CHAPTER 106 - Grace's Heartbreak

After Grace from Edward's company, he decided to come to Queen Hospital. Right now he desperately needed someone who heard his outpouring of heart. Grace was truly grateful for having a sister-in-law who loved her. If she doesn't have a sister-in-law, maybe Grace doesn't know who to tell her. It was impossible for him to tell his brother who had such a cold nature. Grace will be scolded if she has a lover, her brother always considers himself like a child.

"I accidentally spilled a drink in Edward's suit, and we accidentally kissed" continued Grace, who dared not look at Callista. While Callista who heard the words of his sister-in-law, he immediately smiled happily.

"Grace, you're not wrong in choosing a man in your life. I'm sure Edward is a good man for you Grace. You deserve that happiness" Callista said gently.

"I'm just afraid of getting hurt" said Grace.

"Grace, me and your brother won't let you get hurt. If that happens, I'll make sure I kill Edward with my own hands" Callista joked, making Grace smile.

"Grace, you should know if we already have a partner, our lives are no longer empty. You know Olivia? her lover leaves her for having an affair, for years Olivia is afraid to open her heart. But now Olivia already has Taylor who looks after, loves and treats the wounds in Olivia's heart" Callista continued.

"You're right, brother-in-law, I'm sure Edward wouldn't hurt me. But will my brother like Edward?"

"Your brother?" Callista is shocked because Grace is afraid that Daniel will dislike Edward.

"Since childhood, my sister always forbade me to have a lover. Even my last lover in Paris alone, I dare not introduce him to my family. "I'll help you to talk to Daniel, take it easy. Now I just want you to open your heart, get rid of your fear of being hurt. Because we'll never know what it's like if we never try" Callista continued.

"Thank you Callista, you've become my sister-in-law. I've always wanted to have a loving older sister.Despite our age, but you're more mature and deserve it if my sister loves you so much" said Grace who immediately stood up and hugged Callista tightly.

"My job is to love you. I'll be a very happy person if you find the right man for you" Callista replied gently and Grace smiled at Callista's words.

"Thank you for loving me" said Grace.

Grace walked out of Callista's office. When Grace leaves Callista's office, Callista's phone rings, Callista picks up the phone on the table.

"Sister?" callista murmured as she looked at the screen of her phone.

"Hallo" said Callista as the call connected.

"Callista, do you remember what next week was?" jessica asked who made Callista wrinkle her forehead. He was confused by his brother's question.

"What day? what does brother mean?"

"CK! you don't tell me to forget" Jessica clucked.

"Really, I don't understand" Callista replied.

"Next week it's papa's birthday, how can you forget about your own father's birthday" exclaimed Jessica who was upset her sister forgot her father's birthday.

"Gosh" Callista patted her on the forehead and immediately saw the calendar located on her desk.

"Why can I forget" Callista murmured softly, yet Jessica still heard him.

"Yes, you are so bad! can forget your papa's birthday." exclaimed Jessica.

"Sorry, I forgot lately I've been taking care of Grace. I know about Grace, don't I?"

"Yes, my sister knows. She also sent a message to Grace. Brother is really sorry"

"Yes, next week the plan is that you will celebrate at home only. Don't forget to invite Uncle Gio and Aunt Alin" Jessica continued.

"Relax you, I'll invite everyone"

Callista immediately disconnected his phone call.

But he made sure when he looked at Mike, Callista would reward Mike mercilessly. Callista will kill Mike with his own hands. As a result of Mike, Grace had to experience severe trauma.
