CHAPTER 19 - The Threat of a Mother

When Daniel heard that his mother was sick, he decided to go home. Her mother is the woman she loves. Daniel explains to his girlfriend that his mother is sick, Callista understands and understands. Because if Callista's mother's position is sick, Callista will leave his vacation.

Callista started packing his things. He also helped Daniel to pack Daniel's things.

"Darling, sorry we have to go home. But I promise we'll go on vacation together" Daniel said, stroking Callista's face

"Dear, I understand. Do you need my help? I can check on your mama if you want" Callista said, staring at her boyfriend.

"No need darling, my mama must have been treated by my family doctor"

"All right, then"

"If I need your help, I'll let you know, baby" said Daniel

Callista smiled at Daniel.

Callista decides that after returning from Tokyo, she will return to her family's company. He will also return to Queen's Hospital. The doctor's job is his life.

Although his vacation was not long with Daniel, Callista was still very happy. At least he can forget for a moment the problems.

"Darling, so you're gonna have a meeting with Edward?" ask Daniel

"Yes, the day after I'll meet with him" replied the callista

Callista is fast asleep, while Daniel is still thinking about his mother. Suddenly Daniel who saw Callista fell asleep, he kissed Callista's eyes, life, cheeks and lips.

"You're the prettiest and best girl I've ever had" muttered Daniel looking at Callista's slumbering face.

Arriving in Los Angeles

Callista has been sent home by assistant Daniel. As usual Callista returned to his apartment, he still did not want to return to the luxurious mansion owned by his family. Callista has long refused to talk to his parents. He needs time to calm down. Her sister Jessica is accompanying her fiance for the opening of a hotel in Ireland.

Daniel heads to his family's mansion. He was a little worried about his mother's condition. Because she knew, her mother never got sick. His mother is very careful about his diet and health.

Upon arrival at his family's mansion, Daniel was greeted by a servant.

"Good afternoon Mr. Daniel" the waiter bowed half his body.

"Sore, where's my mama?" daniel asked, looking at the servant

"The lady is in the family room" the waiter replied

Daniel walked into the living room, upon arrival in the living room. Daniel saw his mother and father. Daniel walked closer to his parents.

"Ma, are you healthy?"daniel asked to see his mother who looked fine.

"Daniel Mama asked.Do you love your mother as your mother?"

"What's the talk, why are questions like that asked of me?. Mama already knew the answer.Mama was my mother, the woman who conceived me" cried Daniel

"It's good that you think that way. Now mom wants you to leave Callista. Don't ask me why, mama wants you engaged to mama's friend's son"

Daniel was shocked to hear his mother's words.

"What is this mama talking about? I will never leave Callista" said Daniel, who held back his emotions

"Daniel, leave the callista. Papa never asked you much. But papa mama please follow our wishes" said Gio

"Explain to me, what's the reason you don't like Callista?"daniel looked at his father

Her mother and father were at a loss for words. They continue to force Daniel to leave Callista but Daniel resists. Daniel wants to keep his relationship with Callista.

Alin, angry that his eldest son did not obey him, suddenly he took a knife on the table.

"Go with Callista, make sure you'll see mama die" threatened Alin

"Ma, let go" Daniel said with emotion

Alin begins to threaten Daniel back, saying if Daniel does not leave Callista then Daniel will lose his mother.

"Okay ma, I beg you, I will obey your mother's wishes. But mama don't hurt yourself" Daniel said, kneeling before his mother

Gio who saw his son kneeling down, he felt guilty. He had to force his son to leave the girl he loved.

"Leave Callista and receive a meeting with your friend's son. If you don't obey your mother, believe me, you won't see your mother in this world"

Daniel only sighed, however his mother was the woman he cared about so much. He didn't want his mother to get hurt. Daniel cannot let go of Callista. This was the hardest choice for Daniel.

"Ma, don't hurt yourself. I'll budge and leave Callista. Now please, put the knife down" Daniel said quietly

Alin began to release his knife, while Daniel walked into his room.

"It's really hard. Even my mother wants to match me with her choice of girl. What's the matter with the Hutomo family?"murmured Daniel

Daniel looks at his phone screen, Callista calls him. Daniel was eager to answer but he was not ready to hear Callista's voice. Daniel thought he had to accept his mother's request to be betrothed to the girl his mother chose. He had to do this.

"I'm going to find a way for us, sorry for a while I have to hurt you" Daniel said, staring at a picture of Callista on his phone

Daniel took his Handphone and contacted his Assistant.

"Harry, find out why my father hates the Hutomo family" Daniel orders his assistant

"Good Sir"

"Just find out in the near future"

"Sir, I try"

Daniel turned off his cell phone, honestly he didn't want to avoid Callista. He himself was confused as to how he should talk to Callista. If she tells him she's been betrothed, Callista will feel hurt. Daniel chose to be quiet until the time was right he would tell her everything.

Callista kept staring at his cell phone. He had contacted Daniel many times, but none of them were answered.

Callista's phone reads

"Hallo" said Callista

"Cal, where have you been? why aren't you looking for me?" grouse Olivia

"Sorry liv, I've been busy lately"

"Well, this weekend let's go together" Olivia said in a happy voice

"Alright, we're going to hangout this weekend" said Callista

"Okay cal, see you"

"see you"

Callista turned off his phone and put it on the nightstand.

"Maybe Daniel's busy" muttered Callista

Callista tried to close his eyes. But he was worried about his relationship. Callista wanted to tell Daniel all his problems. But he wanted to wait for the right time.

"I'd better tell you with brother" muttered Callista

For Callista, his older brother was a wise man, and always gave him the best advice. Every time Callista had a problem, he always told his brother about it. Callista plans that after her older brother from Ireland, she will tell him about her parents who forbade her relationship with Daniel.
