CHAPTER 34 - Feeling Bad

Daniel and Callista arrive at Los Angeles International Airport. The journey from Paris to Los Angeles is approximately 11 hours and 20 minutes. Daniel decides to return to Callista's apartment. He still refused to leave his girlfriend. She still feels guilty about what she did to her boyfriend.

Daniel and Callista are picked up by Daniel's driver, who walks into Callista's apartment.

“Daniel, why don't you go home?” Callista asked in surprise because Daniel didn't want to go home.

“I don't want to love, anyway tomorrow we can leave with”

“Tomorrow I'll go to the hospital, meet Olivia and tonight can I meet your father?” Ask Callista back

“Alright, tomorrow night I will take you to my father” replied Daniel

Upon arrival at Callista's apartment, Daniel had already walked to the bathroom first. He wanted to immediately refresh his body with warm water. After Daniel took a bath, he now alternated with Callista. Callista immediately soaked in his bathtub.

30 Minutes after Callista had finished soaking, Callistam saw Daniel lying on his bed.

“Why was Deborah there in your apartment?”

“So you are still curious because of that?”

“My mom asked Debora to come to my apartment. My mother wishes I could open my heart to Deborah. When my mother asked me to get engaged to Deborah, I initially refused. But because my mother finally threatened me she would hurt her, I finally accepted. I accepted just to trick my mother. I had planned to pretend to accept the engagement because I wanted to investigate why our parents had a fight. But bad luck befell me because you came to my apartment and you misunderstood.” Daniel says.

Callista sighed deeply when he heard Daniel's words.

"Sorry baby, it won't happen again" Daniel stroked her lover's face.

"Your mother wanted to hurt her, that means my mother hurt your mother very much, Callista replied.

Daniel immediately hugged his lover's body and Callista returned Daniel's embrace.

“It's night, tomorrow you have to go to Queen Hospital right? I also have to meet with my client” said Daniel.

“Good night” Daniel kisses Callista's forehead, then he walks out of Callista's room to the guest room right next to Callista's room.

In the morning Callista woke up and prepared breakfast for Daniel. He asked his servant to clean the house, he did not want Daniel to eat his servant's cooking. Callista made omelette cheese and peanut milk for Daniel.

Seeing Callista in the dining room, Daniel walked towards the dining table. Daniel was also neat with his office formal clothes. Daniel has put some clothes in Apartment Callista, the goal is when he stayed back he already has a change of clothes.

“Honey this mu” food Callista said while giving the food he had prepared.

“Thanks dear”

“Honey, you don't have to drive a car. Today let me drive you, tonight we go straight to my family mansion” said Daniel while eating the food that Callista had prepared.

“Alright then I will bring a change of clothes” Reply Callista.

Callista walks into her room and prepares a beautiful dress, which she will bring to meet Daniel's father. After picking up the dress that Callista was going to bring, she walked into the living room and Daniel was ready to leave.

“Aready?”

Daniel and Callista walk out of Callista's apartment, and head for Daniel's blue bugatti. On the way Daniel drove his car at a moderate speed.

“Honey, you can work anytime at Queen Hospital. I've cancelled your resignation. So you can come to the hospital like you used to” Daniel said

“Yes, thanks for everything. I got off first ya” Callista said

“You didn't kiss me?” Daniel is upset that he always asks Callista to kiss him first.

“Ah yes I forgot”

Callista kissed Daniel and Daniel smiled.

“Alright, I'm down now. Be careful ya”

Daniel also nodded.

Callista walked into Queen Hospital's lobby, walking straight into the room of her best friend Olivia. Arriving in Olivia's room.

“Liv” Sapa Callista, when he saw Olivia who kept paying attention to the report and was not aware of anyone entering his room.

Finally Callista told his best friend everything.Olivia is not just a friend to Callista. But she's like Callista's own sister, Callista tells her mother is Daniel's father's ex-lover. And He also told the misunderstanding between himself and Daniel.

“Cal, I'm confused what to say. But it's complicated, what destiny lies between you and Daniel. Maybe God wants to unite your family through you and Daniel being together. I'm sure there's always a rainbow after the rain, right? So I'll support you. I'm sure your family and Daniel's can solve your problems well. And I'm sure Daniel is the best man for you” Olivia said.

“I also think so liv, Daniel has sacrificed a lot for me. I did misunderstand him. “

“Cal, I am very happy now you have a good and great lover”

“Liv, I'm so grateful. And I hope you can get a good guy for you too.”

“Yes, I remember it. Why liv?”

“She is the biological sister of your lover”

“You mean she's Daniel's sister?” Now Callista's face was shocked to hear Olivia's words.

“Yes your lover who else if not Daniel Renaldy. Do you have a lover over 1?”Reply Olivia while rolling her eyeballs.

“No, I'm just surprised Daniel has a sister. I forgot, I never asked him if he had a brother or not” Callista said.

On hearing Olivia say Grace is Daniel's younger sister, Callista feels bad because she never asked about Daniel.

“Why can I be this stupid” muttered Callista in heart.
