's face.

"explain now. Don't talk about your fiancee. I don't care"

Finally Daniel told him everything, even he told me the reason his mother Callista married Callista's father.

Daniel also recounts how Papa Gio loved his mother Callista. Daniel did not want to hide it anymore. He didn't want Callista to misunderstand him anymore.

"Daniel, thank you for your explanation. I'll ask my mother directly. Now you can go home" Callista got up from her seat and walked into the room. Suddenly Daniel pulls Callista's hand, making Callista enter Daniel's arms.

"Callista, you can ask your mother. But trust me with Deborah there is no relationship whatsoever. I told Deborah that you were my lover"

"Daniel, if it's true the story between my mother and your father. If you wanted me, you would never hurt me. You didn't acknowledge me in front of Debora. Now you come and say you've told me I'm your lover. That's a very funny thing, Mr. Daniel"

"Honey, I'm doing this for our relationship"

Callista pushes Daniel's body.

"A lot of bodyguards my dad brought. Now I'm asking you to come home. I need to talk to my mom first. But Daniel, I don't think you're expecting us to be back like we used to be. The wounds you gave were too deep. I beg you to go home now."

Daniel's trying to give Callista time. Finally he left Callista's apartment. While Callista had heard the story between Daniel's mother and father, he still did not believe it. He didn't even think his father would do anything sneaky to get his mother. Callista knew her father loved her mother very much. But hearing her mother's unhappy love story makes her feel sorry for her. Even Callista was eager to blame his father and grandfather.

"Why papa and grandpa are like that. You hurt a lot of people. Even how I met Daniel's mother. He is the most injured person here" Callista murmured softly.
