CHAPTER 99 - Callista's Rejection

After returning from the hospital, Grace invites Callista to stop by Grace's salon subscription. Callista accepts Grace's invitation. While Olivia can not come because she has been picked up by Taylor. As usual Callista had asked Daniel for permission he wanted to go to the salon with Grace. Her husband gave her permission on condition that she be with Nick.

Callista and Grace have arrived at Grace's salon. Callista and Grace have a spa treatment. This can relax their bodies from their activities.

Callista and Grace have now entered their treatment room, and they have changed their clothes. Inside the treatment room, Grace began her conversation.

"Sister-in-law, I want to tell you something" said Grace, who is enjoying a massage from a therapist.

"When you and my sister were on their honeymoon. Mr. Edward grand opening his hotel. He intends to invite you and your brother. But since you're on your honeymoon so I'll take your place to come. Please tell Ka Daniel. I completely forgot to tell him" Grace said.

"Grace, I want to ask you something"

"Hem? Meanin?" Grace frowned confused by Callista's question.

"He's a great guy, I hear he's trying to succeed on his own. That means he's great at being successful with both hands. And even more he's handsome, I'm sure a lot of girls like him" said Grace, who made Callista smile.

"Then do you think such a man is suitable as your companion?" Asked Callista who was still smiling towards his sister-in-law.

"What's? you are right" cried Grace who was surprised to hear her sister-in-law's question.

"Grace, I think Edward's a lot better than Mike. Edward's nature was very gentle. He's a very good man, he suits you" Callista said.

"Let's know, I don't intend to open my heart that fast. I forgot about Mike. It's just that I'm not ready to open my heart yet" Grace replied.

"Grace, I'm sure you can definitely set your heart. You really deserve a much better man" Callista explained, which made Grace smile.

"I hope it is like that, oh yes brother-in-law during the grand opening of the Edward Hotel, I accidentally met Mike" said Grace who made Callista surprised.

"You met Mike?" Callista asked, making sure and Grace nodded.

"Yes, I met him. But I'm just strange why a doctor can come to the grand opening, usually only attended by businessmen" said Grace.

"Papa? he didn't tell me anything" Grace said, raising both eyebrows.

Callista sighed deeply, and then he told of Mike's evil actions, including Mike being the owner of the Linfard Company who tried to destroy his family and also the Renaldy family. Mike's goal is to get himself out of Daniel. Grace who heard Callista say, she puffed up to hold back her emotions. He did not expect the man he had always liked turned out to have a sneaky nature.

"Baj*ngan! I should have destroyed him yesterday when I met him" exclaimed an emotional Grace.

"Calm down, Grace, I'm sure your brother can solve this" Callista replied, and Grace nodded in agreement. Grace was very confident her brother would be able to finish this.

Now Callista and Grace have finished treatment, they immediately return home. Grace has been picked up by her driver and Callista has been picked up by Nick.

Daniel opened the door and Callista walked up to her husband.

"I've found a solution to all my problems" Daniel answered, stroking his wife's long hair.

Daniel finally told him he would work with his father-in-law, also he told of investing large funds for his wife's company. He also said he would multiply the 35% stake in his entertainment company to be in his wife's name.

"I don't want to!" Reject Callista firmly.

Daniel sighed deeply, he was sure his wife would reject him.

"Darling, why are you rejecting hem?" Ask Daniel gently.

"I told you not to! you don't force me" Callista exclaimed.

"Honey, this is the way that can save your sister's company. And my company too. I couldn't have fallen into poverty just for giving up my shares on you and also investing in your company" Daniel said.

"But your company's condition is not good. I don't want you to waste your money" Callista said, which made Daniel smile.

"Calm down, your husband has managed to return the stake in my company which in Australia has increased by 2%. So you don't have to worry. Soon my company will be stable." Daniel says.

"Certainly that?" Callista asked back and Daniel nodded immediately.

"I've arranged everything, starting from opening your restaurant, then moving shares in your name and investing in your company. So it's useless for you to refuse because I've processed everything" Daniel said.

"You've always been like that" Grumbled Callista.

"Trust everything to your husband" Reply Daniel who immediately kissed his wife's lips gently.

"Let's go to sleep" Daniel said gently as he hugged his wife. Callista nodded and returned her husband's embrace tightly.
